Bali, Indonesia: Drama "Blood-Soaked Sand" Performed on Kuta Beach (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) On New Years Day of 2007, Falun Gong practitioners in Indonesia put on a short drama in front of the Hard Rock Hotel on Kuta Beach in Bali. The drama has a fascinating name, "Blood-Soaked Sand."

Falun Gong practitioners in Bali started their truth-clarification activity around 4:30 in the afternoon. They demonstrated the Falun Gong exercises while their beautiful movements created a sharp contrast with the pictures of the cruel persecution on display. There was another display board about the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party. Many people were attracted. Practitioners distributed fliers and told passers by about the persecution.

It started pouring after a while, and rain drops hit the beach very hard. Practitioners didn't stop their activity and continued as planned. They put on the drama at 6:55. Some practitioners played roles in the drama. Others sent forth righteous thoughts.

Wang Zhen, the main character, is a Falun Gong practitioner in China. Her brother Wang Qiang works at the police department. He wouldn't listen to his sister's advice and devoted his efforts to arresting and persecuting Falun Gong practitioners.

Early one morning, Wang Zhen, her daughter Xiao Lin and other people were doing the Falun Gong exercises outdoors when the police arrested them and sent them to a detention center. The practitioners were steadfast and refused to write guarantee statements. Policemen tortured them cruelly.

One day, the detention center received a phone call from their boss Wang Qiang, asking for a practitioner to be used as the source for an organ transplant. Wang was told a woman Falun Gong practitioner had been selected.

A few days later, Wang read aloud the verdict to execute a woman practitioner and suddenly turned pale. The woman he had ordered to kill for her organs turned out to be his sister, Wang Zhen. Wang Qiang was overwhelmed with grief. He finally realized the CCP had turned him into a criminal who kills his own family member.

Despite the bad weather, many people stopped to watch the thirty-minute-long drama. Many watched from beginning to end.
