Practitioners Ms. Cen Xiaoping, Mr. Zen Shihai, and Mr. Feng Jiandong are detained in the Futian District Detention Center. Ms. Cen was arrested in early 2005 and was sentenced to a seven-year prison term. Mr. Zen, from Jiangxi Province, was sentenced to a three-year term, and Mr. Feng, from Gansu Province, was sentenced to a seven-year prison term.

Additional names of practitioners who have been illegally detained in Shiling Prison, Siping City, Jilin Province: Mr. Liang Zhenxin, Mr. Zhuang Xiankun, Mr. Wang Wenming, Mr. Hou Qinghua, Mr. Zhou Liansheng, Mr. Yang Zhanjiu, Mr. Huang Xuelin, Mr. Huang Xiufu, and Mr. Liu Dapeng. Mr. Liang Zhenxing has been tortured and is in the hospital. Mr. Yang Zhanjiu suffered torture and had to have a limb amputated. Mr. Huang Xuelin was tortured until he vomited blood.

Mr. Shao Ligui, Ms. Zhang Chuanzhu, and Ms. Wang Yuzhen from Fusong County, Baishan, firmly lived by the principles of "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." On December 1, 2006, Hu Donglai reported them when they were clarifying the truth at the Jinshan Forestry Farm, owned by the Public Security Bureau of Linjiang Forestry Bureau. Several policemen from the Jinshan Forestry Farm Police Station arrested them. The practitioners are now detained at the Linjiang Forestry Bureau Detention Center.

Several practitioners who were detained in the Shenxin Forced Labor Camp were not released at the ends of their terms. They were transferred to the Zhangshi Brainwashing Center for further persecution. There are eleven practitioners, including Mr. Li Xiupeng, Mr. Wang Yu (from Changtu County, Tieling City), Mr. Ma Yuping, Ms. Yan Rong, Ms. Ju Simiao, Mr. Zhang Haimin, Mr. Wang Feizhou, Mr. Zhu Yuxiang, Mr. Zhang Hongkai, and Mr. Liu Defu.

5. [Da-xing-an-ling, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Ms. Meng Fanguang Sentenced to Forced Labor

Ms. Meng Fanguang, 39, is a practitioner from the Tuqiang Forestry Bureau of Da-xing-an-ling. She began to practice Falun Gong in 1998. In 2000, she was sentenced to one year of forced labor for appealing for justice for Falun Gong in Beijing. In August 2006, Ms. Meng was sentenced to two years and six months of forced labor and now is held in the strictly controlled group in Team Six at Shuanghe Forced Labor Camp in Qiqihaer. No family visits are allowed.

6. [Haiyang City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Ms. Liu Fumei Sentenced to One Year of Forced Labor

In the end of November of 2006, staff from the Haiyang City 610 Office sentenced Ms. Liu Fumei from Dangdao Village, Guocheng Town, Haiyang City, Shandong Province, to one year of forced labor. Staff from the Haiyang City 610 Office arrested practitioner Mr. Wang Yuanguo, who is from the same village as Liu Fumei, several times. He is now homeless.

Around 2:00 p.m. on December 28, 2006, practitioner Ms. Gu Aiyu from Weifang City was arrested when she applied for her passport at the Entry Management Division of Public Security Bureau. She is currently detained in Xiguan Police Station.

On November 6, 2006, police officer Zhao Shisheng from the Changle Public Security Bureau and Dai Chunxi, member of Beiguan Village Committee, arrested practitioner Mr. Wang Anmin. He was detained in the Changle Detention Center for one month. On December 5, 2006, Mr. Wang was sentenced to one year of forced labor and taken to the Second Forced Labor Camp of Shandong Province (Wangcun Forced Labor Camp) for persecution.

Around 11:00 a.m. on December 27, 2006, policemen from Zhangqui arrested practitioner Mr. Li Jizhong. He was taken under guard to Zhangqiu Detention Center the same evening.

On December 26, 2006, staff from the Songge Village Government of Laishui County, Baoding City, confiscated Dafa books belonging to Mr. Guo Zhijun from his home in Guogezhuang Village. They also ransacked Ms. Huai Yongxia's home in Anlong Village.

In the afternoon of December 26, 2006, Wang Fucai, head of the Laishui County 610 Office, and his partners, Li Zhengong, Dai Chunjie and Dong Honghao (the latter two are from the Political Security Section of the County Public Security Bureau), broke into Mr. Li Zhenfang's home at Anyang Village. They arrested Mr. Li's wife and Mr. Li Zhenxian and confiscated Dafa books and other belongings worth $1,000.

Practitioner Ms. Kang Yanshu, in her 40s, is a teacher at the Diwang Village Elementary School. On January 1, 2004, staff from the Hengshui City National Security Bureau arrested her younger brother, Mr. Kang Yanxiang. His family was not notified about his arrest, detention, trial, and sentence. His 84-year-old mother was deeply worried about him. His sister, Kang Yanshu; their mother; and several others practitioners went to talk to their contact at the police station. Because of this, Zuo Tiehan, team director of the Hengshui City National Security Bureau, sentenced Ms. Kang Yanshu to two years of forced labor. She was tortured in Baoding Forced Labor Camp. She was released and is now back home. Ms. Kang was cruelly tortured and is very weak. Both of her legs are semi-paralyzed, and her body is is badly injured.

On the morning of December 27, 2006, practitioner Ms. Xue Furong from Shi-zi-lu-yuan Village, Huangdao District, Qingdao City, was arrested when distributing truth-clarification materials in Xin'an Town. She is detained in the Xin'an Police Station.

13. [Zhaoyuan, Shandong Province] Practitioner Ms. Yang Bingfen Arrested

On December 21, 2006, staff from the Zhaoyuan 610 Office arrested practitioner Ms. Yang Bingfen from Canzhuang Village, Canzhuang Town, Zhaoyuan City. Ms. Yang was taken to the Linglong "Legal System Training Center" (a brainwashing center) for torture.

14. [Shangqiu City, Hebei Province] Wife of Practitioner Arrested

In the middle of December 2006, several policemen broke into a practitioner's home in Minquan County, Shangqiu City. They stole valuable belongings and arrested the practitioner's wife, Ms. Shi Yanling. Ms. Shi is still detained. The practitioner was forced into homelessness to avoid further persecution and arrest.

15. [Linzhou City, Henan Province] Policemen Arrest Two Practitioners

Around December 20, 2006, four practitioners from Dongyao Town, Linzhou City, were reported when distributing truth-clarification materials. Two practitioners escaped and the police arrested the other two.

At 10:00 p.m. on December 22, 2006, dozens of police cars surrounded the Makro Supermarket in Jing-ji-qiao Community, Beiwuli District, Hefei City. The policemen used ladders to break the window on the second floor and arrested practitioner Mr. Song Bin. They also ransacked his home and confiscated personal items and a computer. Several policemen stayed behind in Mr. Song's home to arrest other practitioners the minute they arrived.

Around 1:00 p.m. on December 27, 2006, policemen arrested practitioner Mr. Wu Shoukai from Wu-jia-hong Village.

17. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Policemen Arrest Several Practitioners

Around 10:00 a.m. on December 22, 2006, policemen arrested six practitioners who were shopping in the Dongjiao Vegetable Market. It is rumored that two practitioners escaped. The others are still detained in the Jianshe Street Police Station.

18. [Wuhuan City, Hubei Province] A Practitioner from the Industry and Commerce Management College, South-Central University of Nationalities, Arrested

A few days ago, a practitioner, who is a teacher from the Industry and Commerce Management College, South-Central University of Nationalities, was reported for clarifying the truth in class. He was subsequently arrested.
