phone numbers.) 2. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Ms. Wu Shuyan Sentenced
to Seven Years in Prison Ms. Wu's family received a call from the Dadong District Court on September
15 informing them that a trial would convene at 10:00 a.m. on the third floor of
the district's courthouse. When her family arrived, the court was not in
session. A few days later, an insider told them that Ms. Wu had secretly been
sentenced in the detention center to seven years of imprisonment. She refused to
accept the verdict and appealed to the intermediate court. Officials notified

Long Terms of Imprisonment - One Still Being Held Police arrested practitioner Mr. Sun Yaoting from Yanshi City at 8:00 a.m. on
December 23, 2006. He is currently being held at the city's detention center. 12. [Luoyang City, Henan Province] Practitioner Ms. Zhao Ying Arrested On
December 22, 2006 13. [Zhucheng City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Ms. Feng Cuixia Is
Arrested Again Practitioner Ms. Feng Cuixia from Zhucheng City was an employee of the city's
textile factory. She was fired after being sentenced to forced labor. Someone
reported and arrested her when she went to Huanghua Town to distribute
truth-clarifying materials five days ago. She is now being held at the city's
detention center. Her husband is working in another city. Neither of them takes
care of their high-school-aged child. Her father, in his 70s, requested her
release but was refused. Prior to Ms. Feng's arrest, Ms. Wang Shuxin, Ms. Liu Meihua, and Ms. Wang
Ruizhen were also arrested. 14. [Anqiu City, Shandong Province] Supplemental Information Regarding the
Arrest of Practitioner Ms. Hui Ruiying Practitioner Ms. Hui Ruiying from Anqiu City went to the Chengdong Vegetable
Market to clarify the truth on December 5, 2006. After she was
reported, personnel from the Dongguan Police Station and the Anqiu City Police
Department arrested her. Ms. Hui has since been held at the Dongguan Police

Sentenced to Imprisonment and Ms. Zhang Baoyan to Forced Labor Practitioner Mr. Bo Fucheng from Bojia Village, Xiadian Town, Zhaoyuan City,
was arrested on May 21, 2006, and sentenced to nine years of imprisonment. He
was secretly taken away in December. Practitioner Ms. Zhang Baoyan from Xin Village, Xiadian Town, Zhaoyan City,
was arrested on November 2, 2006, and sentenced to one year of forced labor. She

13863808689 (Cell) 16. [Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province] Practitioner Ms. Wu Nianxiu Chooses to
Leave Home to Avoid Illegal Arrest Personnel from the Jiujiang City Police Department's 610 Office, from the
Nanchang City Police Department's 610 Office, and from the Railway Police
Department suddenly broke into the home of practitioner Ms. Wu Nianxiu, in her
60s, but did not find her. They had intended to arrest her at 9:00 p.m. on
December 17, 2006. Officers searched her house, shop, and dorm in Sahe City that
had been empty for many years. The 610 Office personnel took her husband away and kept him overnight, trying
to extort a confession from him. The police also threatened him, saying that if
they couldn't find Ms. Wu and arrest her, they would continue to harass her
family. 17. [Xiangfan City, Hubei Province] Practitioner Ms. Zhang Yi Arrested; His
Whereabouts Unknown Officer Gao Ping from the Xiangfan City Railway Police Station arrested
practitioner Mr. Zhang Yi, in his 30s, an employee of the city's railway
station, at work, in December 2006. 18. [Shuangliu County, Sichuan Province] Practitioners Mr. Jiang Hong and Ms.
Wang Haixia, His Wife, Are Persecuted After practitioners Mr. Jiang Hong and his wife, Ms. Wang Haixia, were
illegally held for a month, personnel from the Shuangliu County Detention Center
sent them to the Xinjin Brainwashing Center for further persecution on December
13, 2006. 19. [Leshan City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Wang Rurong and Her Daughter Arrested Personnel from the Ebian County Police Department, from the Leshan City
Police Department, and from the Suji Town Police Department in the Shizhong
District of Leshan City arrested two people. They were practitioner Ms. Wang
Rurong, 38 years old, and her daughter Ms. Zhang Luping, 17, at 7:00 p.m. on
December 21, 2006. Officers claimed that someone had discovered they were
distributing truth-clarifying materials in the Jinkouhe District in Ebian
County. The police also ransacked their home for more than two hours. Three
thousand yuan in cash was confiscated. The mother and daughter are
being held at the county detention center. 20. [Leshan City, Sichuan Province] Practitioner Mr. Li Zhigang Sentenced to
Four Years in Prison Practitioner Mr. Li Zhigang from Shajing Village, Yangwan Township, Suji
Town, Shizhong District, Leshan City, was sentenced to four years in prison. He
is being held in the district's Shizhushan Detention Center. 21. [Gansu Province] Persecution of Practitioners at Tianshui Prison Policeman Zhang Jianhua, political head of the No.4 Ward in Gansu Province
Tianshui Prison, held practitioner Mr. Xu Feng, who refused to give up Falun
Gong practice, in isolation. He ordered four murder suspects to monitor Mr. Xu
and forced him to watch videos slandering Falun Gong. Police guard Zhang also

Denglin Again Personnel from the Ergezhai Huilong Street Committee in the Nanming District,
Guiyang City, ordered practitioner Mr. Shi Denglin, who was just released after
several years of imprisonment, to appear before the committee on the morning of
December 21, 2006. Police arrested him there. Sujiazhai Police Station: 86-851-5506431 23. [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Practitioner Ms. Mo Shaomei Arrested Police arrested practitioner Ms. Mo Shaomei from Hefeng Village, Luogang
District, Guangzhou City, and ransacked her store between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00
p.m. on December 24, 2006. They took her to the Xining Police Station. There was
still no new information about her at the time this message was sent. December 24, 2006
Personnel from the Hongqi Township Police Station arrested 68-year-old
practitioner Ms. Fu Zhaolan from Hegang City as she distributed
"truth-clarifying" materials on November 20, 2006. They then
transferred her to the Dongshan Police Station and finally held her at the
city's No. 2 Detention Center. When one of her family members requested her
release, the officers extorted money. Ms. Fu is now being held at the city's
No.1 Detention Center, and family visits are forbidden.

Practitioner Ms. Wu Shuyan from Shenyang City, 39 years old, was arrested on May
23, 2006, for "clarifying the truth" of the persecution of Falun Gang.
About six policemen, including Li Yong, from the Chang'an Police Station, drove
three police cars to her home and ransacked the place.

Practitioner Ms. Guo Zhiping from the Xinshi District, Baoding City, is
presently being held at the city's detention center. Police officers who took
part in the arrest included Huang Xinzhai and Liu Yanming. They confiscated two
desktop computers, a color printer, a laser printer, and some truth-clarifying
CDs.
4. [Shandong Province] Supplemental Details about the Arrest of Three
Practitioner Employees at the Shengli Oil Field
On December 15, 2006, policeman Dong Ning led several agents and arrested
practitioner Ms. Wang Shiying, 62 years old; Ms. Yuan Shaoju, 61 years old; and
Ms. Du Meiying, 60 years old. Ms. Du is presently being held at the Shengcai
Brainwashing Center. The other two practitioners' whereabouts are unknown.

5. [Jilin Province] Elderly Female Practitioner Arrested
Personnel from the Jiuzhan Police Station arrested a female practitioner, in her
50s, from Qijiazi Village, Jiuzhan Economic Developing Zone, Changyi District,
Jilin City, on December 20, 2006, because someone reported her.
Personnel from the Shuanghe Town Police Station in Yongji County arrested local
practitioner Ms. Liu Li nine months ago, on February 26, 2006, and put her into
the Jilin City Detention Center.
Ms. Jing Xuehong from Xianyang City left a copy of "The Nine
Commentaries on the Communist Party" on a police car. It was parked on
the street as she distributed truth-clarifying materials in front of the Jinshan
Home Appliance Store. This happened on the evening of December 16, 2006. The
policeman sitting in the car took her away. It has been verified that Ms. Jing
is in Qindu District Detention Center.

9. [Luoyang City, Henan Province] Paralyzed Practitioner Ms. Li Miaoneng and
Her Daughter Sentenced to Forced Labor
Practitioner Ms. Li Miaoneng, arrested in November 2005, was tortured to
paralysis in her leg at the Luoyang City Detention Center. The Jianxi District
610 Office in Luoyang City requested three trial dates but did not prevail.
Eventually, the Jianxi District Court violated the legal process and sentenced
her secretly, in her absence, without the presence of her family or her
attorney, to five years of imprisonment. Her daughter, Ms. Zhang Xiumei, was
sentenced to three years. The attorney helped the family to appeal, but the
city's Intermediate Court refused to hear the appeal.
Without notifying the family, police secretly transferred the mother and
daughter to the Xinxiang City Women's Prison in the middle of December.
Practitioners arrested at a truth-clarifying materials production site in the
urban area on June 12, 2006, were sentenced two weeks ago: Ms. Yan Xiuying to
nine years of imprisonment; Mr. Han Dongshun to seven years; and Mr. Fu Minghui,
employed at the Shikuang Hospital, to four years. Mr. Nie Shengwei is still
being held.
