Taiwan: Talent Show at Hsin-Hsing Elementary School Includes Dances to Music "Falun Dafa is Good" (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) On January 24, 2007, students in the second grade at Hsin-Hsing Elementary School together with their teacher, Mrs. Hsie Yuting, held a talent show on campus.

For 20 minutes, children performed several dances to the music "Falun Dafa is Good." Their performance was warmly received by the audience.

Many students in the second grade are young Falun Gong practitioners. They do the exercises every Tuesday and Friday morning with adult practitioners. During the past month, they learned and practiced the dances during their class breaks. Their teacher, Mrs. Hsie Yuting, said that they like dancing and want to demonstrate the beauty of Falun Dafa to other students through dance.

Mr. Li Junhsing, principal of the elementary school, encourages students to follow the principles of "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance."

Mr. Li Jiancai, a teacher at the school, said that the students can benefit from the principles of "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." He praised the method of guiding children in the right direction through dance.

A parent of a student said that she encourages her child to do Falun Gong exercises, because she knows that he can benefit from them.

Another mother of a student said that her child became more considerate and more focused after beginning the practice. Another child of hers also started doing the exercises.

Mrs. Chen Hsiutao, a fourth grade teacher, said that some of her students learned Falun Gong from Mrs. Hsie, and those students are more patient and energetic.

Mrs. Hsie Yuting, who is about to retire, said that her health was previously poor, but Falun Gong improved both her physical and spiritual situation. So with the support from the parents and the school, she taught her students Falun Gong. She said that her students are getting more and more patient and considerate as a result.
