(Clearwisdom.net) Recently, not only has the phenomenon of collecting money surfaced in Wuhan City, but also the collectors justified their action by Master's name, claiming that Master had sent them a fax; they personally received Master's wife's call; NTDTV and the Epoch Times "urgently need some capital;" "We have been authorized by the China branch of the Epoch Times," among other things. Some people dare not use NTDTV and Epoch Times as a cover directly, instead, they claimed truth-clarifying material sites needed money, and they wanted to collect some money first and then make other decisions accordingly.

Those who initiated the plan to collect money brandished their experience of having attended the 1999 press conference in Beijing and Master's Fa-teaching lectures, and used a fraudulent fax to mislead Dafa practitioners! They solicited practitioners to donate money, the more the better, and also claimed they would establish "a research society" and "a foundation." Although their tactics are clumsy - many spies, swindlers of the same type and those who are posing to be part of Dafa for personal gain were exposed in earlier years - these misguided people still managed to stir up controversy in the local area and have affected the safety of Dafa practitioners and the materials production sites, as well as the funding for the sites.

Master said,

"So what I just talked about are the two reasons why doing cultivation exercises doesn't increase your gong: you have no way to cultivate if you don't know the Law at high levels, and if you don't cultivate inward, if you don't cultivate your character, your gong won't increase. Those are the two reasons." ("Why Doing Cultivation Exercises Doesn't Increase Gong" in "The First Talk," Zhuan Falun)

Why is it that some practitioners in various places still let themselves be duped by the fabricated scriptures allegedly written by Master? Why did some practitioners fail to recognize this fabricated scripture when it became a fabricated fax? Aren't they being taken advantage of by evil demons because of their pursuit, complacency and fear, among other attachments?

All genuine Dafa practitioners know that since the onset of the persecution in 1999, all of Master's articles have been published on the Minghui website. Articles that are not published on the Minghui website are definitely fabricated! Master said again in "Teaching the Fa in San Francisco, 2005,"

"Only talks that have been officially published on the Clearwisdom website or formally printed as books can be verified; nobody can undermine those." ("Teaching the Fa in San Francisco, 2005 (Lecture and Q&A)")

Master would never teach the Fa for practitioners in a certain area through the form of a fax.

Regarding collecting money, Dafa cultivation forbids collecting money, and those who violate this rule severely damage Dafa, which is also what all genuine Dafa practitioners have always kept in mind. The Fa is the Fa, and is solid like diamond and immutable. The Fa would never, like ordinary people's things, be changed or "adapted" according to individuals' notions.

Cultivation is serious; it is stricter and more serious than anything among the things of the ordinary people. We can only judge good and evil, right and wrong with every thing, every word and every action through the Fa. For cultivators, "taking the Fa as teacher" is a critical requirement. No matter what level we achieve, the rotten demons would take advantage of our gaps and severely interfere with us if we don't clearly comprehend this. The practitioners who still don't know how to "take the Fa as teacher" when encountering things - hasten to wake up! If you don't know the Fa on the issue of collecting money, how could you avoid deception? If you don't know that you should judge someone by their xinxing instead of their self-aggrandizing "glorious history," how can you overcome the demons' deception?

Fa-rectification has come this far, and the vast majority of Dafa practitioners in Mainland China have matured in the Fa. Some practitioners, however, forget to take the Fa as teacher, forget about Dafa and are moved by deceptive words. They not only fail to recognize the trap, but instead they give money intended for truth clarification materials to the crooks. Practitioners who believed these lies, please think about it: did you calmly study the Fa well? As disciples cultivating in Dafa, your kindness and your sentiment towards Master are so easily taken advantage of by the rotten demons, what exactly are the attachments that you are not aware of and haven't given up? At this point in time,

you still haven't given up those attachments; what role are you playing in the overall situation of validating Dafa? Look at the many Dafa practitioners who determinedly take the Fa as teacher and who are not at all moved by these types of things. The practitioners who are affected by the spies and the swindlers and who participate in this incident: please, quickly find your gap in cultivation, measure yourself in studying and cultivating, and seize the time to make diligent progress in the Fa!

We hope that Dafa practitioners in Wuhan and other regions who are easily affected by this type of incident can all be alerted and awaken to this issue. Only by cultivating ourselves well, with a clear mind on the Fa, can we validate the Fa and rescue sentient beings.

Regarding this type of persons like Zhang and Nie in Wuhan, Dafa practitioners: please don't give them any more opportunities; otherwise you would be assisting the evil and asking for interference. When faced with the phenomenon of interfering with the Fa, only by clearheadedly understanding the Fa and rationally safeguarding the Fa are we taking our own cultivation seriously and are we being compassionate to all beings.
