Questions Concerning the Death of Falun Dafa Practitioner Ms. Luo Shuchun, Who Fell from a Building in Changchun

(Clearwisdom.net) The Clearwisdom website reported on December 15, 2006 that Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Luo Shuchun from Changchun City, Jilin Province died falling from a building when local police from Qinghe Street were trying to arrest her on December 13 (See http://www.minghui.org/mh/articles/2006/12/15/144713.html, the Chinese version of Clearwisdom website).

Ms. Luo Shuchun, 55 years old, was a former national second level police supervisor. She was illegally dismissed because she practiced Falun Gong. On December 13, 2006 after 11:00 a.m., Luo Shuchun suddenly made a phone call to nearby practitioners saying, "The police are knocking on my door." Afterwards, when practitioners called her back, her telephone had been turned off.

That afternoon around 2:00 p.m., fellow practitioners obtained the news that Luo Shuchun had fallen from the fifth floor window when the police rushed into her room. Later, the police called an ambulance to take her to the hospital, and she died after rescue attempts failed.

After Luo Shuchun began practicing Falun Dafa she was cheerful and healthy, and she became a good person. Her son worked a distance away, and his relationship with Ms. Luo was very good. Their life was both substantial and joyful. According to Ms. Luo's relatives and friends, there was nothing abnormal about her, and she had no motive to jump from her building.

Prior to her fall, Ms. Luo made a phone call to her fellow practitioners asking for help, and she obviously did not have the thought off jumping from her building. On the contrary, her instinct to seek life led her to make a phone call to ask for help, upon hearing the police pounding on her door. If it were not for the police prying open her door and breaking into her home, there would be no possibility of Ms. Luo falling from her building.

How then did Luo Shuchun fall? What transpired from the time the police entered her room until Ms. Luo fell from her building? Under the Chinese Communist Party's secret directive of, "Killing a Falun Gong practitioner counts as a suicide," how did the police act? Did Luo Shuchun accidentally fall while trying to escape the police, or did the police throw her out the window?

We appeal to the United Nations Human Rights organization to pay attention to the killing of Falun Gong practitioners that is happening in Changchun, China, and appeal to kind people in free countries to extend their helping hand, condemn the persecution, help stop the killing, and help restore Falun Gong practitioners' human rights!
