Falun Dafa Saved My Father--Our Entire Village Now Understands the Truth

(Clearwisdom.net) My family is a typical village family in Liaoning Province. On May 4, 2007, when my father had a medical exam, he was diagnosed with an advanced tumor in his esophagus. The doctor said, "There is no operation available to cure this disease. The patient can only live on medicine and may die at any time." Of course our family was extremely upset.

On August 6, 2007, my father's situation worsened. He was hospitalized for three days, but there was no sign of improvement. His esophagus was blocked, and no food or fluid could pass through it. He laid in bed all the time. The doctor advised us to prepare for his funeral, so we placed an order for his coffin when we returned home.

My father was a member of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and had been the director and Party secretary of our village. A Falun Dafa practitioner clarified the truth about Falun Dafa and the CCP to him a year ago. He agreed halfheartedly to withdraw from the CCP. He also listened to Master Li Hongzhi's Fa Lecture audio. When the Party secretary of the village visited him and told him to hand in the tapes, he said, "I listened to them. They just teach people how to be good." Then the Party Secretary left.

On August 19, 2007, that practitioner came to my home again and gave my father further information. The practitioner told him that Falun Dafa is the righteous Fa, that it is being persecuted by the CCP, and why people should quit the CCP. He also told my father that only Master Li Hongzhi and Falun Dafa could save his life. He told my father to repeat, "Falun Dafa is good. 'Truthfulness, Benevolence, Forbearance' is good." He also played Master Li Hongzhi's Fa lecture tape to him. Gradually, my father accepted Dafa. He listened to the Fa Lecture tapes carefully, day and night, and did not allow anyone to disturb him.

On August 25, the miracle happened. After not eating or drinking for several days, my father suddenly drank a bowl of soup and ate half of a pancake. He told us, "I felt that my body completely recovered yesterday. I felt that Teacher was right next to me."

Now my father can eat normally, has normal excretory function, and can walk outside. Our entire village was shocked. They all know that Falun Dafa saved my father's life. My family did not believe in Falun Dafa before, but now we all practice it. Many people in our village also started reading the Falun Dafa books and practicing the exercises.

Here, on behalf of my father and my whole family, I want to say to the whole world in all sincerity: "Falun Dafa is good! "Truthfulness, Benevolence, Forbearance" is good! Falun Dafa is the righteous Fa! We are sincerely grateful for Master Li Hongzhi and Falun Dafa."
