 Editors' Note: In both Western and Chinese culture, the principle of karmic retribution, that is, being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions, is widely accepted. The fundamental teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic of the universe, "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." The universe will reward actions that are in harmony with this principle, while actions such as beating, torturing and murdering people will incur karmic retribution. Stated another way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while evildoings will meet due retribution.
Articles such as this one are meant as a compassionate reminder of this principle to those who would commit wrongdoing. While many of those who persecute Falun Gong are merely "following orders," the universal law requires that they, too, be held responsible for their actions, and that only by reversing their course of wrongdoing may they escape retribution.
The director of the political department of the Yunnan Labor Camp Bureau was killed in a car accident
The labor camps and prisons in Yunnan province have been involved in persecuting Dafa. There are sixty to seventy practitioners currently detained at the first prison. In July of 2007, the director of the political department of the Yunnan Labor Camp Bureau and the head of the first prison Zhang Yougui had car accident, the director died instantly and Zhang Yougui is still hospitalized. The doctor said if he could not wake up, he would become a vegetable.
Policeman from Changshun County in Guizhou Province fell from a building and died
Police Yang Wentao from Changshun County in Guizhou Province tortured Falun Gong practitioners, forced them to hand in Dafa books and tapes, to write a guarantee statement not to practice Falun Gong and did not allow them to practice the exercises. In addition, he burned Dafa books and exercise tapes.
On January 8, 2007, Yang Wentao forgot his keys at home. He then held onto a thin rope about the thickness of a finger and lowered himself down from the roof. When he was about to open his window to get the keys, the rope suddenly broke and he fell from the building and died on site.
In 2006, another policeman surnamed Lu (also from Changshun county police bureau) suddenly died from a brain hemorrhage.
Kindness will be rewarded and evil will be punished by heaven. We hope all people involved in persecuting Falun Gong practitioners can stop their wrongdoing. Please do not pay the price with your own life.
Neighbor of practitioners receives karmic retribution after aiding the police to persecute them
My husband and I are in our late sixties. With the help of Teacher, we both learned how to use a computer. We established a home-based truth-clarification material production site. Later we were discovered by the police. Our neighbor provided their home for the police to stay in order to monitor us. As a result, we were detained for ten months. All of the equipment for truth-clarification materials was confiscated. After we returned home, our neighbor often hid from us. We took the initiative to greet her. Later she told us that she had breast cancer and had been hospitalized for several months.
Persecuting Falun Gong practitioners leads to karmic retribution
Cao Hexin is from Nuguozhuang village in Fengruing district in Tangshan City, Hebei Province. Cao slandered Dafa and established a site at his home to monitor practitioners. He closely tailed and reported on practitioners. He died from cancer in January of 2007, only three months after the diagnosis.
Former practitioner aids the police to persecute practitioners and loses loved ones
Ms. Zhao lived in Minhang district in Shanghai. She came from Northeast of China. She started practicing Falun Gong in early 1999. Very soon her health was improved and she was very happy. Since July 20, 1999, when the persecution started, she yielded to the evil CCP and gave up the practice. Her home was in the area of several very steadfast local practitioners. The street committee paid her 50 yuan a day and asked her to monitor and report the activities of those practitioners and whether other practitioners went to their homes.
Ms. Zhao agreed and helped the police to persecute these kind people who had helped her. In order to monitor the practitioners for the whole day, she even took turns with her family members and sat in front of her home. About two months later, her granddaughter drowned in a nearby river. Her daughter's disease worsened and her son-in-law divorced her. After a while, her daughter died too. Ms. Zhao was very fortunate to obtain the Fa. However, she went against Dafa for temporary gain. As a result, she suffered karmic retribution and lost her loved ones. When retribution occurred, she was devastated. She cried to the point pf being almost blind.
It is the heavenly principle that kindness will be rewarded and evil will be punished. Persecuting Dafa and practitioners is a grave crime. Benevolent Teacher gives opportunities to sentient beings time after time. Dafa practitioners risk their lives to tell people the truth. All they hope is that their fellow Chinese people will have a bright future. The evil CCP's persecution of Dafa and practitioners has infuriated Gods. Heaven will eliminate CCP. Withdrawing from CCP organizations and kindly treating Dafa and practitioners is the only wise choice for sentient beings.
