The Mistreatment I was Subjected to at the Anhui Women's Forced Labor Camp

(Clearwisdom.net) While I was clarifying the facts about Falun Dafa in front of the Jiuhua Mountain Temple in 2006, someone who did not understand the truth reported me to the police. Officer Wu Yi (male) and the chief of police arrested me and brought me before the Political and Judiciary Committee of Qingyang County. The Party secretary of the committee, Chen Gao (male), took me to the Guichi Detention Center, where the guards locked me in a metal cage for five days and nights. Director Hu Zhangli (male) and the guards also force-fed me. Whenever they were unable to insert a feeding tube through my nose, they would beat me. My cheeks were severely bruised as a result. When I refused to wear the yellow inmate's uniform, a guard named Wu (gender and given name unknown) punched and kicked me. I was held at the detention center for over two months, during which time my health deteriorated significantly. The Political and Judiciary Committee of Qingyang County sentenced me to two years. Chen Gao and another female officer then took me to the Anhui Women's Forced Labor Camp.

The labor camp required that I undergo a physical examination at a large hospital before admission. At the police hospital, Chen and the other officer bribed the doctors and told them that I was a Falun Gong practitioner. Without performing a check-up, the doctor certified that I was "normal in all areas," despite the fact that my heart rate was 110 beats per minute. The doctor at the labor camp later said that my blood pressure was also very low, although I do not know how low it was.

The Anhui Women's Labor Camp forcibly brainwashes practitioners. The guards tried to force me to watch videos that slandered Falun Dafa, and when I resisted, the collaborators took me to the video area and tied me to a chair. The head of the labor camp also deprived me of sleep for long periods of time, waking me at 5:00 a.m. and not allowing me to go to bed until after midnight. He sent two inmates to watch me, did not allow me to talk to anyone, and did not permit me to have meat in any of my meals.

At the labor camp's "Punishments and Awards" ceremony at the end 2006, I shouted "Falun Dafa is great!" Immediately, two prisoners sealed my mouth with tape and force-fed me. During the day, the guards kept me in handcuffs, and at night, they tied me with rope and made me sit on the cold floor until midnight.

I later lost the sight in my right eye as a result of the physical abuse, and my blood pressure rose to 160/130. When the doctors examined me, they said that I was also about to lose the sight in my left eye. My heart rate was 110 beats per minute, my kidneys had deteriorated, and my liver was not functioning normally. To this day, my health continues to suffer as a result of the persecution.
