Practitioner Ms. Zhang Yuxia from Shanghai City Tracked and Monitored Twenty-Four Hours a Day

(Clearwisdom.net) Practitioner Ms. Zhang Yuxia lives in the No. 292 New Community of Shanghai Normal University on 70th Avenue, Guilin Road, the Xuhui District, Shanghai City. Since September 29, 2007, she has been illegally tracked and monitored 24 hours a day.

Ms. Zhang Yuxia's husband, Mr. Guo Shenghuan, is an instructor in the Math and Science Institute of Shanghai Normal University. On the morning of January 25, 2007, he was taken into custody on his way to work. Mr. Guo is currently being illegally detained in Xuhui District Detention Center.

After Mr. Guo Shenghuan was taken into custody, his father suffered a serious mental attack. As a result, the father became delirious and passed away on May 19, 2007. Mr. Guo was not allowed to see his father even one last time. The authorities intercepted a letter to Mr. Guo from his family, so even now, Mr. Guo Shenghuan does not know about his father's death. As for Ms. Zhang Yuxia's father, after his son-in-law was taken into custody, he was filled with worry and pain. In June 2007, he had a brain hemorrhage and could no longer speak normally. Ms. Zhang Yuxia takes care of two children, one five-year-old and one three-year-old, and she does not have any source of income.

Later, Ms. Zhang escaped her trackers and went, with her children, to Jibang Township, the Chongming District, to visit her mother-in-law. Someone inquired in her neighborhood if Ms. Zhang had returned home at midnight. Simultaneously, in her parents' hometown, the officers of the Tianshenggang Police Station in Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, knocked on her parents' door at midnight to harass them.

At present, there are three officers and seven security guards tracking Ms. Zhang in three shifts. A car is parked in her community to wait for orders at all times.
