Taiwan: Spreading the Truth at Mid-Autumn Festival Galas (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) During the Mid-Autumn Festival, Chihren Village of Taipei held a gala to celebrate this traditional holiday. Village mayor Mr. Hsu invited local Falun Gong practitioners to demonstrate the practice and present a waist drum performance at the gala.

Mr. Hsu learned from his friends that Falun Gong is practiced in more than 80 countries and is very good for physical and mental health. After seeing the practitioners' performance at the gala, he encouraged all his fellow villagers to learn about Falun Gong. At his recommendation, mayors of several adjacent villages also invited Falun Gong practitioners to perform at their Mid-Autumn galas. Because every village's gala was held on different date, the practitioners were able to participate in four galas.

After watching the practitioners' performance, legislator Ding Shouchung commented, "Falun Dafa is very good! For this very reason, the Chinese Communist Party fears Falun Gong so much that it wants to wipe out the practice."
