Police in Shuangyashan City, Heilongjiang Province Break Into Practitioners' Homes and Take Them Into Custody

(Clearwisdom.net) On September 28, 2007, the 610 Office and police departments in all counties and districts of Shuangyashan City, Heilongjiang Province acted in unison to harass and arrest practitioners all over the city. The officers even dispatched cranes to break into the homes of practitioners through their windows.

At about 4:30 a.m. on September 28, the officers arrested more than ten practitioners in urban areas, including Ms. Li Fenglan, Ms. Yan Xihua, and Ms. Sun from Jianshan District; Ms. Wu Yuexia and Mr. Zhang Guoyi from Baoshan District, Ms. Shao Guilan, Ms. Jia Guilan, Mr. Han Changgui, and Mr. Song Decai from Baoqing County; Ms. Qi Guoying, Ms. Zhang Chunyan, and Mr. Du Baiyang from Jixian County.

Four or five officers from the Lixin Police Station in Jianshan District, including Shi Cun (male) and Ma Chao (male), went to the home of Ms. Yan Xihua to harass her with a video recorder. They made videotapes of practitioners against the practitioners' will. They seized two Dafa books and five of Teacher's Fa lectures, and took Ms. Yan Xihua to the police station. She wasn't released until 7 p.m. During the whole process, the officers did not show any ID or arrest warrants.

Many officers from the Wohongqiao Police Station in Jianshan District rushed into the home of practitioner Ms. Li Fenglan. They seized five Dafa books and took her to the police station. They also rushed into the home of 60-year-old Ms. Sun and seized a Dafa book and a Fa lecture. Ms. Li and Ms. Sun were not released until the next day.

The officers of Jixian County dispatched a crane and broke into the home of practitioners through the window at 5 a.m. Ms. Zhang Chunyan and another practitioner were arrested as a result.

Officers from Youyi County also called the homes of many practitioners to harass them. Officers from Baoqing County, Li Yong(male), the deputy director of Qixingpao Town Police Station, and two other officers arrested practitioner Mr. Song Decai from Taihe Village at 8 a.m., then arrested Ms. Jia Guilan from Yongan Village at 12:00 a.m.

It is reported that these arrests were planned by the 610 offices and police departments in all counties and districts of Shuangyashan City in a covert meeting which was held in Youyi County on September 27.

At present, Ms. Li Fenglan, Ms. Yan Xihua and Ms. Sun have been released. Ms. Wu Yuexia was illegally sentenced to labor camp.

Practitioners still detained in the Shuangyashan City Detention Center include Mr. Tian Guomin, Ms. Gu Yufen, Ms. Lin Zhehua and Ms. Song Jixiu from Youyi County, Ms. Qi Guoying, Ms. Zhang Chunyan and Mr. Du Baiyang from Jixian County, and Mr. Zhang Guoyi from Baoshan District.
