(Clearwisdom.net) Today's report relates persecution incidents that involve 50 cities or
counties in 19 provinces. Thirty-seven practitioners were subjected to
mistreatment during detention, and at least 141 practitioners were
illegally arrested. 1. [Heilongjiang Province] Falun Gong Practitioner Feng Guiqin Arrested Four officers including Chen Wenqing from the Jianhua District Bukui Police
Station in Qiqihar City broke into the home of Ms. Feng Guiqin, an older woman,
and took her away at 8:30 p.m. on October 12, 2007. Ms. Feng wore only a pair of
slippers at time time of her arrest, but the police refused to let her change
into shoes. Her whereabouts are unknown. 2. [Huludao City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Zhu Hong Arrested and Two
Satellite Receivers Confiscated Personnel from Jianchang County arrested Ms. Zhu Hong from Leijiadian
Township, Jianchang County, Huludao City, on October 13, 2007. Another woman
practitioner who had accompanied Ms. Zhu escaped. The two practitioners'
satellite receivers used to view New Tang Dynasty TV programs were confiscated. Ji Mengxiao, Jianchang County Police Department chief: 86-429-7124023 (Home),
Zhang Jiubiao: 86-429-3181099 (Home) 3. [Huanan County, Heilongjiang Province] Incidents of Persecution of Several
Practitioners Personnel from the Huanan County Police Department arrested practitioner Mr.
Wen Hongjun on October 10, 2007. Practitioner Mr. Li Guangming is presently
being held at the Suihua City Detention Center. He was savagely beaten and lost
consciousness twice. His wife, practitioner Ms. Meng Huifen, is presently being
held at the Jiamusi City Detention Center. Practitioner Mr. Yang Yuntao is still being held at the county's detention
center. 4. [Donggang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Xiu Jinqiu Arrested Personnel from the Dandong City Police Department arrested practitioner Ms.
Xiu Jinqiu from Donggang City on October 14, 2007. The arrest happened when she
was explaining the facts about Falun Gong in public. Her whereabouts are
unknown. 5. [Heilongjiang Province] Arrest of Six Practitioners, Employees from the
Hailin Farm Six practitioners, employees from the Hailin Farm, were arrested and taken to
the Hailin City Police Department between October 10 and 13, 2007. Police
refused all visits by the practitioners' families. 6. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Mr. Zhou Zhenjie Mistreated in Heizuizi
Prison Practitioner Mr. Zhou Zhenjie was taken to Heizuizi Prison on May 9, 2007.
Visits from his family have been prohibited. He has to make 500 boxes and 200
pain-relief tablets and is not allowed to sleep until he finishes the work. 7. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Zhang Yu Arrested About ten officers from the Daoli District Police Department's National
Security Division arrested 30-year-old Mr. Zhang Yu from the district in Harbin
City at 3:00 p.m. on October 13, 2007. Police took him to the district's
detention center. 8. [Weihui City, Henan Province] Mr. Hu Bin Arrested Again Practitioner Mr. Hu Bin was reported on September 26, 2007, when he cleared
away a few Dafa-slandering slogans near the Shancheng District Ba Factory.
Consequently, personnel from the district's police department arrested him. They
ransacked his home three days later. His wife, who was just released from a
prison, leads a difficult life with her daughter, but the police still monitor
them around the clock. 9. [Hebi City, Henan Province] Practitioner Ma Jianjun Arrested About ten plainclothes police officers from the Shancheng District Police
Department broke into practitioner Mr. Ma Jianjun's home at 10:00 a.m. on
October 13, 2007. They ransacked his home and arrested him and his wife. They
confiscated his laptop computer, several Dafa books, and a newly installed
satellite receiver. 10. [Songyuan City, Jilin Province] Practitioner Sun Qiqin Arrested and Home
Ransacked Six officers from the Tiexi Police Station ransacked practitioner Ms. Su
Qiqin's home in the Tiewang Committee Residential Building in Jiangnan Tiexi
Street, Songyuan City, at 3:00 p.m. on October 9, 2007. They confiscated one of
Master's pictures, several Dafa books, a few Falun Gong exercise tapes, and a
tape recorder. They arrested Ms. Sun and took her to the Shanyou Detention
Center at 7:00 p.m. that day. Visits from her family were denied. 11. [Ningan City, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Jiang Tao Arrested Ningan City Jiangnanjiang Police Station chief Wan Lianhui and a local
policeman named Cui Yongzhu arrested Mr. Jiang Tao from Manan Village, Jiangnan
Township, Ningan Cit,y at 8:00 p.m. on October 10, 2007. Wan Lianhui: 86-453-7812999 12. [Ningan City, Heilongjiang Province] Police Arrest Practitioner Ding
Shuhua Personnel from the Languang Police Station arrested Ms. Ding Shuhua from
Langang Township, Ningan City, the afternoon of October 12, 2007, and put her in
the city's detention center. Langang Police Station: 86-453-7811106 13. [Tianjin] Police Follow Practitioner Zhang Fuying Around the Clock Personnel from the Xiaohaidi Donghai Police Station in the Hexi District,
Tianjin City, have followed Ms. Zhang Fuying around the clock since October 8,
2007. 14. [Jiaozhou City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Li Xinfeng Arrested Personnel from the Jiaozhou City 610 Office arrested 58-year-old Ms. Li
Xinfeng, a retired employee from the Zhizhan Factory, from her home and
ransacked the place. 15. [Zhaoyuan City, Shandong Province] Six Practitioners Arrested Personnel from the Nanxinzhuang Police Station arrested six practitioners
from Hanzhuang Village, Nanyuan Town. They included Ms. Wang Haohong, and a
woman practitioner holding a baby. It is heard that two practitioners from
Longkou City and Yantai City were also arrested. 16. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Several Practitioners Arrested Police arrested practitioners Mr. Gao Jilong, Ms. Jiao Meifeng, Mu, Mr. Sun
Wenqiang (in his 20s), and Mr. Wang and his wife in the Siping Street Copy
Center in Weifang City at noon on October 12, 2007. Police also ransacked the
copy center. Police ransacked a practitioner's home and confiscated a computer, a printer,
and a bank deposit book registering 40,000 yuan. They also arrested
several practitioners from the Kuiwen District. 17. [Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province] Several Practitioners Arrested Personnel from the Taierzhuang District 610 Office in Zaozhuang City arrested
practitioner Mr. Wu Bo on September 12, 2007. They also arrested a 60-year-old
practitioner from Taozhuang Town several days ago. Four officers from the Shizhong District 610 Office in Zaozhuang City
ransacked practitioner Mr. Yang Ning's home and arrested the Yang Ning couple
and their grandchild on September 11, 2007. The wife and grandchild were
released that day. 18. [Pingdu City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Zhang Hongli Sentenced to
Forced Labor Police arrested Ms. Zhang Hongli on September 17, 2007, when she was
explaining the facts about Falun Gong in a market. Police confiscated her
bicycle and ransacked her home. They took an MP3 player, two MP4 players, a DVD,
and some "truth-clarification materials. The police told her family that
they would release her if they paid 10,000 yuan. Her family did not agree, so
the police put her in the Pingdu City Detention Center. Ms. Zhang has been
sentenced to one and a half years of forced labor, to be served at the Wangcun
Forced Labor Camp. She had already been sentenced and served three years of
forced labor, beginning in 2002. 19. [Botou City, Hebei Province] Several Practitioners Arrested Personnel from the Botou City Police Department's National Security Division
recently arrested practitioners Ms. Chang Jianzhi, Ms. Wang Surong, Shi, Ms.
Yang, and Xiaomin from Botou City. 20. [Hebei Province] Dafa-Slandering Program Broadcast on the Hebei Province
Children Education Channel Aired the Night of October 10, 2007 21. [Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province] Personnel from the Huailai County
National Security Division Arrest Practitioner Liu Zhonghong Personnel from the Huailai County National Security Division arrested Ms. Liu
Zhonghong from Dongbali Village, Dongbali Township, Huailai County, Zhangjiakou
City, at 11:00 a.m. on October 12, 2007. They confiscated her daughter's
computer and a printer. Ms. Liu is presently being held at the county's Ertaizi
Detention Center. Ertaizi Detention Center: 86-313-6235362, 86-313-6235554 22. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Exiled Practitioner Li Shuqin Was Arrested
the Night of October 11, 2007 23. [Zhuozhou City, Hebei Province] Nine Practitioners Arrested Personnel from the Zhuozhou City Police Department and from the city's
National Security Division arrested nine practitioners on October 12, 2007. They
included Mr. Dong Hanjie, Ms. Xing Junhua, Mr. Liu Wen, Mr. Ren Baokun, and Ms.
Li Ru. Guards in the Shijiazhuang City Forced Labor Camp ordered every
practitioner's family member to read a specific Dafa-slandering document,
otherwise, visits with their practitioner family members would be denied. A
certain practitioner from Hebei Province is presently being held at the Gaoyang
City Detention Center. 24. [Hebei Province] Personnel from the Shunping County 610 Office and the
County's Police Department Harass Practitioners Personnel from the Shunping County 610 Office and the county's police
department harassed several practitioners in Xinzhuang Village between October 8
and 9, 2007. They included practitioners Ms. Wang Lanzhi, Ms. Ma Junru, Mr. Wang
San, Mr. Chen Hongjie, and Mr. Zhao Changshui's mother. Police confiscated
satellite receivers from the following practitioners: Mr. Hou Dashu's, Mr.
Zhao's daughter, and another practitioner. 25. [Lanzhou City, Gansu Province] Several Practitioners Being Held at the
Gongjiawan Brainwashing Center Several practitioners were held at the Lanzhou City's Gongjiawan Brainwashing
Center the end of July 2007. They were: Ms. Liu Wanqiu, Mr. Qian Shiguang, Mr.
Niu Wanjiang, Mr. Guan Longshan, Ms. Lu Guiqin, Ms. Wang Caixia, Ms. Li Hongping,
and four other practitioners whoses names are not known. 26. [Kaifeng City, Henan Province] Several Practitioners Arrested Personnel from the Kaifeng City's Xinmenguan Police Station arrested
practitioners Ms. Zhao Yulan and Ms. Zhu Dianrong from Kaifeng City in the
middle of September 2007. The arrest happened when the two practitioners were
explaining the facts about Falun Gong in public. They were released that day,
but personnel from the Xinmenguan Police Station and the Wuyi Police Station
ransacked Ms. Zhu's home twice and confiscated many of Ms. Zhu's personal
belongings. Ms. Zhu lives in exile. Many police arrived in several police vehicles and surrounded Ms. Zhao's home
on October 1, 2007. They arrested Ms. Zhao, practitioner Mr. Deng Jieshi, and a
woman practitioner who happened to be in Ms. Zhao's home. Ms. Zhao is being
held; the others were released. Practitioners Ms. Yuan Xiuying and her husband were reported the afternoon of
October 6, 2007, when they distributed persecution truth-explanation materials.
Police from Kaifeng City arrested them and took them to the city's forced labor
camp. Personnel from the city's police department's 610 Office ransacked the
homes of the couples named Yuan Xiuyuing and Yuan Xiurong and confiscated many
items. Personnel from the 610 Office ransacked Mr. Han Yuxiang's home and arrested
him the night of October 6, 2007. Mr. Han is presently being held at the city's
forced labor camp. Personnel from the city's Jin'an Street Police Station attempted to arrest
practitioner Ms. Yang Aiqin from her business booth the afternoon of October 11,
2007. Consequently, Ms. Yang chose to live in exile. Wang Wei, Kaifeng City Police Department deputy chief: 86-378-5322003,
86-13903781161 (Cell) 27. [Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province] Three Practitioners Arrested Practitioner Ms. Du Caifeng is a librarian at the Shanxi Province Normal
University. Personnel from the Qianfeng Police Station arrested her at 8:30 p.m.
on October 12, 2007. Personnel from the Qianfeng Police Station arrested practitioner Ms. Yang
Yajin, a retired employee, the afternoon of October 12, 2007. Personnel from the
Heping Southern Street Police Department arrested practitioner Ms. Du Bing, a
teacher from the Shanxi Province Science and Technology University, at 1:00 p.m.
on October 13, 2007. 28. [Miyi County, Sichuan Province] More Than Twenty Practitioners Arrested
and Homes Ransacked Practitioners from Miyi County that were arrested on October 13, 2007: The homes of practitioners Mr. He Mingqun; Ms. Hu Xingyu and his
mother-in-law, Ms. Yang Xingchun from Shuitang Village, Panlian Town; and Ms.
Gong Zhihui were ransacked. 29. [Foshan City, Guangdong Province] Police Arrested Practitioner Ms. Li
Yuzhen on Her Way to Work on October 10, 2007 30. [Shaoyang City, Hunan Province] Practitioners Mr. He Yunfeng, Ms. Che
Xiangyang, Mr. Xiao Jiangrong, and Ms. Liu Aihua Arrested on October 2, 2007 31. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Practitioner Qiao Shujun Arrested from
Her Home Ms. Qiao Shujun from Gongnong Village, Baihe Town, the Longquan District,
Chengdu City, was arrested from her home on September 30, 2007. Her whereabouts
are unknown. 32. [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Practitioners Yang Jia and Ms. Gao
Arrested in Tibet Ms. Yang Jia, in her 40s, and Ms. Gao, a retired teacher in her 60s, were
arrested in September 2007 when they toured in Tibet. They are presently being
held in Guangzhou City. 33. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Practitioner Wang Suoxian Arrested Ms. Wang Suoxian, 50 years old, started to practice Falun Gong in 1994. She
is a retired employee from the Architecture Reconnaissance Factory of the
Dongxihu District Water Conservancy Bureau. Police broke into her home at 9:00
a.m. on October 12, 2007. They pulled her from the 5th floor to
ground level and pushed her into a police vehicle. Ms. Jiang's whereabouts are
unknown. . Liu Jidong, Architecture Reconnaissance Factory Party Secretary who
participated the arrest: 86-27-83891357 (Home), 86-13871159611 (Cell) 34. [Xichang City, Sichuan Province] Practitioner Zhang Yi Arrested Mr. Zhang Yi was reported at 11:00 a.m. on October 13, 2007, when explaining
the persecution facts about Falun Gong in Ningyuan Lane. Police arrested him and
took him to the Ningyuan Police Station. He was later transferred to the
Tuohuang Detention Center. Xichang City Tuohuang Detention Center: 86-834-3290079 35. [Hanzhong City, Shaanxi Province] Several Practitioners Arrested Personnel from the Hanzhong City 610 Office arrested several practitioners
and took them to the Huayan Meter Factory's Hotel in Nanzheng County on October
10, 2007. 36. [Guanghan City, Sichuan Province] Practitioner Yang Kai Arrested Xiangyang Town Police Station chief Xie San and a few other officers arrested
Mr. Yang Kai at 10:00 p.m. on October 13, 2007. Xie San: 86-13700906907 37. [Chongqing] Practitioner Liu Banghe Arrested Personnel from the Yangjiao Town Police Department arrested Mr. Liu Banghe on
October 7, 2007. Mr. Liu is a laid-off worker from the town's Sulfur Metal Mine.
He made a living shining shoes. He has a son in a university. Li Tingguo, Wulong County Police Department: 86-13896627666 (Cell) 38. [Wulumuqi City, Xinjiang Autonomous Region] Three Practitioners Arrested Eight officers including Wang Jiang from the Wulumuqi City's Xinxing Street
Police Station went to the city's Transportation Company's residential buildings
on October 9, 2007. They arrested practitioners Ms. Wu Jinxiu and three older
ladies, including 70-year-old Ms. Fang and Ms Jia. Xinxing Street Police Station: 86-991-2627406 39. [Chongqing] Practitioner Li Wenlong Held at the Xishanping Forced Labor
Camp Mr. Li Wenlong, 30 years old, is presently being held at the Xishanping
Forced Labor Camp's No.7 Division in Chongqing. They guards did not let him eat.
They also forced him to stand for a long time and often beat and otherwise
abused him. 40. [Rong County, Guangxi Autonomous Region] Four Senior Practitioners
Arrested Four older practitioners from Rong County, Guangxi Autonomous Region were
arrested when they explained the persecution facts of Falun Gong. One of them,
70-year-old practitioner Ms. Chen Rijian, was brutally beaten. 41. [Dongying City, Shandong Province] Additional Information Regarding the
Persecution of Mr. Xu Peiqing Someone reported practitioner Mr. Xu Peiqing to police when he explained the
truth of the Falun Gong persecution. Officers from the Kenli County Police
Department then arrested Mr. Xu at his workplace and ransacked his home. He is
presently being held at the Kenli County Detention Center. Kenli County 610 Office Head Dong Xinjun: 86-546-2526610 42. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Ms. Liang Lanzhi Sentenced to
Forced Labor and Taken to the Shijiazhuang Forced Labor Camp 43. [Anhui Province] More Than Ten Practitioners Arrested Personnel from the Huainan City 610 Office and from the Huainan Police
Department commenced a large-scale raid of practitioners at noon on October 11,
2007. They ransacked practitioners' homes and arrested the practitioners while
searching for Dafa materials in their homes. It was heard that practitioners Ms.
Wang Xiaohong and Ms. Zhu Yuzhen and more than ten other practitioners were
arrested. They are currently in a detention center. 44. [Anhui Province] Many Practitioners Taken to a Brainwashing Center Officials from Anqing City's 610 Office held a brainwashing session at the
Maoling Cadre Sanatorium in Anqing City. They arrested Ms. Wu Xiangping and Ms.
Si Shuxian and several other practitioners on October 9, 2007. 45. [Qiyang County, Hunan Province] Additional Information Regarding the
Persecution of Mr. Zou Lizhong The Village Secretary reported practitioner Mr. Zou Lizhong for participating
in group Fa study. Five officers from the Qiliqiao Township Police Station in
Qiyang County went to Baizhutang Village and broke into Mr. Zou's home. They
confiscated a copy of Zhuan Falun and Master's recent
articles and carried Mr. Zou into a police vehicle. They drove him to the
township government first and then took him to the Qiyang Detention Center at
3:00 p.m. that same day. He was locked up for 23 days. They extorted 2,000 yuan
from his family and then released him. 46. [Jingmen City, Hubei Province] Ms. Ren Xiaoyu Missing After being monitored in August 2007 in complete violation of the Chinese
constitution, Ms. Ren Xiaoyu went missing. Her whereabouts are unknown. 47. [Hefei City, Anhui Province] Many Practitioners Arrested Luyang District 610 Office head Wang Lu led a group of people to break into
practitioners' homes the evening of September 28. The following people were
arrested: practitioners Ms. Jiang Cuiping, Mr. Wang Jun, Ms. Zhang Ying, Ms.
Zhang Chang Qin, Ms. Wang Xiuying, and Ms. Zhu. Their whereabouts are unknown. Jinsailu Police Station chief broke into practitioners' homes and attempted
to force the them to sign a document, be fingerprinted, and be photographed.
Those in charge also threatened practitioners. They ransacked the practitioners'
homes, made intimidating phone calls and confiscated computers, Dafa books, and
truth-clarification materials. 48. [Yingtan City, Jiangxi Province] City 610 Office Agents and Those from
the National Security Team and Police Arrested Practitioner Ms. Huang Lanqin on
October 11, 2007 49. [Xianfeng County, Hubei Province] Mr. Liao Changjing Arrested Xianfeng County 610 Office agents Yang Yizheng and Deng Zishu arrested
practitioner Mr. Liao Changjing at his workplace on October 8, 2007. His
whereabouts are unknown. 50. [Yili, Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region] Practitioner Yang Gebi and
Others Arrested Mr. Yang Gebi and four other practitioners from the No. 69 Division of the
Fourth Agricultural Normal School in Yili were arrested in the middle of
September 2007. The authorities ransacked their homes and confiscated Dafa
books, tapes, and materials. These practitioners are being held in Yining City,
and all family visits are forbidden. 51. [Chongqing] Practitioner Yu Shan Arrested Ms. Yu Shan from the Nanan District was arrested on October 12, 2007. Her
computer, printer, and Dafa books were confiscated. 52. [Nanping City, Fujian Province] Practitioner Li Guiying Arrested Sixty-nine-year-old Ms. Li Guiying from Nanping City was arrested the morning
of October 10 on her way to get a haircut. At present, seven practitioners are
incarcerated at the Nanping City Detention Center. Three of them are
approximately 70 years old. Three practitioners from Nanping City are currently being held in prison. 53. [Rong County, Guangxi Autonomous Region] Practitioners Chen Renjian and
Zhou Deqing Arrested Ms. Chen Renjian (an older woman) and Mr. Zhou Deqing (a retired teacher)
from Rong County were arrested. Participating in the arrests were agents from
the Shili Village Police Station (Phone number: 86-775-5531239). The arrests
happened as the practitioners explained the truth about the persecution in Shili
Village, Rong County. They are presently in the Rong County Detention Center.
(Phone Number: 86-775-5327757) 54. [Wuhan Hubei Province] Police Attempt to Arrest Practitioner Qi Fangyun Personnel from the Hanjiang District Police Department, from the 610 Office
and officer Xu Huji from the Changqingjie Police Station arrested Ms. Qi Fangyun
the morning of October 11, 2007. They told her they were taking her to see a
doctor. Ms. Qi then escaped. They confiscated Master's pictures and Dafa books
and materials at her home. 55. [Zhuzhou City, Hunan Province] Possible Arrest of Practitioner Liu
Yongfen Ms. Liu Yongfen's Zhuzhou City employer told her to return to work to discuss
a reduction in salary. She has since disappeared, and none of her family has any
inkling of her whereabouts. It has been more than 20 days. Ms. Liu was once detained at Baimalong Forced Labor Camp. Her two
daughters, Ms. Liu Xueqin and Ms. Liu Chunqin, are also Falun Gong
practitioners. They were sentenced to forced labor and to prison twice. They are
presently in Baimalong Forced Labor Camp. 56. [Shuangyashan City, Heilongjiang Province] Persecution of a Practitioner Seven or eight agents from the Shuangyashan City Police Department, from the
Jianshan District Police Department, and from the Lixin Police Station suddenly
broke into a practitioner's home at 6:30 a.m. on September 28, 2007. The
practitioner's daughter was so terrified that her face turned yellow and she
trembled. They did not show any identification or warrants and began to make a
video. They also confiscated five of Master's pictures, two copies of Dafa
books, an exercise tape set, MP3 fittings, and a notebook. They attempted to
arrest the practitioner, but he refused to obey their orders, so they did not
completely succeed. They did eventually arrest the practitioner and his
daughter. Two police officers took the practitioner to the Lixin Police Station at 7:00
a.m. and attempted to gather material to persecute him further. They forced his
daughter to sign documents and did not give the father food or water the entire
day. The practitioner and his daughter were released at 4:30 p.m. the next day. 57. [Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Feng Guiqin Arrested A police officer located and followed Ms. Feng Guiqin from Qiqihar City as
she distributed truth clarification materials. This police agent was in charge
of monitoring practitioners the evening of October 12, 2007. The officer broke
into her home and ransacked it between 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. The policeman
destroyed and confiscated a large number of Dafa books and materials and then
arrested Ms. Feng, who is currently being held at the Bukui Police Station.

Zhong and Sui Tianlong Mr. Sui Tianlong and Mr. Dai Zhong were arrested at around 3:00 p.m. on
September 18, 2007, and have been on a persecution-protest hunger strike since
then. They are emaciated. Mr. Dai Zhong is unable to walk, and Mr. Sui Tianlong
once collapsed. They took these two practitioners to Suihua Forced Labor Camp on October 10,
2007. A physical exam at the camp revealed that Mr. Sui was suffering from an
ailment. He was returned home the afternoon of October 11, 2007. Mr. Dai Zhong
is presently incarcerated in Suihua Forced Labor Camp. 59. [Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Li Shuangqing Arrested Mr. Li Shuangqing, a retired worker from Qinhuangdao City Sewage Treatment
Plant, was arrested. Participating in the arrest were personnel from the
Yanshandajie Police Station and those from the National Security Team. The
arrest happened at around 4:00 p.m. on October 12, 2007. They ransacked his home
and confiscated Dafa books and personal belongings. 60. [Botou City, Hebei Province] Many Practitioners Arrested Many other practitioners were arrested following the arrests of Botou City
practitioners Ms. Chang Jianzhi, Ms. Wang Surong, and Ms. Shi Fuling in October. Several policemen led by heads Zhao Dongsheng and Huang Chunzhu from the
National Security Team ransacked practitioner Ms. Yang Baolan's home and
arrested her on October 5, 2007. Zhao Dongsheng and Huang Chunzhu led officers
to practitioner Ms. Li Junmin's home. They took her to the police department on
October 6. The two were released when their families intervened. The authorities
also arrested teacher Ji Wenxian from the Botou City No.1 Middle School on
October 7. The practitioners still in custody are presently being held at the
Botou City Detention Center. National Security Team Head Zhao Dongsheng: 86-317-5566150 (Office),
86-317-8191068 (Home), 86-13932771656 (Cell) 61. [Yuhuan County, Zhejiang Province] Practitioners Ms. Su Shucong and Her
Sister Arrested on October 12, 2007. Agents from the City's 610 Office, the
National Security Team, and the Police Department Were Responsible 62. [Luohe City, Henan Province] Practitioners An Yumei and Wan Lihe Arrested Personnel from the 610 Office arrested Ms. An Yumei from Hewang Village at
her workplace on October 8, 2007. Mr. Wan Lihe from Dajing Village was arrested
on October 9, 2007, when he was working in a sponge/towel gourd factory. 63. [Linyi City, Shandong Province] Personnel from the Junan County 610
Office Arrested Practitioners Personnel from the Junan County 610 Office in Linyi City and those from the
Dadian Town Police Station in Junan County arrested practitioner Ms. Sun
Chongzhen in complete violation of the Chinese constitution. The practitioner is
from Shigoudong Village, Dadian Township, Junan County. The arrest happened at
around 6:00 a.m. on October 8, 2007. Personnel from the Junan County 610 Office
and from the Tingshui Town Police Station arrested practitioner Mr. Chen Guiyun
from Dunhou Village, Tingshui Town, Junan County, at 2:00 p.m. They ransacked
his home and confiscated all of the Dafa books, an MP3 player, copies of the
"Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party" and the "Minghui
Weekly." Mr. Chen Guiyun is presently in a detention center. Ms. Sun Chongzhen, in her 40s, was arrested on June 12, 2003 (of the lunar
calendar), for clarifying the persecution facts and then held at the Junan
County Detention Center for a month. She was eventually transferred to the Jinan
Women's Forced Labor Camp for a three-year term. Those in charge at the camp
handcuffed her with her arms suspended and detained her in a solitary
confinement cell. Ms. Sun's mother-in-law and younger brother died while she was
confined. She was released in 2006, two months after her forced labor term had
expired. Practitioner Chen Guiyun is approximately 48 years old. His wife, Ms. Li Keju,
is also a practitioner. Junan County police officers attempted to arrest Mr.
Chen Guiyun but did not succeed They arrested Ms. Li Keju instead and sentenced
her to two years of forced labor. Ms. Li Keju was released in 2005. She
currently lives in exile. 64. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Several Practitioners Arrested Practitioners Mr. Wang Cheng and Mr. Xu Zhi from Harbin City were arrested on
their way to Baiquan County. It happened on September 29, 2007. Participating in
the arrests were agents from the Xinfa Township Police Station. The
practitioners are now in the Daoli District Detention Center. Police officer Zhao Zhiming from Kangjiatun, Wuxing Village, harassed the
villagers by going house-to-house the morning of October 1, 2007. Twenty agents
from the National Security Team at the Daoli District Police Department arrested
11 practitioners at around 5:00 a.m. on October 3, 2007. The following
practitioners were arrested: Mr. Chen Fa and his wife, Mr. Yan Shitang and his
wife, Ms. Wu Zhaofang, Mr. Huang Jian and his son, Ms. Lu Guizhi, and Ms. Yu
Yaru. One practitioner escaped. Mr. Yan Shitang and his wife have been released.

50s. Her non-practitioner son is also arrested), Mr. Wang Yuanpin (a farmer in
his 60s), Mr. Yang Jianlong (a farmer about 35 years old)

Chaozhen (a farmer in her 60s), Ms. Bai Chaohong (a farmer in her 30s), Mr.
Jiang Congmeng (in his 60s)
