(Clearwisdom.net) Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Zhao Fei is from the Jinzhou District, Dalian City, Liaoning Province. Mr. Zhao was arrested in late July 2007, and a month after his arrest, he was sent to the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp, where he was brutally tortured. The guards handcuffed him to a metal chair, beat him ruthlessly and shocked him with electric batons.
Participating in the arrest were police from the 610 Office in the Dalian Development Zone. He was first illegally detained in the Development Zone Detention Center, and without notifying the family and others, they sentenced Zhao Fei to two years of forced labor and secretly sent him to the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp. Practitioners at Masanjia are forced to do slave labor. They are made to get up at 4:30 a.m., and are not allowed to go to bed until midnight.
Mr. Zhao Fei is around 50 years old. He has validated Dafa many times and has remained determined in his belief. He has been repeatedly arrested and sent to a forced labor camp at the hands of the evil Chinese Communist Party (CCP). His employer, a once-state owned company that has now gone private, dismissed both Mr. Zhao and his wife. His wife was persecuted due to her validating Dafa, and she contracted scabies while in detention. She suffered a mental collapse after her release and could not take care of herself.
Mr. Zhao Fei had worked temporarily in the security office at the Lianying Food Company Limited in the Dalian Development Zone before his latest arrest. It was said that on the morning of July 23, people from his company took officials from Huanghai Road Police Station to Mr. Zhao's home and arrested him. Zhao Fei refused to get into the police car and shouted at the door, "Falun Dafa is good!" The evildoers beat and pushed Zhao Fei into the car.
