By a Falun Dafa disciple from Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province

(Clearwisdom.net) The evening before China's National Day, October 1^st, 2007, when one of the local policeman came to my home, I politely let him in. After we greeted each other, I frankly asked him, "I have talked to you about renouncing the Chinese Communist Party many times. Are you ready to leave the party now? You can use a pseudonym if you like. It is very safe." He immediately decided to quit the party. I know everything was arranged by Teacher because he used to come to my home with other policemen and this time he came alone in order to leave the party.

Afterward, I told him about several miracles that happened when local people recited, "Falun Dafa is good. Truth, Compassion and Tolerance are good." He listened to me quietly. Then I asked him to remember to recite ,"Falun Dafa is good. Truth, Compassion and Tolerance are good" when something bad happens to him. I also asked him to relay this information to his parents and family members. He expressed his appreciation several times. When he left my home, he shook my hand and thanked me again. He waved goodbye to me several times after he left. What a strong desire to be saved his soul has!

This policeman had come with a group of others to see me more than a dozen times over the past two or three years. I told him the facts about Falun Gong and why he should renounce the Chinese Communist Party each time. I remember I cried once when I told them the facts and tried to convince them to quit the party. Some practitioners told me that the police came to see me because "I asked for it." They told me not to waste time - that there police officers were not able to be saved. I was not moved by what these practitioners said. I persisted in telling the police the facts and asked them to quit the party whenever they came to see me. I even told the facts to a policeman whom I met for the first time. I have maintained the thought that they would not do anything to me while I was telling them the facts and I believed that they were still savable. I think only Teacher knows whether they are savable or not. I only need to have the thought that I believe in Teacher and the Fa.

Through my experience with this policeman, I have a more determined heart to follow Teacher's words to Dafa disciples: "The only thing you have a role in is saving people" ("Teaching the Fa in the City of Chicago").

These are some understandings I want to share with our fellow practitioners. Thank you Teacher, for what you have done for us.
