(Clearwisdom.net) The annual Grand Parade during Sukkot, a traditional holiday in Israel, was held in Jerusalem on October 2, 2007. Tens of thousands of Israelis from every corner of the nation came to Jerusalem to see the parade. Delegations from many countries came to watch the parade, too. As in past years, Falun Gong practitioners in Israel were invited to participate in the parade.

Truth-clarification

A large banner stating "Falun Dafa--Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance" headed the Falun Gong procession. Following the banner was the Tang Dynasty Costume Show set to beautiful music and a line of practitioners holding truth-clarification display boards. A group of neatly dressed practitioners demonstrated the exercises at the end of their procession.
Thousands of parade spectators saw the beauty of Falun Dafa. Some of them cried out, "You are great! What a great deed you have done!" Some of them had tears in their eyes. When the practitioners passed the VIP stage, the host announced, "Greetings to Falun Gong practitioners in the parade! There are Falun Gong practitioners in more than 80 countries in the world. They have brought 'Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance' to the world. Let's praise them! Today's world needs 'Truthfulness, Compassion and Tolerance' very much!" As soon as he finished the last word, a wave of warm applause rose up from the spectators.
After the parade, practitioners continued to demonstrate the exercises in the Old City, a famous tourist spot in Jerusalem. They distributed truth-clarification flyers and told people about the persecution of Falun Gong by the Chinese Communist Party. News reporters interviewed them.
