CCP Officials in Jiangsu, Henan, and Heilongjiang Provinces Receive Karmic Retribution for Persecuting Falun Gong
(Clearwisdom.net) Editors' Note: In both Western and Chinese culture, the principle of karmic
retribution, that is, being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions,
is widely accepted. The fundamental teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic
of the universe, "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." The universe
will reward actions that are in harmony with this principle, while actions such
as beating, torturing and murdering people will incur karmic retribution. Stated
another way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while evildoings will meet
due retribution. Articles such as this one are meant as a compassionate reminder of this
principle to those who would commit wrongdoing. While many of those who
persecute Falun Gong are merely "following orders," the universal law
requires that they, too, be held responsible for their actions, and that only by
reversing their course of wrongdoing may they escape retribution. Former Political and Judiciary Committee Secretary of Xuzhou City Liu
Guangzhe Died in Traffic Accident During his post as the Political and Judiciary Committee Secretary of Xuzhou
City, Jiangsu Province, Liu Guangzhe participated in the persecution of Falun
Gong during the period of 1999-2006. He died on September 25, 2007 in a traffic
accident. Former General Manager of the Commodity Exchange in Zhengzhou City, Henan
Province, Li Shoutang Received Karmic Retribution for His Crimes Li Shoutang was appointed as general manager of the Commodity Exchange in
Zhengzhou City, Henan Province in 2000. During his tenure, he spared no effort
in attempting to force Falun Dafa practitioners to give up their beliefs. He
dispatched security personnel to constantly track and monitor Falun Dafa
practitioners, prohibiting practitioners from leaving their courtyard. Many
times, Li Shoutang personally followed the CCP's directions to persecute Falun
Gong, adopted their means of punishment, withheld practitioners' bonuses, put
them in brainwashing centers, and released them to affiliated organizations to
be further persecuted. In 2002, Li Shoutang was demoted from his position before reaching the age of
retirement. In May 2007, just after retirement, 62-year-old Li Shoutang died
suddenly of a heart attack and was unable to enjoy his million-yuan
family property. Cases of Karmic Retribution in Ningyuan, Bin County, Heilongjiang Province 1. After July 20, 1999, Feng Weizhang obeyed the CCP's orders to persecute
Falun Gong, and arrested and imposed fines on practitioners. Practitioners
warned him of the consequences of his evildoing, but Feng Weizhang did not
listen. Between 2002 and 2003, Feng Weizhang suddenly contracted cancer and died
while still in his forties. 2. Liu Jiantao once was a village head in Ningyuan, Bin County, Heilongjiang
Province. After the persecution began on July 20, 1999, he obeyed the CCP's
orders to persecute and arrest Falun Dafa practitioners. He imposed illegal
fines on practitioners and searched their homes for Dafa books. He paid no
attention to the kind warnings of the practitioners. Between 2003 and 2004, Liu
Jiantao was seriously wounded and was hospitalized after falling off a
motorcycle. The damages for his wrecked motorcycle cost him 7,000 yuan. After
receiving this karmic retribution Liu Jiantao showed some regret, but he did not
completely change his attitude regarding his treatment of Falun Dafa
practitioners. In the following election he was not re-elected the village head
even though he cheated in the campaign. He stopped participating in the
persecution after he left office. This was another opportunity for a new start
bestowed by heaven. 3. A police officer from Ningyuan, Bin County, Heilongjiang Province
persecuted Falun Dafa practitioners during his tenure and refused to allow
practitioners to explain to him the truth about Falun Gong. One day he fell into
a ditch that was under construction and broke his ribs. After this accident, he
showed some remorse. After his retirement, many people told him the truth about
Falun Gong. In the spring of 2007, after a snowstorm blocked the roads,
practitioners voluntarily cleared the snow. This touched him and he admitted
that Falun Gong is indeed good. |
