Guards from the Second Unit of the Heizuizi Labor Camp Continue to Torture Dafa Practitioners

(Clearwisdom.net) Several of the cases of Falun Dafa practitioners suffering mistreatment at the second unit of the Heizuizi Labor Camp in Changchun City, Jilin Province from May to August in 2007 are listed as follows.

Practitioner Ms. Zhang Guizhi is a 62-year-old resident of Da'an City, Baicheng City. Around 4:00 a.m., a guard found Ms. Zhang reading Dafa articles in her bedroom. Later that morning Guard Jia Hongyan (female) continuously shocked Ms. Zhang with an electric baton for an extended period of time. She was not allowed to go downstairs to have lunch at noon.

Practitioner Ms. Yu Shengbo is a 23-year-old resident of Songyuan City. Guard Jia Hongyan discovered that Ms. Yu encouraged practitioners who had wavered to write solemn declarations and to resume their practice of Falun Gong. The guard shocked her with electric batons and her term was extended for another twenty days. On August 23, 2007, the last day of Ms. Yu's detention term, Jia still shocked her with an electric baton.

Practitioner Ms. Song Jinxian, began to vomit blood on May 19, 2007 (she previously suffered from tuberculosis). The head of the unit, Liu Lianying (female), claimed Ms. Song broke her blood vessels by herself. When Ms. Song coughed in front of them, Liu Lianying said that Ms. Song was trying to intentionally infect them. On another occasion, when they went to clinics for physical examinations, the guards ordered Ms. Song to bring them the medicine, but Ms. Song did not comply with them. Guards Liu Lianying and Jia Hongyan then shocked her chest and arms with electric batons, fiercely hit her head and face and kicked her legs.

Practitioner Ms. Xu Mingying is a 50-year-old resident of Changchun City. In August, 2007, a prisoner, Yin Chun (female), reported that Ms. Xu had Falun Dafa materials. Guard Yang Liqiu (female) hit Ms. Xu's mouth and shocked her with an electric baton. Ms. Xu's teeth were knocked loose and she now has difficulty eating.

Guard Yang Liqiu frequently beat and cursed practitioners. Under the incitement of guards, including Liu Lianying and Yang Liqiu, the prisoner Yin Chun always beats and curses practitioners and other prisoners. She curses Ms. Xu Mingying very frequently. Falun Dafa practitioners are forced to work from 7:00 a.m until 8:00 p.m. at night. Sometimes, they are forced to work until 9:00 p.m..
