1. [Yi County, Liaoning Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner Mr. Cai Jichun Detained
On the morning of October 25, 2007, Mr. Cai Jichun, from Jiudaoling Township, Yi County, Liaoning Province, was followed and then was seized by police officers. After that, four or five police officers from the National Security Team, the police bureau and Chengguan Township Police Station, broke into his home. They forcefully confiscated his Dafa books and some truth-clarification materials. They arrested and interrogated his wife and son and detained them in the National Security Team within the police bureau. Later Mr. Cai's wife, traumatized by the ordeal, appeared to have a twitch and the police officers asked her daughter to take her home.
Mr. Cai is currently being detained in the Jinzhou City No. 2 Detention Center.
2. [Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Wu Fengling Persecuted, Develops Tuberculosis
Towards the end of 2006, police from the Mudanjiang City Xiangyang Police Station arrested Ms. Wu Fengling and took her to the detention center and she was tortured to the point where she now has to use a catheter. After Ms. Wu came home, she was taken to the hospital so that they could remove the catheter. In June 2007, police officers went to Ms. Wu's family's house to arrest her. In September, when her family went to visit her, the warden told them that she had developed tuberculosis and began to vomit blood but to this day, she has not been released.
3. [Huludao, Liaoning Province] Ms. Zhu Hong Detained in Masanjia Forced Labor Camp
Practitioner Ms. Zhu Hong from Jianchang County was taken to the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp and is currently suffering abuse there.
4. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Wang Ruping and Ms. Zhang Arrested
In early October 2007, practitioner Ms. Wang Ruping and Ms. Zhang, a director of a daycare center, were both unlawfully arrested.
5. [Songyuan, Jilin Province] Ms. Li Xuemei Arrested at Home
On the afternoon of November 10, 2007, practitioner Ms. Li Xuemei from Fuyu County was arrested in her home by police officers.
6. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Yang Peixia Detained
Practitioner Ms. Yang Peixia was illegally arrested and is now detained in the No. 5 Team, Heizuizi Women's Forced Labor Camp.
7. [Tianjin City] Ms. Pan Qingfang Arrested
On the morning of November 9, the head of the Gaocun Village Police Station in Wuqing led seven people to arrest Ms. Pan Qingfang who was then working in a field.
8. [Beijing City] Wardens Deprive Visitation Rights of Xiang Guilan's Family
In September 2007, practitioner Ms. Xiang Guilan's home was ransacked and she was arrested. To this day, she is being deprived of her visitation rights and cannot see her family, nor is she allowed to receive any clothes or necessities from her family. Ms. Xiang Guilan is currently being detained at a women's prison.
9. [Anqiu, Shandong Province] Ms. Liu Huochun and Other Practitioners Arrested
In early November 2007, Ms. Liu Huochun, Ms. Meng Aixia, Mr. Yu Wenchen, Ms. Zhou Suhua, Ms. Lou Guoyun, Mr. Xia Xihan, Mr. Su Shaoyou, Ms. Tian Yufen and Ms. Wang Yulan who are from Anqiu City were arrested by police officers.

10. [Jiaxiang County, Shandong Province] Ms. Wu Kaiming Sentenced to Forced Labor Camp
On the morning of October 25, 2007, practitioner Ms. Wu Kaiming from Jiaqian County was handing out truth-clarification materials and some police officers arrested her. She was sentenced to one and half years in a forced labor camp by people from the 610 Office in the Jining City Police Bureau. Currently, she is being detained at the Jinan Women's Forced Labor Camp and is deprived of her family visitation rights.
11. [Shandong Province] Mr. Yuan Tingsong Suffering from Persecution
On October 15, 2007, practitioner Mr. Yuan Tingsung from the Ezhuang Mining Field, Xinwen Mining Industry Bureau, Shandong Province was producing truth-clarification materials. He was reported by someone and was arrested. Mr. Yuan went on a hunger strike to resist the persecution. On the evening of November 5, he was taken to the Laiwu City Hospital for emergency treatment. Mr. Yuan's family then had him transferred to the Xinwen Mining Industry Bureau Center Hospital, where he is now under emergency treatment and has to be given oxygen.
12. [Zhucheng City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Yu Xingui and Others Arrested
On the afternoon of November 9, 2007, Mr. Yu Xingui from Zhujie Township in Zhucheng City was illegally arrested by police officers from Zhucheng 610 Office and the Zhujie Township. They also confiscated all his Dafa materials.
On the evening of November 8, 2007, Dafa practitioner Ms. Liang Ruimei from Huanghua Township, Zhucheng City was arrested.
13. [Siping City, Jilin Province] Practitioners Liu Qinghua and Meng Xiangchen Illegally Sentenced
Dafa practitioners Mr. Liu Qinghua and Mr. Peng Xiangchen from Siping City are both being detained at the Changtu County Detention Center and their appeals were rejected. Both are still facing sentences of three years in prison. Currently, they are being detained in the Shenyang City Prison.
14. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Supplementary Facts on Practitioner Mr. Wei Yanhe's Arrest
On the morning of October 30, 2007, police officers went to the home of Mr. Wei Yanhe, who is in his forties, from Dianzi Village in Weifang City and arrested him. His TV, satellite dish and truth-clarification materials were confiscated. Currently Mr. Wei is being detained at the Weifang Detention Center.
15. [Pingdu City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Wan Sufeng Harassed
Around noon on November 6, 2007, people from the Pingdu City 610 Office and the Wangjia Township Police Station illegally broke into Ms. Wan Sufang's home in Wanjia Village and they confiscated the book Zhuan Falun from her house. On November 9, people from the Wanjia Township Police Station went to Wan Sufang's home and harassed her again.
16. [Qian'an City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Sun Guozhong Forced to Become Homeless and Destitute
On March 8, 2006, Ms. Sun Guozhong from the Capital Steel Manufacturing Company, Qian'an City, was taken into police custody by people from the No. 5 Division in the Capital Steel Manufacturing Company. These people conspired with the Qian'an Police Station and the Qian'an Detention Center and she was detained there for 15 days. Her family also had 6,000 yuan extorted from them. Wang Yanming from the No.5 Division in the Capital Steel Manufacturing Company collaborated with Liu Xingtang from the 610 Office in the Capital Steel Manufacturing Company and also conspired with Peng Mingjun from Qian'an City in the illegal arrest of Ms. Sun. She was held in the Qian'an City Brainwashing Center until she escaped.
Ms. Sun Guozhong is seven months pregnant and now she has been forced to become homeless and destitute to avoid arrest. Ms. Sun's husband, Mr. Jing Dapeng, was dismissed from his workplace because of the persecution.
17. [Dingzhou City, Hebei Province] Dafa Practitioner Hao Cuiqin Arrested
On October 1, 2007, Ms. Hao Cuiqin from Chuang Village, Dingzhou City, was cooking a meal and a group of people from the Mingyuedian Township government and police station broke into her home. Upon doing this, they found a copy of Minghui Weekly, and they forcefully arrested her and took her to the police station. The police officers tried to make her curse Teacher and Dafa, threatening to beat her if she refused. Later, she was taken to the detention center.

18. [Wuzhou City, Jiangxi Province] Two Practitioners Sent to Forced Labor Camps
In late October 2006, Wuzhou City police officers found some sticky notes with writings on them such as, "Heaven Will Eliminate the CCP." (CCP: Chinese Communist Party). They went to many practitioners' homes and ransacked their homes and arrested some practitioners. They sentenced two Dafa practitioners to a forced labor camp for three and a half years and five years respectively.

19. [Yangshan County, Anhui Province] Practitioner Lu Shuling Arrested
On October 20, 2007, Ms. Lu Shuling was taking the train and police officers from Bengbu arrested her. Currently she is being detained at the Bengbu Railway Detention Center.
20. [Shangshan, Anhui Province] Practitioner Yang Yizhong Harassed
In October 2006, Ms. Yang Yinzhong was arrested by police officers from Wuxi City and she was illegally detained for one year. After her release, police officers from Wuxi City often harassed her landlords so that her landlords couldn't let her stay there. She had to find new place to live each time this happened, which has seriously disrupted her life.
21. [Hebi City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Ma Jianjun Detained
On October 13, 2007, Mr. Ma Jianjun and his wife from New District , Hebi City, were arrested by the Hebishan District Police Bureau and were detained at the Pangcun Township Detention Center. Around noon on October 26, his wife was released. On the morning of the 26th, Ma Jianjun was directly taken to the Xuchang City No. 3 Forced Labor Camp by people from the Shancheng District Police Bureau and he was sentenced to 21 months.

On November 6, practitioner Ms. Lo Xiaomei from Nanshan District was detained in the Xilihu Brainwashing Center in Shenzhen City by 610 Office agents.

23. [Ruanjiang City, Hunan Province] Practitioner Tian Qingxiang Arrested
On October 15, 2007, Ms. Tian Qingxiang from Ruanjiang City was arrested by police officers from the National Security Team after her home was ransacked. Currently, she is being detained at the Ruanjiang City Detention Center. Ms. Tian had previously been detained in a forced labor camp.

24. [Changshan City, Hunan Province] Practitioners Expose the Evil Acts of People from Xinkaipu Forced Labor Camp
At the Xinkaipu Forced Labor Camp in Changsha City, Mr. Tang Sibao from the Changfeng Group, Yongzhou City, Hunan Province, was tortured severely and he developed ascites. He was released until he could no longer take care of himself due to the torture.
Mr. Xinchu, who is in his fifties, was beaten severely and as a result, lost two teeth. On September 25, the warden, Chen Dayuan, from the No .3 team and a doctor force-fed Mr. Chen.
From 9 a.m. on June 4, 2007, to 2 p.m. on June 10, 2007, Mr. Kuang Zongyao, 60, from the Furongqiao Township, Chengdong County, was hung in the air and was handcuffed to window frames by police officers from the Xinkaipu Forced Labor Camp. From 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on August 1, 2007, he was interrogated while being tortured.
25. [Kunming City, Yunnan Province] Practitioner Ms. Duan Waiyun Detained
On the evening of November 5, 2007, Dafa practitioner Ms. Duan Waiyun went out to clarify the truth and a police officer arrested her. Currently, she is being detained at the Jinbi Police Station.
26. [Wulumuqi City, Xinjiang Province] Dafa Practitioner Han Jinzhong Still Detained
Mr. Han Jinzhong was detained for over three months. His family demanded his release, but they were denied. Mr. Han's mother was so traumatized that she ended up becoming confined to her bed.
27. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] The No. 75705 Troop Involved in Persecuting Practitioners
During the 17th Congress in October 2007, there were 8 to 9 Falun Gong practitioners that were detained by the 75705 Troop, Jiangxia District, Wuhan City, and the troop attempted to forcefully brainwash them.
28. [Jianyang City, Sichuan Province] Feng Xiuying and Three Other Practitioners Arrested
On October 30, 2007, Ms. Feng Xiuying, a retired worker from Jianyang City, and Mr. Li Anquan were clarifying the truth at the Hefeng Township, Jianyang City, and they were arrested and detained in Ziyang City. At around 7 p.m. on November 8, 2007, Ms. Hua Qing from Jiancheng Township was arrested. Currently, she is being detained at the Jianyang City Detention Center.
29. [Chongqing City] Update on the Persecution of Mr. Xiong Deli and Mr. Liu Chaoshu
Mr. Xiong Deli and Mr. Liu Chaoshu were arrested and Mr. Xiong was illegally sentenced to one and half years and Liu Chaoshu was sentenced to one year.
30. [Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province] Practitioners Yin Chunjiao and Ma Xia Arrested
On November 8, 2007, Ms. Yin Chunjiao and Ms. Ma Xia from Sanxiang Township, Zhongshan City, were arrested at their homes by police officers from the Gudu Police Station. The police officers also confiscated a personal computer, printer, five boxes of paper, a dozen of Dafa books, Dafa posters, Dajiyuan (Epoch Times) newspapers and some other personal belongings.
Ms. Yin Chunjiao, who is in her forties, was a primary school teacher. After the persecution began, she lost her job and now she leads a difficult life. Practitioner Ms. Ma Xia, also in her forties, was forced to become destitute and homeless after the persecution.
31. [Guangdong Province] Additional Facts on Zhuhai Practitioners' Arrest during Group Fa-Study
Ms. Lu Wanqin, on September 26, was taken to the Sanshui Brainwashing Center.
Ms. Li Jinzhen, on October 17, was taken to Sanshui Brainwashing Center.
Ms. Lu Guilan, on October 17, was forced to go to the Zhuhai City Tangjia Brainwashing Center.
Mr. Liao, on October 17 was forced to go back to Lianjiang.
Ms. Cai Huarong, is still detained at the No. 2 Detention Center,Zhuhai Detention Center.
Ms. Peng Dan, in her sixties, was arrested at her home and sentenced to one year in forced labor camp.
32. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Mr. Jiao Meishan and Mr. An Wenqi Sentenced to Nine and Eleven Years Respectively
Mr. Jiao Meishan, 57 years old, is an employee from the Shijiazhuang Casting Pipe General Factory. In 1995, he was doing work high up in the air and he fell to the ground and as a result he was paralyzed. In 1996, he began to practice Falun Gong and fully recovered. After July 20, 1999, Mr. Jiao refused to give up Dafa because it has given him a new life, so he has been persecuted for a long time.
On March 3, 2006, people from the 610 Office in the municipal police bureau, the Xinhua Police Sub-Bureau, the Lianmenglu Police Station and the Chang'an Sub-Bureau collectively arrested Mr. Jiao and detained him at the No. 2 Detention Center. In August 2007, he was sentenced at the Xinhua District Court, Shijiazhang City to nine years of imprisonment. Another practitioner, Mr. An Wenqi, was sentenced to 11 years of imprisonment.

33. [Shouguang City, Shandong Province] Meng Xiuying and Tian Guimei Sentenced to Forced Labor Camps
At around 10 a.m. on August 22, 2007, people from the 610 Office in Shouguan City and people from the Wenjian Community Management Committee Police Station broke into Mr. Fang Xiangsheng's home in the Wenjia District. They also arrested Mr. Fang and his wife Ms. Meng Xiuying and took them to the Wenjia Police Station after ransacking their home. Mr. Fang Xiangsheng forced to pay 10,000 yuan and was then released. Ms. Meng Xiuying was detained at the Shouguang City Detention Center and later was sentenced to one year in a forced labor camp, to be served outside the camp.
Ms. Tian Guimei from the Salt Industry Company was arrested and detained for one month. On August 30, 2007, she was sentenced to one year in a forced labor camp.
34. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Mid-level Court Maintains Unlawful Verdicts from First Trial of Five Practitioners
On October 25, Mr. Zhao Guoxing, Mr. Liu Yuhe, Mr. Zhao Yingjie, Ms. Mu Chunhong, and Ms. Wang Liqiu from Jilin City, were detained. Afterwards, they were sentenced in the Jilin City Chuanying Court for three to ten years. The five of them appealed to the Jilin City Mid-level Court, but the court maintained the original unjust verdicts.
