Manchester, United Kingdom: Practitioners Go to Chinatown to Clarify the Truth (Photo)
(Clearwisdom.net) Falun Gong practitioners in and around the city of
Manchester have been gathering together and holding activities in different
cities across the UK to introduce Falun Gong and expose the Chinese Communist
Party's (CCP) crimes against the practice. On November 11, practitioners went to
Manchester's Chinatown, and set up displays depicting what Falun Gong is, how
the practice has spread around the world, and exposing the evil and brutal
persecution of Falun Gong. People were shocked at the violent actions of the Chinese Communist Party in
persecuting Falun Gong. A lot of people signed petitions calling for an end to
the persecution. When three Chinese people came to realize the true nature of
the Chinese regime, they were so shocked that they immediately quit CCP
affiliates that they had joined as youths. After signing the petition, a western
man took a Falun Gong information CD and said that he would find his friends and
bring them over to sign the petitions. Later, his friends came and signed the
petitions to show their support while taking some CDs to find out more
information. Once they learned the facts, they thanked the practitioners for
their time and left. Practitioners demonstrated the Falun Gong exercises to give passersby an
immediate impression of what the practice is. A lot of passersby stopped to
watch. Some attempted the exercise movements, some took photos and some were
attracted so much to the music that they requested exercise CDs. Several people
showed an interest in learning the practice and wanted to order Falun Gong
books.
