(Clearwisdom.net) Mr. Zhou Lianghua, was a high school teacher of the Wuyi County Second Vocational School in Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province. Mr Zhou has been persecuted by the local CCP officials since the persecution of Falun Gong began in July 1999. On July 31, 2005, he was arrested for advocating the resignation of people from the CCP. Since then, he has been imprisoned at the Shiliping Labor Camp in Hu Town, Longyou County, Zhejiang Province. The camp administration has denied his family the right to visit him for more than two years now. Mr Zhou's family has received no word about his condition, and are extremely worried. In 2000, Mr. Zhou went to Beijing to appeal for justice for Falun Gong. Before he managed to exit the Beijing Train Station, he was arrested by He Xi (male) and other officers from the local 610 Office. He was taken back to Wuyi County and was imprisoned in the Wuyi Detention Center for one month. The police ransacked his home and extorted 10,000 yuan from his family as so-called "guarantee money" before his release. Later 5,000 yuan was seized. Of the 15,000 yuan taken, only 5000 yuan was ever returned.

The Second Vocational School assisted the CCP in harassing Mr. Zhou. They ordered Mr. Zhou to report to them every two hours. Several months later, they transferred Mr. Zhou to San'gang Primary School, which is located in the most remote village of the county. Mr. Zhou was only allowed to go home once a week. His basic monthly salary was about 300 yuan. He was also far away from his new born baby boy.

In July 2001, the police ransacked Mr. Zhou's home again. Mr. Zhou and his wife were arrested and sentenced to one and a half years of forced labor for possessing Dafa books. Their 19-month-old baby boy was left behind with Mr. Zhou's mother-in-law.

The guards used tiger bench and various other torture methods to persecute Mr. Zhou when he was imprisoned in the Shiliping Forced Labor Camp. They intended to destroy him mentally and physically. After he was released, the school, the neighborhood committee, and the 610 office kept up constant harassment.

In May 2004, Jiang Xuhua (male), Xie Yinglong (male) and other officers from the 610 Office took Mr. Zhou from the San'gang Primary School to a so-called Law Study Session held at Shimen Farm, Jinhua City. It was actually a brainwashing camp. The police ordered the school not to disclose Mr. Zhou's whereabout to his family.

In June 2005, Mr. Zhou was caught advocating the resignation of people from the CCP. Wang Wenqiong (male), an officer from the State Security Division, Jiang Xuhua (male), an officer from the county 610 Office, and other officers arrested Mr. Zhou at his school. Although he was able to escape after he was taken to the police station. The police then took Mr. Zhou's brother-in-law (non-practitioner, his wife's older brother) as a hostage. He was released on bail as soon as Mr. Zhou was again arrested. Mr. Zhou's wife was also taken as a hostage after his escape. She was imprisoned for one month, then was taken to a brainwashing camp.

Mr. Zhou is imprisoned to this day at the Shiliping Forced Labor Camp. His condition is unknown.
