610 Office Plot to Defame Practitioners Failed in 2000

(Clearwisdom.net) In the summer of 2000, carrying out a secret order given by the Chinese Communist Party, staff members from the 610 Office in Wei County, Hebei Province, along with policemen and officers from Weizhou Town formed a plot to smear Falun Gong. The event took place in a Taipingzhuang Village committee room in Weizhou Town.

Early that morning, the following people who had been involved in persecuting Falun Gong practitioners gathered at the Taipingzhuang Village committee room: the director of the Wei County 610 Office; the Public Security Bureau supervisor Men Fawang (male); the mayor of Weizhou Town, Yu Li (male); and other key persons involved in the persecution. They arranged tables and chairs, and set up a video camera and lights.

After everything was set up, they brought in several local elderly Falun Gong practitioners, and forced them to recite, word by word, a pre-written script to insult and attack Falun Gong. After the practitioners became familiar with the script, the director instructed the practitioners in how to stand, sit, talk through the microphone, etc. Finally, they forced the practitioners to rehearse one last time. They then told the elderly practitioners: "You will only have say these words when we do the take. Don't forget!"

Then, a news broadcaster held out a microphone and said to an elderly practitioner: "Camera! Action!" The elderly practitioner slowly uttered the words, "I forgot." They then made another practitioner rehearse what they had just practiced. She also said, "I forgot." They turned to the third practitioner, and her response was also, "I forgot." It was at that moment that all the other practitioners spoke out in unison, "We all forgot." Upon seeing that the show they had meticulously designed could no longer go on, they started cursing profusely. They then drove the practitioners out of the room. As a result, they had no choice but to end their ridiculous show.

These elderly practitioners had all been benefited from Falun Dafa. Dafa was rooted deeply in their minds. They would never betray Teacher or damage Dafa.
