Practitioner Zhou Liyan from Dalian City Arrested Twice within Eighteen Days

Ms. Zhou Liyan is a Falun Dafa practitioner in Dalian City, Liaoning Province. She resides on Xinghai street, Shahekou District, Dalian City, and operates a hair salon.

On August 31 she was arrested from her home by Fuguo police in Dalian City. She was detained for 15 days. Only 18 days later, on November 19, 2007, she was arrested for the second time from her home and taken to Luotaishanzhuang brainwashing center in Fushun City, Liaoning Province.
