The Video "Teaching the Fa to Australian Falun Dafa Practitioners" Served as a Wake-Up Call for Me

(Clearwisdom.net) I am not a very diligent Falun Dafa practitioner. After
I watched the video "Teaching the Fa to Australian Falun Dafa
Practitioners," I was very excited. Later, I watched the video several more
times. I realized that I had a lot of deep human notions and thoughts. I was
anxious to eliminate these bad things, and indeed these notions were weakened
after I watched the video. I know that because I really have righteous thoughts, Master is eliminating
bad things for me. This feeling was similar to what I felt when I first began
practicing Falun Gong and Master eliminated bad things for me. I shed tears for
the first time in twenty years as I wrote this article. I am so grateful to
Master for his compassionate salvation. Although I am not a good disciple, I
knew then that Master would never abandon me. I thought that I would be a good
disciple and do everything that Falun Dafa practitioners should do. I felt that
I must follow the way that Master arranged for me. The first thing I learned from the video was the importance of studying the
Fa well. We cannot study the Fa with attachments. Master told us
this repeatedly in "Teaching the Fa to Australian Falun Dafa
Practitioners." We cannot distort a statement of the Fa to cover up our
attachments. Learning the Fa cannot be seen as just another task, and the Fa is
what guides us in cultivation. We should examine our xinxing,
words and actions using the Fa, and upon finding shortcomings in ourselves, we
should then eliminate them. Secondly, we should carefully adjust our xinxing. Rectifying our minds
and finding our attachments are the basis for our cultivation. Master has
repeatedly told us to look inside when something happens. We should work hard
and upgrade our xinxing as soon as possible. We should conduct ourselves
according to the Fa's requirements. The third thing I learned is the urgency of our cultivation. In the video,
Master pointed out some important issues that some Falun Dafa practitioners
face. I know that I cannot slack off because Master has clearly pointed out the
urgency of the issues. We cannot delay the process of the Fa because of our
personal problems, as the consequences are quite serious. The fourth thing was that we should do everything that Master talks about in
the lecture. As long as we have righteous thoughts, we will cooperate and do
things well, and amazing things will happen. We must hold ourselves to high
standards and eliminate our attachments. Every Falun Dafa practitioner should
start with himself and actively cooperate well with each other. We will then
form an indestructible whole group as Master has required. The fifth lesson is the importance of our positions as Falun Dafa
practitioners in clarifying the truth about Falun Gong, disintegrating the
Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and saving sentient beings. We should understand
clearly that clarifying the truth and eliminating the CCP are being done for the
sake of sentient beings. If we position ourselves and understand the Fa well,
then we can save more and more sentient beings. My understandings are limited. Please kindly correct me if there is anything
