Ms. Shi Shenglan from Group 13, Lianhua Village, Houtang Township, Chenxi County, Hunan Province, was arrested on April 25, 2006, while she distributed flyers to dispel the lies propagated by the Chinese Communist Party. She was taken to Chenxi County Detention Center. She and another practitioner, Ms. Xiang Juzhen, were sentenced to three-and-a-half years in prison in August 2006. They are currently being held in Hunan Province Women's Prison. Their families are terribly worried about them.
