Ukraine: Raising Awareness about Falun Dafa in Severodonetsk (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) On November 25, 2007, Ukrainian practitioners held an activity in the city of Severodonetsk. Information about the practice of Falun Dafa was shared with the people of the city as well as news of the persecution of practitioners in China.

The chosen site was opposite a supermarket. Because it was a weekend, there were many passersby and shoppers going in and out. Some practitioners demonstrated the exercises on the grass in front of the supermarket, some distributed leaflets, and others showed people how to fold lotus flowers. Though it was very cold, the peaceful and beautiful exercise music attracted many people to stop and watch. After seeing the movements of the exercises, many expressed an interest in learning Falun Dafa. Most of them asked for leaflets and wanted to know more about the practice.

After hearing about the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners and the CCP's crime of harvesting their organs for huge profits, people in the city expressed their support for the practitioners' efforts to raise awareness and rescue the persecuted practitioners. Many people wrote down their thoughts on the petition forms, urging the President of Ukraine and the Parliament to call for an end to the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in China and condemn the crimes of the CCP.

Every time such activities are held there are many people who see the beauty of Falun Dafa and want to learn the practice. Some of them say they have been looking for the Fa all their lives and feel so lucky that they have finally found it.
