Photo Report: Practitioners in Taiwan Gather Together to Form Huge Chinese Characters

(Clearwisdom.net) On December 1, 2007, over 4000 Falun Dafa
practitioners from Taiwan, and Kimmen, Penghu islands gathered in Chunghsing
village Nantou County to form five Chinese characters "Fa Lun Da Fa Hao"
(Falun Dafa is Great). They also practiced the exercises. About 4000 Falun Dafa practitioners formed Chinese characters
"Fa Lun Da Fa Hao" (Falun Dafa is Great) One participant said the practice of forming Chinese characters originated in
mainland China many years ago. Taiwan has the second largest number of
practitioners in the world, short of Mainland China, so there are plenty of
practitioners available for such an activity. In November 1997, Master Li
Hongzhi gave lectures in Taiwan in Taipei City and Taichung City. This year, it
was the 10th anniversary, so the practitioners decided to form a more
difficult but more beautiful Li calligraphic style characters. It is to express
the appreciation from the practitioners but also wish more people will learn the
truth of Falun Dafa. In the past May, 5000 Falun Gong practitioners formed Chinese characters
"Zhu Shi Zhun Sheng Ri Kuai Le" (Wish Honorable Master A Happy
Birthday) and "5-13 World Falun Dafa Day". May 13 2007, 5000 Falun Gong practitioners formed Chinese
characters "Zhu Shi Zhun Sheng Ri Kuai Le" (Wish Honorable Master A
Happy Birthday) at Chungcheng Memorial Hall Plaza Taipei City Taiwan May 13 2007, 5000 Falun Gong practitioners formed Chinese
characters "5-13 World Falun Dafa Day" to celebrate the 15th
anniversary of Falun Gong's introduction to the public. In contrast to Mainland China where the Communist party persecutes Falun
Gong, Falun Gong continues to spread fast in Taiwan. Its many benefits have been
well recognized by levels of government and received wide support from all walks
of society. The following pictures are a collection of large Chinese character forming
