Finland: Letting More People in Finland Know the Facts of the CCP's Persecution of Falun Gong (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) On February 3, 2007, the Finland Service Center for Quitting the CCP, volunteers from The Epoch Times newspaper, and Falun Gong practitioners held a rally in cold weather outside the Helsinki Train Station. They held banners reading, "The Nine Commentaries Started the Movement to Quit the CCP" and "Eighteen Million Chinese People Have Quit the CCP." They also set up posters to expose the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) killing of innocent Chinese people, especially the Falun Gong practitioners who follow the principles, "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance."

People who took to bus to go shopping passed by and saw the photos showing Falun Gong practitioners being severely persecuted by the CCP. The volunteers and practitioners handed out leaflets exposing the CCP's brutal atrocities, including killing over 80 million Chinese, especially the inhuman persecution of Falun Gong practitioners over the past seven years and the organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners. After reading the leaflets, kind-hearted Fins read the poster boards and voluntarily signed the petition calling for an end to the persecution.

Two older ladies initially listened to the explanation of a Chinese practitioner. One lady then found a Finnish practitioner to further learn the facts. The other left her contact information with the Chinese practitioner so that she could get more information. Before they left, practitioners gave them truth-clarification materials, the English version of the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party, and the independent investigation report written by Mr. David Kilgour and Mr. David Matas. Later, one of the ladies called Veijo, a contact person listed on the leaflet, and asked, "Can I take photos at your demonstration in front of the Chinese Embassy?" Veijo replied, "Of course you can. Thank you."

A freelance writer actively came forward to learn the facts and asked for literature in Chinese for his Chinese wife. The volunteer gave him Chinese and English versions of the Nine Commentaries and the independent investigation report. He said that he had lots of media and political contacts, and he will help spread the information. The volunteer expressed his appreciation.

After looking at the photos of the persecution, an older lady said to a practitioner, "Global warming is occurring right now. This is because human beings have made mistakes, so God is warning human beings. People need to wake up." The practitioner also sighed and said, "History gives people a hint, and evil acts inevitably bring heaven's punishment. When the catastrophe is coming, how can you escape and save yourself? Maybe one song, 'Finding Truth,' which was sung by soprano Bai Xue in the NTDTV Spectacular, could give people some hints. It says 'When disaster descends, It favors neither rich nor poor. But there is a way out�"Quickly find what is true!' Follow in the footsteps of the 18 million Chinese who have broken away from the CCP and you will have a bright future."
