Late-Stage Bladder Cancer Patient Survives After Learning Dafa

(Clearwisdom.net) I lived in Changqing Neighborhood, Mingshan District in Benxi City, Liaoning Province. I suffered from bladder cancer and had an operation in July 2006. They found that the cancer was already in its late stage when they cut open my abdomen. The operation was a waste and it forced me to stay in the hospital for two weeks.

The doctor asked me to go home and take care of myself. He told me that I had at most six months to live. He asked me to have my bladder flushed a few times, and gave me a bunch of pain killers and antibiotics. In September, my mild fever turned high, reaching 104 degrees. I was too weak to turn and get up out of bed. I could only take in some fluids to sustain myself. I felt my chance of survival diminishing, and I was in despair and pain every day. I almost lost my hope and courage to continue living.

One day in mid-October, a neighbor who was a Falun Gong practitioner brought me a Dafa pendant. Miraculously, I did not have a fever that night. The next day she brought me some fruit, and also a book and a cassette of Zhuan Falun, along with some pamphlets of the facts about Falun Gong. She told me to recite "Falun Dafa is good" and "Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance is good." From then on I had no fever. I am thankful to Mr. Li and the practitioner who came to see me.

At around 3:00 a.m. on November 22, while I was listening to the cassette, a sound like that of a balloon popping originated from my lower belly and it shocked me. Then the blood flew out from the tube in me for half an hour. A miracle then occurred. The tube that had been inserted into my bladder for four months came out by itself. I was moved to tears and said, "It is the Teacher of Falun Gong saving me."

According to the doctor, because my urethra was filled with cancer cells, I was going to have the tube remain in my body until I died. Now the tube has been expelled for over forty days, and I can urinate. The bad stuff such as rotted flesh and secreted material also are constantly being discharged.

I thank Teacher who helps me clear up my body every day. My facial tone is much healthier, and my appetite has also improved. I am getting better day by day. I have studied Dafa for over two months now. The practitioner who had helped me came to teach me the exercises every night after work.

If it was not for Master Li, who saved me, I would have died. I truly am grateful to Falun Dafa and Master Li for giving me a second life. I also thank the practitioner who helped me learn Dafa while I was still alive. It is indeed priceless, and my appreciation is beyond description. I will follow Master Li's instruction to study the Fa, do the exercises diligently, and follow the principles of "Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance." I will never give up my cultivation.
