(Clearwisdom.net) In November 2006, agents from the Huili City Police in Sichuan Province used money to lure innocent children to be their "undercover agents." They make the children go to Falun Gong practitioners' homes, and pretend to want information about Falun Dafa, or to follow the practitioners, who are later arrested.

On the morning of November 10, 2006, the daughter of Mr. Liu, a Nanjiao Village resident and a neighbor of practitioner Li Zefen, together with several students from the village Xinhua Elementary School went to Li Zefen's home saying, "We like the Falun Dafa bookmarks, and we want several more." They also asked Ms. Li if she still had Falun Gong truth-clarification flyers, as they also wanted to read them. Ms. Li kindly received the children. She brought out stools and let them sit in her yard. Before long, two police vehicles arrived. Several police officers ransacked Ms. Li's home and took her away.

In the afternoon of the same day, it was again the Xinhua Elementary School students who followed practitioner Ms. Ma Lingxian, who had clarified the truth to them. It happened that Ms. Cui Deli, another practitioner, had just arrived at the school to pick up her granddaughter. Since the police tried to arrest Ma Lingxian but failed, they arrested Ms. Cui Deli instead and put her into the detention center. Later, a member Cui Deli's family asked the National Security police, "Why do they arrest innocent people?" The police replied, "For those we do not like, we can arrest whoever we want. It is not a big deal!" Four days later practitioner Ma Lingxian was arrested at her home. Li Zefen, Cui Deli, and Ma Lingxian were illegally detained for almost one month. They were later given sentences of forced labor and sent to the Nanmusi Forced Labor Camp in Sichuan Province.

It was heard that the police commended the students who had reported the practitioners and paid them each 10 yuan.

The police have used money as a lure to encourage and incite these elementary school students to commit crimes. The Huili City Police personnel are committing crimes against not only these children, but against society.

Huili City Police officers have been actively following the evil Party in persecuting Dafa practitioners. Since April 2006, policeman Yang Shaoliang has directed and been involved in persecuting Dafa practitioners in Huili. He first took practitioner Liu Tianhuo, a 74 year-old veteran, away from his home for detention, later sentenced him to three years of forced labor, and sent him to the Wumaping Prison in Leshan City. Later he arrested Dong Jiahe and Li Tianhuo when they went to the police department to tell the police the difficult situation of Liu Tianhuo's wife, who is disabled. The two practitioners were also given forced labor sentences and sent to the Xinhua Forced Labor Camp in Mianyang City. In December he sent Cui Deli, Li Zefen, and Ma Lingxian, who are over 60 years old to the Nanmusi Forced Labor Camp. Ms. Ma Lingxian has since been sent back to Huili City to serve her sentence outside the labor camp. Yang Shaoliang is so devoted to persecuting Falun Gong practitioners because he wants to divert his superiors' attention and hide his crimes of embezzlements, corruption, and law violations. The local residents are fully aware of the crimes he has committed.

Since the persecution of Falun Gong began, one of the Falun Gong practitioners in Huili has been tortured to death and twenty have been sentenced to forced labor, with ten still being detained in other regions. There were more than 80 arrests (this includes multiple arrests of individuals). More than 40 practitioners' homes were ransacked and they were illegally fined.
