Chai Yuqiao, a Conspirator in the Zhouzhou Rape Incident, Receives Karmic Retribution

Chai Yuqiao is 51 years old and is notorious for his poor character. He used to be an elementary school teacher. Later he managed to become a government official through bribery. He was first named Youth League secretary and then transferred to his hometown as government comprehensive office director. During his tenure, he once burned a woman's nipple with a cigarette. He also had a lover even though he was married. After the persecution of Falun Gong began, he spared no efforts following Jiang's regime to persecute Falun Gong practitioners.

On November 25, 2005, a rape occurred in Zhuozhou which received world-wide condemnation. However, Chai Yuqiao and his family claimed the rape was a rumor. His wife, Zhang Guiyun, said Falun Gong was mean and his father, Chai Zhen, said Falun Gong practitioners should all be executed. His son, Chai Baoguo, claimed he would kill any practitioner who would clarify the truth to him.

His wife, Zhang Guiyun, is 58. Last year she suddenly felt unwell. After she went to Beijing for a check up, she was diagnosed with liver cancer and stomach cancer. Every day she relies on IVs to live. When Dafa practitioners went to advise her to have a good attitude towards Dafa, she wouldn't listen. Now she is bedridden and her family has made preparations for her funeral.

One of Zhang Guiyun's nephews burned Dafa books and he has already received retribution. He fell from a tree and broke his limbs and is now paralyzed.

Chai Yuqiao used to have three good friends who grew up in the same village. Now all of them have parted company with him. One friend was practitioner Wang Helin, whom Chai Yuqiao arrested several times. Another friend, Liu Jianhe, saw through his nature and had decided long ago not to talk to him. A third friend, Li Jin, also stopped contacting him after learning that he and his accomplice, Wang Huiqi, defrauded his son-in-law's family of 7,000 yuan.

The villagers all knew Chai Yuqiao received retribution but they were surprised that such retribution came so soon.

The rape happened just over a year ago and now the major responsible people have all received retribution. After Song Xiaobin, the deputy secretary of Dongchengfang, and Chu Chunshui, Dongchengfang police station were removed from their posts, Zhuozhou city political committee secretary Wang Zinong and national security brigade captain Zhang Weiqiang were also fired.
