1. [Qingyuan City,Guangdong Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner Mr. He Jianren and Others Detained
Police from the State Security Section of the Qingyuan City Police Station arrested He Jianren in February 2006. Shortly after, Mr. Lan Jizhou and Mr. Aqiang were arrested, on February 27, Ms. Liang Huizhen and Ms. Wu Yulan were arrested. In March, police from the State Security Section in the City Police Department arrested Mr. Deng Jinglin, Ms. Wang Jianxia and her husband, and Ms. He Yanping. All were detained in the Qingyuan City Xinxian Detention Center and then taken to Shaoguan Prison in Guangdong Province.

2. [Yingkou City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Mr. Fan Xuebin on Tenth Day of Hunger Strike
Practitioner Mr. Fan Xuebin from Yingkou City was arrested at his home on the morning of January 29, 2007. He is detained at theYingkou City Detention Center. Police ransacked his home and confiscated his personal property, including a computer, a printer, and a large amount of truth-clarifying discs and materials.
To protest his arrest, Mr. Fan held a hunger strike that had lasted for ten days as of February 10, 2007.
3. [Chengdu, Sichuan Province] Practitioner Ms. Li Yuzhen Homeless and Destitute
On January 10, 2007, police from Jiange County, Guangyuan City rushed into Li Yuzhen’s home in Chengdu attempting to arrest her. Ms. Li escaped and is now homeless.
4. [Nehe, Heilongjiang Province] Police Arrest Six Dafa Practitioners
Police arrested six practitioners, including Ms. Ai Guifeng, Ms. Da Bailing, Ms. Fang Wenxiu and Ms. Xu Yali.
5. [Dehui City, Jilin Province] Practitioner Su Yafen Arrested
At 9:30 p.m. on January 22, 2007, Liu Jiping, head of Dafangshen Town Police Station ordered Chang Xiande and other policemen to jump the wall and storm into practitioner Ms. Su Yafen's home in Changchunling Village. They pushed Ms. Su to the ground and handcuffed her, then arrested her. She is detained at the Dehui City Detention Center. In February 7, 2007 she was transferred to Changchun for further torture and forced labor.
6. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Mr. Sun Jinghuan Tortured at Yaojia Detention Center
Practitioner Mr. Sun Jinghuan, from Dalian was taken directly to Yaojia Detention Center in Dalian. Mr. Sun Jinghuan did not cooperate. He refused to have his photo taken. He did not allow his blood pressure to be taken and protested their attempts to beat him. To protest his illegal detention, Mr. Sun went on a hunger strike the night he arrived at the center. On February 5, he was taken to the third floor for a transfusion. Later he was handcuffed with his hands behind his back and cuffed to the bed. On February 6, he was brutally force-fed and threatened that if he continued the hunger strike he would be handcuffed with his hands behind his back even at night so that he could not sleep.

7. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Ms. Sun Lianxiang Arrested
On the evening of February 7, 2007, staff from the State Security Team in Mancheng County State Public Security Bureau City Department arrested Ms. Sun.Lainxiang.
8. [Suiyuan City, Helongjiang Province] Practitioner Ms. Zhang Chunhui Arrested by Suihua City 610 Office
Staff from the Suihua City 610 Office arrested Ms. Zhuang Chunhui, Mr. Zhang Xingguo’s daughter. She was taken to the Suihua City Detention Center for ten days. Mr. Zhang had been detained for 15 days in a detention center just before his daughter’s arrest.
9. [Yushu City, Jilin Province] Mr. Zhang Fengjun and Other Practitioners Arrested
After practitioner Mr. Zhang Fengjun was arrested while having lunch at home, staff from the Yulin City Public Security Bureau tried to extort a 10,000 yuan fine for his release. Mr. Zhang's family did not pay the fine.
Other imprisoned practitioners are Ms. Zhang Dongmei from Sihe County, Mr. Yang Shuxin and Mr. Ma Lingxi from Xinli County, and Ms. Liuguilan.
10. [Linshui County, Sichuan Province] Eight Practitioners Arrested
During the night of February 10, 2007, policemen from the State Security Team and Police Patrol Squad in Lingshui Public Security Bureau arrested a group of practitioners who were sending forth righteous thoughts. Eight of them were taken for detention by the Linshui State Security Team, under orders of the Public Security Bureau.
11. [Tianjin] Banqiao Forced Labor Camp Tortures Practitioners
Tianjin Banqiao Forced Labor Camp put unknown medicine into practitioners’ food to torture them. They extorted a fee for medicines from practitioners’ families.
12. [Beijing] Practitioner Mr. Wang Guoxin Arrested at Home
On September 1, 2006, police from the Beiqiao Police Station in the Dongcheng District arrested practitioner Mr. Wang Guoxin from Beijing at home. He was sentenced to two years forced labor by police from the Dongcheng Police Substation.
13. [Shanghai] Pudong New Court Attempted to Sentence Practitioners
On February 12, 2007, Pudong New Court attempted to sentence practitioners, including Ms. Zeng Aihua.
14. [Shanghai] Dafa Practitioner Ms. Liu Shufang Arrested
Practitioner Ms. Liu Shufang from Ganxi New Village, Dachang Town in Shanghai's Baoshang District was arrested in mid-November 2006. Her whereabouts are unknown.
15. [Yantai City, Shangdong Province] Practitioner Mr. Li Junzhi Detained and Tortured
Practitioner Mr. Li Junzhi was secretly detained and tortured at Zhangjiagou Detention Center in Zhangjiagou.
16. [Fuxin City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Ms. Liang Fenglan Arrested
At 7:00 p.m. on January 31, 2007, police from the Yimatu Police Station arrested practitioner Ms. Liang Fenglan, who lived in the west part of Ping'an in Haizhou District, Fuxin City. She was distributing truth-clarification materials in Yimatu, Fuxin County.
17. [Muling City, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Ms. Wang Yunfeng Detained
On the night of February 6, 2007, Muling City practitioner Ms. Wang Yunfeng’s home was ransacked. Zhou Jinsheng and two policemen from the Muling City State Security Team arrested her. They confiscated Dafa books and Dafa materials, and she was detained at Muling City Detention Center.

18. [Laishui County, Hebei Province] Practitioners Mr. Guo Fuyun and Ms. Chen Shuqin Arrested
Practitioner Mr. Guo Fuyun, lived at Wanggezhuang Village in Songgezhuang Town, Laishui County, Hebei Province, and practitioner Ms. Chen Shuqin came from Shenjiatai Village. Police from Laishui County arrested them. They are detained in the Laishui County Detention Center. No family visits are allowed.
19. [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Eight to Nine Practitioners Illegally Imprisoned
On February 10, 2007, officers from the Dashi Police Station in Guangzhou Panyu arrested eight or nine practitioners while they were involved in group Fa study in Panyu. They are still detained.
20. [Xiangfan, Hubei Province] Practitioner Mr. Zhang Yi Detained
Practitioner Mr. Zhang Yi worked for the Xiangfan Railway Passenger Transportation Section and was illegally sentenced to one year of forced labor. He is now detained and tortured by guards from Team Nine at Qilihu Force Labor Camp in Shayang.

21. [Chongqing] Practitioners Ms. Zhang Zhifen and Mr. Pizhong Arrested
At about 8:00 p.m. on February 2, 2007, practitioners Ms. Zhang Zhifen and Mr. Pizhong were reported to the police by someone with the surname Liang when they were posting truth-clarifying materials at Putao Street in Heyang. Staff from the local 610 Office arrested them and took them to Hechuang Detention Center. Both are now on a hunger strike to protest their detention.
22. [Taiyuan County, Hu'nan Province] Practitioner Ms. Zhuang Aiying Arrested
On February 6, 2007, practitioner Ms. Zhuang Aiying escorted Zhang Mingjun's son to the Taoyuan County 610 Office. Office personnel claimed they had released practitioner Zhang Mingjun. 610 Office agents had not set him free and then arrested Ms. Zhuanng Aiying. She is now also detained in the detention center and being subjected to torture.
23. [Puning, Guangdong Province] Practitioners Ms. Chen Huiyu and Su Xuanjuan Sentenced to Forced Labor
Practitioners Ms. Chen Huiyu, 54, and Su Xuanjuan, 50, were sentenced to a year and half of forced labor. They were taken to the labor camp for torture and re-education on February 5.
24. [Gannan Zhou (County), Gansu Province] Practitioner Mr. Zhang Xuehong Arrested
Practitioner Mr. Zhang Xuehong was arrested. No further information was provided.
25. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Practitioner Mr. Wang Jijun Arrested
On February 8, 2007, Xu Guoqing and other policemen from the Wuhan City Public Security Department Gangcheng Substation in Qingshan District stormed into the Dianshi Computer and Art School. They confiscated all computers and other teaching equipment. They arrested everyone at the site. Wang Jijun is still detained in the Detention Center of Qingshang District.
26. [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Practitioner Ms. Liu Yueli Arrested
At 8:00 p.m. on February 1, 2007, practitioner Ms. Liu Yueli was arrested and taken to the Conghua City Forced Drug Rehabilitation and Treatment Center by police from the Jiekou Xincheng Police Station in Conghua City, Guangzhou.

27. [Zizhong County, Sichuan Province] Practitioner Mr. Liu Jian and Others Still Imprisoned
Police officer Xie and other policemen from the Shuanglong Town Police Station in Zizhong County arrested practitioners Mr. Liu Jian; Mr. Huang Zhongju and his father, Mr. Wang; Mr. Jiang; Mr. Xie; and Mr. Li when they were clarifying the truth in Shuanglong Town and Liuma Town. They are now detained in the Zizhong County Detention Center.
28. [Jiang'an County, Sichuan Province] Crimes Committed by Police in Jiang'an County, Yibin City
Practitioners Ms. Gan Yefen, Ms. Zhang Songxiu, and Ms. Wang Shuhui went to Beijing to appeal to the central government on behalf of Falun Gong. They were arrested and detained for many months. The police extorted 10,000 yuan from each family.
Between 2001 and 2006, practitioners Mr. Zhonglin, Ms. Deng Qilian, Ms. Gan Yefen, Ms. Zhang Zongxiu, Ms. Liuping, and Ms. Li Sanmei were arrested. They were detained in the county detention center for three months and fined 1,000 yuan each.
In 2002, Ms. Zhang Zongxiu and Wang Shuhui were reported while distributing truth-clarifying materials. They were taken to a forced labor camp.
In September, 2006, the homes of practitioners Mr. Deng Xinghui, Mr. Chen Yongfu, Ms. Liu Ping, Ms. Zhang Zongxiu, Ms. Gan Yefen, and Ms. Zhong Lin were ransacked and much was confiscated. Soon after, Ms. Wang Shuhui was sentenced to a year and a half of forced labor.
Practitioner Mr. Kang Ruiren has been detained many times. He is still detained. His wife is homeless. His son only said, "Dafa is good." Therefore, he was detained in the detention center when he brought his father some daily necessities.
