Deputy Chief Lu Guang of the Huanan County Police Department Receives Karmic Retribution
(Clearwisdom.net) Editors' Note: In both Western and Chinese culture,
the principle of karmic retribution, that is, being held ultimately accountable
for one's own actions, is widely accepted. The fundamental teaching of Falun
Gong is the characteristic of the universe,
"Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." The universe will reward
actions that are in harmony with this principle, while actions such as beating,
torturing and murdering people will incur karmic retribution. Stated another
way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while evildoings will meet due
retribution. Articles such as this one are meant as a compassionate reminder of this
principle to those who would commit wrongdoing. While many of those who
persecute Falun Gong are merely "following orders," the universal law
requires that they, too, be held responsible for their actions, and that only by
reversing their course of wrongdoing may they escape retribution. Lu Guang, the deputy chief of the Huanan County Police Department in
Heilongjiang Province, has persecuted Falun Gong practitioners. Following the
Chinese Communist Party (CCP), he has arrested practitioners and extorted cash
from them. He has not listened to any advice. Now he has received karmic
retribution in the form liver cancer and is tortured by pain. Lu Guang has been in charge of persecuting Falun Gong practitioners in the
Huanan County Police Department. Since the CCP began to persecute Falun Gong in
July 20, 1999, he has closely followed the CCP's dictates to persecute Falun
Gong practitioners by harassing them and extorting money and
"confessions" from them. Many practitioners have been sentenced to
forced labor because of him. Practitioners continually tried to explain the
facts to him and mail him truth-clarifying materials; however, he has never
changed his mind. In 2006, Lu Guang was diagnosed with liver cancer. He spent over 300,000
yuan on treatments in Beijing, but the disease cannot be treated.
Now, his wife has tearfully asked his colleagues to lend them money for further
treatment. For the past few years, Lu Guang has harassed and persecuted practitioners,
and many of their families were broken up. He owes a lot. For the past few
years, although he temporarily got a position as an official by following the
CCP and persecuting Falun Gong, what he will lose might be his life or worth
even something worth more than his life. Time passes quickly. Heaven's condemnation of the CCP has begun. There are
fewer and fewer chances for people to make up for what they have done wrong. Now
we seriously declare to Lu Guang and others who still follow the CCP and
continue to persecute Falun Gong, including Li Jun (male) and Chen Yujun (male)
from Huanan County National Security Division, Jia Shouhui (male), Guo Junlin
(male), and Sang Jingbo (male) from the Huanan County Forest Bureau: we hope you
not only stop persecuting practitioners, but also actively seek chances to make
amends. Treating Falun Dafa and practitioners well will give you and your family
