1. [Yueyang County, Hunan Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner Ms. Tang Gemei in Critical Condition After a Six-Day Hunger Strike
Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Tang Gemei from Pingjiang County, Yueyang, has been on hunger strike for six days at the Rongjiawan Detention Center. She is in critical condition from persecution and malnutrition.
Another practitioner, Ms. Zhou Dongying from Yueshan Reed Factory of Yueyang County, was held at the same detention center for more than two months and has safely returned home.
2. [Dujiangyan City, Sichuan Province] Practitioner Mr. Zuo Rong Arrested
Practitioner Mr. Zuo Rong from Dujiangyan City was illegally arrested. The arresting agent was a security guard from the Dujiangyan Shop, a part of Chengdu Department Store. The arrest happened at 3:00 a.m. on February 15, 2007, when she was distributing truth clarification materials. She was later taken to the Puyang Road Police Station.
3. [Deyang City, Sichuan Province] Practitioner Ms. Zeng Jing Illegally Detained
Ms. Zeng Jing from Deyang City, in her 30s, is currently held at a labor camp for refusing to renounce her belief. Her husband does not practice Falun Gong. Her daughter, also a practitioner, attends middle school. Their home phone number is 86-838-2803001.
4. [Tianjin] Persecution of Practitioners at the Bohai Petroleum Corporation in Tanggu
Practitioners who work at the Bohai Petroleum Corporation in Tianjin had their homes ransacked between April and August 2006 for exposing the persecution they experienced at the hands of local authorities. Five practitioners were detained, and two practitioners were sent to labor camp(s). Sixteen practitioners experienced incidents of arrests and ransacking, and nine practitioners experienced incidents of detention between December 19, 2006, and February 6, 2007. Three practitioners�"Ms. Zhang Huizhen, Ms. Ding Youlin, and Ms. Wang Guiling�"are now being held at the Tanggu Detention Center for the second time.
Those who personally persecuted practitioners include officials from the National Security Division, the No. 9 Xingang Criminal Investigation Division, security officials from the Bohai Petroleum Corporation, from the 610 Office. Also involved are the corporation's Party secretary from Second Level Unit, the Division Party secretary, and members of the residential Party Committee.
5. [Chongqing] Retiree Ms. Xiao Lizhu Arrested
According to practitioner Ms. Xiao Lizhu's neighbors, Ms. Xiao and her family were arrested in early February 2007 from their home in the National Bond Building in District C, Xincheng, Tianyi, Yubei District, Chongqing. Their home was ransacked. Ms. Xiao is a retiree from the National Tax Bureau and was persecuted many times after July 20, 1999. The authorities monitored and harassed her.
6. [Hunan Province Practitioners Mr. Lu Shuangming and Mr. Lu Mengjun Held at the Shuangfeng County Detention Center
Practitioners Mr. Lu Shuangming and Mr. Lu Mengjun were arrested by patrol officers from Xingzi Police Department when distributing materials in Xingzipu, Shuangfeng County the evening of January 6, 2007. They are currently held at the Shuangfeng County Detention Center.
Officers from the National Security Division at the Shuangfeng County Police Department, the Xingzi Police Department, from the Loudi City 610 Office and from the Hunan Province 610 Office are responsible for persecuting practitioners.

7. [Shouguang City, Shandong Province] Practitioners Mr. Liu Zengxin and Ms. Liu Sulan Arrested
Mr. Liu Zengxin and his wife, Liu Sulan, from Wangpei Village, Sunji Town, Shouguang City were arrested by officers from Sunji Town Police Department and the 610 Office on February 8, 2007. The officers took a notebook computer and a printer.
8. [Dezhou City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Ms. Zhao Yujing Arrested
Practitioner Ms. Zhao Yujing returned home in late January 2007 after living homeless to avoid arrest. The police broke into her home while she was eating and took her away. They sent her to Wangcun Forced Labor Camp in Zibo City where she remains.
9. [Huanggang City, Hubei Province] Practitioner Mr. Zheng Zhihong Was Transferred to the Fanjiatai Prison in Shayang on February 7, 2007, for Further Persecution
10. [Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Mr. Xi Zhaojun and Others Arrested
Practitioners Mr. Xi Zhaojun and Mr. Zhang from Kangbao County, Zhangjiakou City, were arrested on the evening of February 24, 2007, when clarifying the truth. Three officers from Kangbao Police Department ransacked their homes at 9:00 a.m. on February 25, 2007. They confiscated some Dafa books and truth clarification materials.
11. [Sichuan Province] Persecution of Practitioners at the Sichuan Province Women's Forced Labor Camp
The Sichuan Province Women's Labor Camp officials mentally torment practitioners and also force them to do slave labor. They permit them only three daily bathroom breaks and forbid family visits.
In 2005, Liu Pinxiu, head of a group of people assigned to watch practitioner Ms. Gong Xincan and not let her use the restroom. She jumped from the staircase and broke one leg. She was persecuted again in April 2006 and was crippled by the time she arrived at Nanmusi.
Other practitioners who were persecuted at this labor camp include: Ms. Zhu Yuehui, Ms. He Xiuzhen, Ms. Luo Biqun, Ms. Li Anying, Ms. Luo Yongzhen, Ms. Huang Qun, Ms. Yan Zhongfang, and Ms. Duan Zaiying.

12. [Panjin City, Liaoning Province] Six Practitioners Arrested
Four practitioners from Xinxing Agriculture Factory in Dawa County, Panjin City, were arrested on December 30, 2006 [lunar calendar]. Six practitioners were arrested in Panjin City that day.
13. [Shouguang City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Mr. Sun Hongzhu Arrested at Home
Practitioner Mr. Sun Hongzhu from Sanli Village, Beihou, Shengchengjiedao, Shouguang City, was arrested at his home at 3:00 p.m. on February 27, 2007, by Shouguang City 610 Office agents and other officials. His current whereabouts are unknown.
14. [Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Mr. Han Yangjun Emaciated from Torture
Lianjiangkou Prison officials in Jiamusi City have escalated their persecution of steadfast practitioners since January 2007. Practitioner Mr. Han Yangjun was reported in 2004 when distributing truth clarification materials in a village. He was sentenced to three years in prison and has been held at Lianjiangkou Prison in Jiamusi City. Due to more severe persecution since the beginning of 2007, his hair turned white within 20 days and he is skeleton-like.
15. [Langfang City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Mr. Zhao Zuyi Arrested
Practitioner Mr. Zhao Zuyi from the Development Zone, Langfang City was arrested by 610 Office agents Yang and others and taken to the Langfang City Brainwashing Center.
16. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Practitioners Ms. Wu Xi and Ms. Jin Meizi Arrested and Their Home Ransacked
During the Sixth Asia Winter Games in Chagnchun City, practitioners Ms. Wu Xi and Ms. Jin Meizi were arrested at their jointly-rented home, which was ransacked, and the police took some Dafa materials.
Ms. Wu Xi is the wife of practitioner Mr. Jiang Yizhou, who is currently held at Shiling Prison in Siping. Ms. Jin Meizi is the wife of practitioner Mr. Jin Xuezhe, who was sentenced to ten years in prison and is in Shiling Prison in Siping.
17. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Practitioner Ms. Zhang Haiyan Sentenced to One Year of Forced Labor
Officers from the National Security Group at the Nanguan Police Department transported practitioner Ms. Zhang Haiyan to the Heizuizi Women's Labor Camp on February 26, 2007. She was sentenced to one year of forced labor.
18. [Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province] Practitioner Mr. Lin Fulin Arrested and Home Ransacked
A group of Futian District 610 Office agents broke into the home of practitioner Mr. Lin Fulin at 2:30 p.m. on February 27 and arrested him.
19. [Tianjin] Practitioner Mr. Gong Wenyu and Others Held for More Than Six Months�"Practitioner Ms. Zhang Liying Sent to Labor Camp
It was reported that practitioners Mr. Gong Wenyu, Gao and Ms. Zhang Liying from Tianjin were arrested and their homes ransacked by Li Chengye and other officers from the Tianta Police Department in Hexi District, Tianjin, under the orders from Hexi Police Department 610 Office.
Ms. Zhang Liying was sentenced to two years of forced labor in September 2006 and is now held at the Banqiao Forced Labor Camp.
Mr. Gong Wenyu and Gao have been held at a detention center since July 27, 2006.
20. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Mr. Xie Laiquan Faces Intensified Persecution
Officers from the Nangang Police Department arrested and reported Harbin City practitioner Mr. Xie Laiquan to the court and Procuratorate. They are planning to sentence him to prison within two months.
Xie Laiquan is the husband of practitioner Ms. Lu Lihua, who was arrested on September 23, 2005, during a large-scale persecution by the Heilongjiang Province 610 Office, the police and national security agents. 21. [Shuangcheng City, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Mr. Fu Zhenmin Arrested
Practitioner Mr. Fu Zhenmin from Xinxing Township, Shuangcheng City, ran some errands on February 8, 2007. Na Jun and his father, Na Liwen, both peasants from Qingcheng Village in Xingfu Township, reported him. Mr. Fu was arrested and taken to the Xingfu Township Police Department and beaten. He was later sent to the Shuangcheng City Police Department where he remains in custody.
22. [Shanghai] Practitioner Jiang Suying from the Hongkou District Sentenced to Three Years and Six Months in Prison in Early February 2007 by Hongkou District Court Officials
23. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Update on Incarcerated Practitioners Mr. Liu Shengzhu, Ms. Ma Juan and Ms. Wang Honghua
Practitioners Ms. Liu Shengzhu and Ms. Ma Juan from Weifang City are currently held at the Weifang Detention Center; Ms. Wang Honghua is in the Changle Detention Center. It has been learned that the three practitioners are facing trial. Their cases have been transferred to the Weicheng District Court and Procuratorate.
24. [Laishui County, Hebei Province] Additional Information Regarding the Arrest of Practitioners Mr. Li Zhenfang, Mr. Cao Jiwei and Ms. Liu Yuelian
Practitioners Mr. Li Zhenfang and Mr. Cao Jiwei were body-searched by Party officials from Loucun Township when they walked by a reservoir in Songge Village, Loucun Township, in the afternoon on February 22, 2007. The officials took Dafa materials and personal belongings worth more than 3,000 yuan from the two practitioners. They also beat the practitioners until they were covered in blood and lost consciousness. They subsequently took the practitioners to the Loucun Township Police Department and then transferred them to a custody center. The next day, officers from Loucun Township Police Department arrested practitioner Ms. Liu Yuelian and ransacked her home in Hujia Township. Practitioners Li Zhenfang and Cao Jiwei are currently holding a hunger strike to protest.
