Those Who Persecuted Falun Dafa in Shandong, Hebei, Heilongjiang, and Jilin Provinces Receive Karmic Retribution

Around September 2006, under the direction of Zhao Xiwen, party secretary of the Shangzhuang administration district, the 610 Office of Jiepai Town, Mengyin County, Shandong Province tracked down the Falun Gong practitioners in Shangzhuang and Niutiwan villages of Jiepai Town and deceived them, saying, "If each of you listed practitioners who are registered by the authorities pay 400-600 yuan, you will be removed from the list and will not be bothered anymore." Deceived by the lies and threatened, these honest practitioners who had already suffered enough from the persecution and just managed to live stable lives were forced to pay. The staff members of the 610 Office in Jiepai Town then spent this money wining and dining themselves.

After committing numerous crimes against innocent people, two individuals from the 610 Office already have received karmic retribution. The chief instigator--the party secretary of Shangzhuang administration district, Zhao Xiwen--fell off a motorcycle on the way from Taozhen Town, Mengyin County, to north Chongshan. The motorcycle fell on him and damaged his private area. He was disabled and sent to the Hospital of Mengyin County for treatment.

The other person who met with karmic retribution was a villager from Dingwangzhuang Village, Jiepai Town, Po Yuxiang. He participated in persecuting Falun Gong practitioners in 2000. In early October 2006 he had a car accident in which he was injured.

The police station in Jizhou Town, Jizhou City, Hebei Province repeatedly persecuted Falun Dafa practitioners. Before long a local practitioner, Mr. Wang Yuansheng, was illegally sentenced and sent to jail, and his family suffered greatly as a result. Recently practitioner Cai Guangyao from Jizhou City was detained at the Jizhou Detention Center at the end of 2006.

When setting off fireworks on the eve of Chinese New Year, Ji Shidong, the deputy director of the Jizhou Town Police Station, fatally wounded himself in the head. He died before he arrived at the hospital.

The former head of Jingyu County, Jilin Province repeatedly slandered Falun Dafa at meetings. He contracted cancer, and his life is currently one of agony.

The former head of the 610 Office Wei Jian followed the CCP and repeatedly arrested practitioners. In 2006 he was being investigated by the Procuratorate for bribery. He was interrogated and put under surveillance, and his official privileges were temporarily suspended.

When a practitioner clarified the truth to a person named Bai, the person slandered Falun Dafa and Teacher right in of the practitioner. He later collided with a motorcycle and was injured. He was sent to a hospital.

Wu Jianhua, director of the police station at Lianxing Village, assisted the Jiang Zemin regime to persecute Falun Gong. He made every effort to make a fortune and enforced the rule that every practitioner who went to Beijing to appeal be fined 2000 yuan.

For his own benefit, Wu Jianhua did his utmost to arrest Ms. Wang Li, a practitioner in his area, and send her to a brainwashing center. When he could not find her at her home, he went to the homes of her friends and harassed them. He even took her mother, husband and mother-in-law as hostages, and detained them at the village government for 30 to 40 days. After Ms. Wang was arrested, he released the hostages and fined them several thousand yuan. Later he sent her to the detention center in Shuangcheng City. Wang Li was sentenced to forced labor and sent to Wanjia Forced Labor Camp.

Because of Wu Jianhua's crimes, Ms. Wang Li's family members--especially her sister--worried about her whereabouts when she hid from arrest. She also worried about her mother, who was detained as a hostage in the village government building. She and her family were harassed, and she was in a state of anxiety even on the eve of the Chinese New Year. Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Wang Li was tortured to death, and she left behind her husband and a young son.

Wu Jianhua brought other people to arrest another practitioner who went to Beijing to appeal. They sent her to a brainwashing center. Similarly, Wu detained her husband as a hostage at the village government building. He did not release the husband until he had found and dragged the practitioner out of her cellar. Then Wu sent the practitioner to the detention center in Shuangcheng. She was sentenced to forced labor and sent to Wanjia Forced Labor Camp.

Wu Jianhua persecuted Falun Gong practitioners aggressively. In less than a year he died suddenly. This can be seen as a confirmation of the heavenly principle that "good and evil will be rewarded accordingly." Here we'd like to advise those who are still persecuting Falun Gong practitioners, including Sun Shiyou from the 610 Office and Tong Huiqun from the National Security division: never do evil again for the CCP.

Han Shuwei, a villager from Yongyao Village, Lianxing Township, Shuangcheng City, was about 50 years old. Since the start of the Jiang regime's suppression of Falun Gong in 1999, the village arranged for him to be in charge of persecuting Falun Gong. In exchange for a small benefit, he slandered Falun Dafa and tore up truth-clarifying materials on Falun Gong. In order to monitor practitioners who went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong, he often went to their homes to harass and slander them. He even shouted abuse to little girls who practiced Falun Gong using curse words.

In 2001 Han Shuwei and the head of the police station arrested practitioners and sent them to the brainwashing center in Lianxing Township. Han was extremely violent in doing so.

In less than a year, due retribution came. After a bout of drinking, Han Shuwei was speeding on a motorcycle on a road lined with trees. The road was slippery due to rain, and he hit a tree. After the accident, Han had a clot in his brain and was half-paralyzed. He had difficulty walking. He became incoherent and no longer functions fully.
