They Did Not Accept Dafa Practitioners in the Past, But They Sincerely Want Us Today

(Clearwisdom.net) After the persecution began on July 20, 1999, many companies in China did not employ Dafa practitioners under the evil Chinese Communist Party's despotic power. Some practitioners were forced to resign or were dismissed. However, today it is totally different. There are more and more people understanding the truth . That Falun Dafa is good and Dafa disciples are good is recognized by more and more people. Some employers even seek Dafa disciples.

I am engaged as the chef and canteen manager at an enterprise in the Northeast. There are about 50 people dining at the canteen. The board expenses are close to ten thousand yuan each month. It is very easy to skim one thousand or slightly less if you want. But I am a Dafa practitioner. I do not steal. I work earnestly, conscientiously and I am responsible, winning consistent high praise from the enterprise's leaders and staff. I use my actions to promote Dafa.

In the middle of last December, the enterprise needed each staff's ID card. Because my ID card was illegally searched and taken away by the local police due to my practicing Falun Gong, in order to not put the enterprise in an awkward situation, I prepared to resign. After the enterprise staff knew this news, they urged me to stay one after another and told me that it was very difficult to find a person like me. The office director asked me to find a chef for him. (What he actually meant was that I should find another Dafa practitioner to take over my job.) Because the canteen where I worked had a high technology requirement, after several days I did not find a good one. Thus, I asked the director to find someone himself.

The director found the person (a Dafa practitioner) who introduced me to work there in the first place. He knew from the director the reason I wanted to resign, so he said he would help me try to find a solution to solve the problem so that I did not have to resign. Soon, he found me again and said: "Later on, if anything else comes up, please let me know. Do not say that you do not want to work here. You continuously do!" Thus, I was urged to stay.

At the end of last year another Dafa disciple was hired on at my company. After several days, a young colleague in the same department asked him: "What do you think of the meals here?" He said they were very good. The colleague asked him: "Do you know what the chef does?" He said he did not know. The colleague said: " I tell you that he practices Falun Gong!" Then the colleague told him a story about me.

One time I went to the farmer's market to do grocery shopping for the company. I bought ten-yuan worth of dry bean curd and some green onions. I left the bean curd behind. When I remembered and came back to find it, someone had already taken it. Because this was my fault, I took ten yuan of my own money to make it up. For a Dafa disciple, this is natural. However, for today's people, they find it inconceivable. Everyone said that only people who study Dafa are able to achieve such goodness.

Around the Chinese New Year, in order to encourage me, the enterprise's leader gave me a 1,000 yuan bonus.
