Practitioner Ms. Gong Shulian from Sichuan Province Sentenced Again after Escaping from a Detention Center

(Clearwisdom.net) Ms. Gong Shulian, 45, is a Falun Dafa practitioner from Sujia Township, Dayi County, Sichuan Province. She went to Beijing to appeal the persecution at the end of 2000. After returning from Beijing, Yiu Anjun (male) and Liu Xuemei (female) from Section One of the Dayi County Police Department illegally arrested her. They took her to Nanmusi Forced Labor Camp in Zizhong County, Sichuan Province and sentenced her to a year and a half of forced labor. She suffered various forms of torture and almost died. The police officers used various methods but failed to get her to write the three statements or to "transform" her.

The officers from Dayi County Police Department took Ms. Gong back to Dayi County after her term at the forced labor camp was over, and detained her in the Anren Town Police Station. They tortured her with severe handcuffing, beatings, hanging by handcuffs, and sun exposure. They sent her to a brainwashing session in Xinjin County, Sichuan Province after they failed to "transform" her. At the brainwashing session, she was again brutally tortured and persecuted. The officers failed to "transform" her despite using various methods for an extended period. With no other alternatives, they asked agent Yan Bo (male) from the National Security Division to pick her up. Ms. Gong was then detained in Dayi County Detention Center for a long period.

Ms. Gong miraculously escaped from the detention center at the end of 2005. After living in exile for half a year, she felt that she should openly and uprightly return to her hometown to validate the Fa, save sentient beings, and expose the evil. Officers from the police station and agent Yan Bo from the National Security Division arrested her when she was distributing materials and clarifying the truth in May 2006. They detained her in Dayi County Detention Center. The Dayi County Court then sentenced her to three years imprisonment. We call on all Falun Dafa practitioners to strengthen their righteous thoughts. Let us help Ms. Gong Shulian to escape the evil den with righteous thoughts.
