78-Year-Old Man Supports Falun Dafa and Experiences Miraculous Healing

(Clearwisdom.net) There was a Communist Party member in a certain village in Changtu County, Liaoning Province, who was seventy-eight years old. He had lower back pain which was so painful that he could hardly straighten his back. His hearing was so bad that even when people yelled, he could hardly hear them. Some time ago, a Falun Dafa practitioner went to his home to clarify the truth and persuade him to quit the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) related organizations. The practitioner planned to write on a piece of paper to communicate with him. However, after they met, this old man could hear what the practitioner told him without the practitioner having to yell.

When they talked about the fact that the Communist Party is to be eliminated, and withdrawing from it ensures one's safety, the old man took out a whole pile of truth-clarifying materials including a copy of the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party, which was well read and very worn. He said, "I have been secretly for Falun Gong for quite some time. I have read these materials several times. I am most sympathetic with Falun Gong. So many good people have been persecuted like this. The Communist Party should have been eliminated a long time ago!"

Afterwards, he readily agreed to quit the Communist Party. When the practitioner presented him with a Falun Dafa amulet, he took it with both hands and looked at it very carefully. He repeated again and again: "Falun Dafa is good! 'Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance' is good!"

The practitioner was really touched in seeing that this man was so sincere, so the practitioner asked Master to strengthen him so that he could get up from the brick bed. The practitioner held him and walked with him, and also read with him aloud, "Falun Dafa is good!" At the same time, the practitioner asked him to straighten up his lower back. Several minutes later, the old man actually straightened his back without feeling any pain.

Like a little child, he was so excited that he kept stomping his feet and saying: "This is really miraculous! This is really miraculous!"

More than ten days later (on the morning of February 13, 2007), when the practitioner went to this village to clarify the truth again, he went to visit the old man. The moment the practitioner entered his room, he saw that he was adding more wood to the stove and cooking.

When the old man saw the practitioner, he was so happy that he stretched out his arms and held the practitioner's hand tight, saying: "Falun Gong is miraculous! For the past few days, I kept reciting: "Falun Dafa is good! 'Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance' is good." Not only did my back straighten, but all the pain in my legs is gone as well, even my cough is gone, and the phlegm is all cleared up. I feel so thankful to you." The practitioner told him: "If you feel thankful, please thank Dafa and thank Master Li Hongzhi!"

This occurrence had a great impact on the whole village. When this practitioner went to the neighborhood to clarify the truth, not only did the old man's son, his daughter-in-law, and granddaughter quit the Communist Party's related organizations, all the other neighbors quit the Communist Party's related organizations on the same day as well.
