What My Colleague Saw and Heard in Hong Kong

(Clearwisdom.net) Today when I ran into a colleague he said, "Falun Dafa is truly wonderful!" He continued, "I went to Hong Kong recently. After I passed through customs, I saw Falun Gong everywhere. Many kinds of Falun Dafa banners were hung on both sides of the street. The banners were so beautiful. The sentiments on the banners were all-encompassing. It made people feel at ease. Falun Gong practitioners were very kind. They treated me like a relative. Falun Dafa is really wonderful. Mainland China and Hong Kong are only a river apart. So why is Falun Gong in Hong Kong not illegal? It seems the Chinese Communist Party is responsible." I replied, "In the whole world, only the Chinese Communist Party is against Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance.'" He said, "It is true."

Through these brief conversations, I thought the great efforts and compassionate hearts of Hong Kong Falun Dafa practitioners. How great they are. Those from Mainland China who go to Hong Kong are eventually saved due to the practitioners' “truth clarification.”

When a Taxi Hit a Practitioner

Chen's family from Shuangcheng City, Heilongjiang Province, knew about the persecution of Falun Dafa practitioners. They were sympathetic and treated practitioners well. They had often heard and read Falun Dafa truth materials given to them by their practicing relatives.

Chen is a taxi driver. In February 2007, before the Chinese New Year, people were busy shopping for the New Year, and the streets were very crowded. Chen carelessly hit a pedestrian as he was driving. The pedestrian rolled over several times after he was hit and fell to the ground. Chen was very frightened and kept his eyes glued to the pedestrian. He got out of the car immediately and asked, "Are you okay? Let's go to the hospital." The person who was hit stood up and replied, "I am okay. Young man, you can leave now. I am a Falun Gong practitioner." The pedestrian left after saying those words. Chen went home feeling very emotional. He told the entire story to his family, who were nearly moved to tears, "Falun Dafa is really wonderful. The people who practice Falun Gong are great." After this incident, they asked for Falun Dafa truth clarification pamphlets from a Falun Gong relative. They brought the pamphlets with them. The whole family said emotionally, "Chen is very lucky that he hit a Falun Gong practitioner. It avoided a huge loss to the family."

The family had a similar accident in the past. Chen hit a non-practitioner the last time and had to pay the huge medical expenses, causing them to go deep into debt. Just as their lives had started to improve, then this accident occurred. It is a blessing that Falun Dafa practitioners are protected by their Master. It is fortunate that the tribulation for Chen did not incur another huge debt. Chen's family members were very happy and thanked Falun Dafa. They also took the advice of a Falun Dafa practitioner to quit the Chinese Communist Party and its affiliated organizations.
