Truly Doing Well During This Final Cultivation Stage

(Clearwisdom.net) The Fa-rectification has come to its final stage. The time when the “Fa” rectifies the human world is very close. The number of opportunities for saving sentient beings will lessen each day. Therefore, time is so precious as our cultivation path becomes narrower. That's why we should do well during this final cultivation stage.

The persecution of Falun Dafa has not ended, and the evil and the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) evil spirit still haven't been thoroughly eliminated, even though most of those who were interfering in the Fa-rectification have been eliminated and disintegrated. Also, many people now know the truth about Falun Dafa, and our cultivation environment has improved. But many sentient beings are still waiting for us to save them. Despite the environment having improved, we cannot slack off, develop complacency or the pursuit of comfort. Any human attachments will disturb our Fa-rectification efforts and will be responsible for further persecution of our practitioners. These are continuing challenges and tests, which are blocking our ability to save sentient beings.

An ancient Chinese proverb tells us, “When making a basket, the final finishing part is very important.” Another old proverb is, “All the efforts done before are wasted if there is a mistake in the final part.” It means that we all should do everything well, from beginning to the end. As practitioners of the Fa-rectification period, we should do well in this final stage of our cultivation path. Cultivation is serious and one cannot slack off. Recently, a practitioner I knew passed away from sickness karma. During the final stage of the Fa-rectification, he lost the chance to cultivate during the Fa-rectification, the chance he had awaited for thousands of years. This should alert us, every practitioner, that diligence should never be ignored.

Falun Dafa gave us the cultivation method that maximally conforms to the way of everyday people. We cultivate in the big dye vat of humankind. Moreover, our Teacher purifies our bodies from the most microscopic elements, towards the surface. The part of our bodies that is cultivated will be separated from the part which isn't yet fully cultivated, but we should not become attached to this. The attachments at the surface dimension don't have much influence or ability to interfere with a practitioner's cultivated side, and the attachments are easy to notice and eliminate. As long as we diligently study the Fa, keep righteous thoughts, do well the “three things,” take the Fa as the teacher and treat ourselves as practitioners of the Fa-rectification period, there will be nothing that can stop us, although there may still arise difficulties when eliminating attachments.

No matter how long we have cultivated, no matter if the environment becomes difficult or if it improves, and no matter if the persecution ends, as long as we haven't reached consummation, we should not slack off. We must keep on being diligent in our cultivation and let go of attachments. No matter the situation, cultivation and saving sentient beings cannot be compromised. Every opportunity we lose to save sentient beings may become a loss from which we cannot recover. At the end of the Fa-rectification period, all practitioners should be responsible to Dafa and sentient beings.
