Persecution in the 2nd Labor Camp of Shandong

(Clearwisdom.net) The 2nd Labor Camp of Shandong Province, also known as Wangcun Labor Camp, is a den of evil that forcuses on the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners.

The followings are four cases of persecution:

1. Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Wang Bingyou, is from Changle County, Weifang City, Shandong Province. He is currently detained in the 7th Branch of Wangcun Labor Camp. In January, prison guards shocked him with eight electric batons, and also tortured him on the “Dead Man's Bed”. As a result, Mr. Wang lost consciousness after a few hours of torture, and his lower back will not heal. The prison guards also burned his nose with a cigarette lighter, and did not allow him to sleep. The other practitioner who was tortured together with him is Mr. Su Shiyuan, from Jinan City. The prison guards (all male) who participated in the tortures are Jing Xusheng and Li Gongming, among others.

2. Practitioner Mr. Li Yongshun is from Changle County, Weifang City, and is currently detained in the 7th Branch of Wangcun Labor Camp. Prison guards have used all kinds of torture methods, such as electric baton shocks, torture using handcuffs, deprivation of sleep, etc. In a prison awards ceremony in 2006, Mr. Li yelled loudly “Falun Dafa is good, Zhen-Shan-Ren is good,” and as a result, prison guards intensified the tortures on him. The practitioner who was persecuted at the same place with Mr. Li is Mr. Liang Chunyong.

3. Practitioner Mr. Meng Guangyan refused to participate in answering questions on a semi-annual exam that slanders Falun Dafa. The police shocked him with an electric baton for three to four hours on the morning of June 20, 2006, and poured water on him afterwards. Practitioners who were tortured at the same place with him are: Mr. Li Aiming from Dongying City, Mr. Wang Yuting, Mr. Mao Yinde, Mr. Liang Shuxing (all from Changle County of Weifang City). The prison guards (all male) who participated in the persecution are: Wang Ligang, Liu Zhonghao, Zhang Qing, Cao Chengtao.

4. Practitioner Mr. Cao Yuguo from Rushan City was sentenced to four years in prison with two years at a forced labor camp. The prison guards didn’t let him sleep, handcuffed him, shocked him with electric batons, and beat him. A lot of times he lost consciousness on the ground as a result of the tortures. Because Mr. Cao was caught reading Falun Dafa articles at night, he was not allowed to wear any clothes, and he was pulled outdoors by prison guards to freeze in the cold.

The above are several accounts of persecution of Dafa practitioners in the 7th Branch of Wangcun Labor Camp. The 8th Branch is also a den of evil, and the situation there is unknown. We hope that practitioners who know any facts will expose them.
