Yuhua Public Security Bureau of Shijiazhuang City Is Still Persecuting Practitioner Mr. Wang Xiaofeng (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) Mr. Wang Xiaofeng has been severely persecuted since 1999 like many other Falun Gong practitioners, because he is steadfast in believing in "Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance". He was arrested for appealing on behalf of Falun Gong, and he was interrogated and forced to resign from his job. He was also forced to become homeless. His young wife Feng Xiaomin was tortured to death, and he was forced to leave home to avoid further persecution. He had to leave his young son in the care of Feng Xiaomei, his wife's sister.

Early in 2002, the Yuhua Public Security Bureau started to harass Mr. Wang Xiaofeng's family. Deputy Chief Li Jun, the Team Leader of the Political and Security Team Zhang Jiangshen, and policemen named Liu Mingju and Bao kept harassing Mr. Wang Xiaofeng's sister-in-law, his parents in his hometown and his younger brother, who had just graduated from college. They threatened and pressured Mr. Wang's family to help them find him.

This year around the 20th of January in the lunar Chinese calendar, Liu Mingju, a policeman from the National Security Team of the Yuhua Public Security Bureau, again came to Mr. Wang Xiaofeng's hometown at Lingshou County. The police threatened Mr. Wang Xiaofeng's parents, saying that they had to turn in their son. Mr. Wang Xiaofeng's mother has a very serious heart problem, and though her daughter-in-law died as a result of persecution three years ago, the family kept the news from her. After Liu Mingju came to make trouble for them, Mr. Wang Xiaofeng's mother found out that her daughter-in-law had died. She suffered a heart attack from the shock and almost died. It took several days of treatment before her condition stabilized. She is stricken with grief over her daughter-in-law's death and her son's uncertain fate, and the family decided to skip the New Year celebration.
