(Clearwisdom.net) 1. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Li Hongkui and Mr. Zhou Shuhai Tortured in Daqing Prison
Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Li Hongkui from Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province was sentenced to seven years of imprisonment. He was sent into the Fourth Ward of the Daqing Prison on February 15, 2005 (three days before the Chinese New Year). Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Zhou Shuhai from Yichun City is currently also at the Fourth Ward of the Daqing Prison. His health condition is very poor. He has been persecuted to the point where he has difficulty eating or getting up from bed; his life is in danger.
2. [Dezhou City, Shandong Province] Ms. Zheng Shouqin Sentenced to Forced Labor
Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Zheng Shouqin from Dayangzhuang Village in Yuanqiao Township, Hedong Development Zone, Dezhou City, Shandong Province was arrested at home by policeman Yu and another officer from the Yuanqiao Township Police Station on February 2, 2007. The same day, she was sent into the detention center of Dezhou City. Because Ms. Zheng Shouqin did not give up cultivating Falun Dafa, she was sentenced to one and half years of forced labor four days later and was sent to the Jinan City Women's Labor Camp.
3. [Anshan City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Wang Changhui and Mr. Yu Jinjia Arrested
Falun Dafa practitioners Mr. Wang Changhui (who lives in the Shen'gou Temple Area) and Mr. Yu Jinjia (who lives on Daxi Street) from Anshan City, Liaoning Province were arrested by police officers from the Ningyuan Police Station while clarifying the truth in Jiubao District on the afternoon of February 16, 2007. They were taken to the Third Detention Center in the Yuemingshan Area.
4. [Huanan County, Heilongjiang Province] Four Practitioners Arrested
At the end of 2006, Falun Dafa practitioners Ms. Liang Guirong, Mr. Sun Lianbao, Ms. Zheng Xiurong, and Ms. Zhang Xiaohong from Shuguang Farm in Huanan County, Heilongjiang Province were arrested by police officers from the Shuguang Farm Police Station. They are imprisoned at an unknown location. At the time of the arrest, Mr. Sun Lianbao was working the night shift at his workplace (tending the boiler at the Shuguang Farm Hospital). He was arrested by four police officers, including Ren Haikun and Zhang Yemin, who had suddenly rushed in.

7. [Daxinganling City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Liu Feng Arrested
On February 14, 2007 at about 5 p.m., Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Liu Feng had just got off work at the Power Supply Bureau of Songling District, Daxing'anling City and walked out of the entrance when suddenly two people got out of a parked car; each person grabbed one of Mr. Liu Feng's arms and forcefully pulled him into the vehicle. Mr. Liu Feng only had time to shout one thing, "What are you doing?" before he was pulled into the vehicle and carried off by the two police officers from the Hanjia Garden Police Squad. Afterwards, personnel from the Power Supply Bureau chased them in a car all the way to the entrance of the Songling District Police Department. Only then did they know that the matter was related to the police. The Power Supply Bureau then sent people to inquire about their employees, and they learned that Hanjia Garden Police Squad dispatched officers to arrest Mr. Liu Feng. The charge was "Liu Feng practices Falun Gong; some people reported him." Mr. Liu Feng was taken into the detention center on the same day, and he was illegally imprisoned. At 9 a.m. the second day, Liu Feng was transferred to the custody of the Hanjia Garden Police Station.
Policeman Fu Hongbo once went to Mr. Liu Feng's home under the pretext of a visit; after approximately one hour, he returned with policeman Wang Jingkai from the State Security Division and two other police officers from the Hanjia Garden Station to ransack Mr. Liu's home. They video recorded the process.
