Team Leader Wang Yajie from Gaoyang Forced Labor Camp Died from Malignant Tumor

(Clearwisdom.net) Editors' Note: In both Western and Chinese culture, the principle of karmic retribution, that is, being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions, is widely accepted. The fundamental teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic of the universe, "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." The universe will reward actions that are in harmony with this principle, while actions such as beating, torturing and murdering people will incur karmic retribution. Stated another way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while evildoings will meet due retribution.

Wang Yajie, a female team leader at the Gaoyang Forced Labor Camp, used hypocritical and deceptive means to persecute Dafa practitioners, and she has received karmic retribution for her evil deeds. She developed cancer and died in 2005 at the age of 52. She lost her life because she followed the Chinese Communist Party to persecute Falun Gong.

Spurred on by the prospect of financial gain, Wang often pretended to be generous and kind, but in reality, she incited other police officers to beat Dafa disciples viciously. She used deception to try to get Dafa disciples to give up their faith. She would say, "What I'm doing is for your own well-being. Let yourself be "transformed". You will no longer suffer hardships and can go home at once."

Wang Yajie had participated in the persecution since it began on July 20, 1999. Before 1999, Gaoyang Forced Labor Camp was made up of only small one-story buildings. But because they brutally persecuted Dafa disciples, the labor camp was recognized by higher authorities. The province gave Gaoyang Forced Labor Camp and certain individuals there many awards.

In 2002, with funds allocated by higher authorities, Gaoyang Forced Labor Camp built a four-story building. Wang Yajie also received a lot of money. She faked kindness in order to deceive Dafa disciples, and many Dafa disciples were fooled. When outsiders came to inspect and visit the forced labor camp, she concealed the steadfast Dafa disciples and organized others to sing and dance, all of which was used to make a false show of how well they treated Dafa disciples and how "civilized" the labor camp staff are.

In October 2005, a medical exam revealed that Wang Yajie had a malignant tumor growing in her chest. Falun Dafa disciples had mailed many truth-clarification materials to her. Motivated by self-preservation, towards the end, she also wanted to read Dafa books and said that Dafa is good. However, she was trying to use Dafa to protect herself. She neither repented sincerely, nor did she realize that her disease was a form of karmic retribution for her crimes.
