(Clearwisdom.net) 1. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner Jin Chengshan
Tortured So Severely that He Has Open Sores All Over His Body Severely paralyzed Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Jin Chengshan is now being
held at the Harbin City Police Hospital (also called the No. 4 Detention
Center.) He has developed bed sores and has open sores all over his body. He
suffers from severe constipation that has to be manually extracted. The police
has his wife Ms. Jiao Xiaohua, who is also detained at the Police Hospital, do
that every time and send her away when done. 2. [Jiuquan City, Gansu Province] Xie Hongying and Three Other Practitioners
Sentenced to Long Prison Terms Personnel from the Suzhou District Court held a secret hearing on February 6,
2007. They sentenced practitioners Ms. Xie Hongying, Mr. Quan Zhenwei, Mr. Xiao
Zhanlong and Mr. Wang Lifeng. Practitioner Xie Hongying was sentenced to ten
years of imprisonment; the three other practitioners were sentenced to nine
years each. The practitioners have appealed to a higher court. 3. [Tanghai County, Hebei Province] Practitioner Li Enying Arrested; She is
Staging a Hunger Strike Personnel from the Tanghai County National Security Team arrested
practitioner Ms. Li Enying while she was working on the Caofeidian Railway at
8:00 a.m. on October 11, 2006. They put her into a detention center. With the
power of righteous thoughts, Li Enying managed to escape on the night of October
12 and now lives in exile. Personnel from the Tangshan City Police Department arrested Li Enying again
in Fengrun County at 1:00 p.m. on January 19, 2007. Personnel from the Tanghai
County Police Department and from the National Security Team took Li Enying to
the Xugezhuang Town Detention Center in the Fengnan District, Tangshan City.
They transferred her to the Shijiazhuang City No. 1 Detention Center on January
25 and have held her there since then. They forbid Li Enying's family members to
visit her and prohibit Li Enying from answering phone calls. According to

National Security Team Arrest Practitioner Wang Junkai A group of special agents from the Jinzhou City National Security Team,
including Song Zhenming and Li Guiwen, broke into practitioner Mr. Wang Junkai's
home in the Linghe District the early morning of February 19, 2007 and forcibly
took him away. Song Zhenming: 86-13941635358 5. [Jilin Province] Practitioner Ms. Zhang Chunxiao Sentenced to Three Years
of Forced Labor; He is Being Held at the Jiutai Forced Labor Camp for Torture Personnel from the Songyuan City Police Department arrested practitioner Ms.
Zhang Chunxiao and sentenced her to three years of forced labor. Zhang Chunxiao
is now being held at No. 1 Division of the Jiutai Forced Labor Camp for torture. 6. [Beijing] Practitioner Zhang Guiying Sentenced to Imprisonment Practitioner Ms. Zhang Guiying lives in the Datunli Residential area, Asian
Games Village, Chaoyang District, Beijing. She was sentenced to one year of
forced labor in 2001 for persisting in Falun Gong practice. Someone who didn't
know the facts about Falun Gong in 2006 reported her to police for distributing
truth-clarifying material. Three officers from a local police station broke into
her home on January 17, 2006, arrested her and put her into the Chaoyang
District Detention Center. She was secretly sentenced to three years of
imprisonment on November 20, 2006. Her family members were not informed. Zhang
Guiying refused to accept the verdict and appealed to higher authorities.
Without doing any investigation, the second trial rejected her appeal and upheld
the original verdict. Zhang Guiying has been held since January 2006. The authorities forbade her
family to visit her. Her home phone is monitored, and her family is under great
mental pressure. Two people who gave false testimony in court on August 30, 2006: Liang Guofu: 86-10-84805232 7. [Leiyang City, Hunan Province] Practitioners Zhang Yaodong and Liu
Dongsheng Persecuted Personnel from the Gongping Police Station who were patrolling the Gongpingxu
Section of the No.107 National Highway arrested practitioner Mr. Zhang Yaodong
and Mr. Liu Dongsheng on the night of February 10, 2007. The two practitioners
were posting truth-clarifying materials there. Officers headed by police chief Li Bing beat the practitioners severely. When
the practitioners' families went to visit them, they were barely recognizeable.
The practitioners' faces were severely deformed. The two practitioners could not
see or hear clearly. They were later on taken to the Leiyang City National
Security Division, followed by incarceration at the city's detention center. 8. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Supplemental Information Regarding the
Arrest of Practitioner Zhang Haiyan National Security Team Deputy Chief Miao Qiang from the Nanguan District
Police Department and about a dozen policemen headed by Yu Yang from the Minkang
Police Station carried out a plot. They drove a few police cars to practitioner
Ms. Zhang Haiyan's home at 10:00 p.m. on January 29, 2007. Ms. Zhang refused to
open the door. Those policemen beat on the door for nearly an hour. Ms. Zhang's
mother-in-law and two young daughters were badly frightened. Police eventually
broke in and arrested Ms. Zhang at 11:30 p.m. They also ransacked the place.
Later on they went to Ms. Zhang's mother's store and beauty parlor and
confiscated three computers. Ms. Zhang is presently being held at the Shuangyang

Ransacked Personnel from the Pengzhou City Jiuchi Police Station ransacked practitioner
Mr. Zhang Zhongyi's home on January 9, 2007 while he was not there. They also
confiscated some Dafa books and one of Master's pictures. 10. [Xianning City, Hubei Province] Incidents of Persecution of Practitioners Personnel from the National Security Division arrested practitioner Ms. Shen
Yuanxing in February 2006. They then put her into a detention center for two
months and sentenced her to two years of forced labor. They also arrested
practitioner Mr. Lu Buyou in March 2006 and twice extorted 5,000 Yuan from him.
Mr. Lu has two children, one in middle school and one in high school. His wife
does not have a job. Mr. Lu earns a living for the family by transporting coal. Those responsible for Mr. Wu's family's arrest include a dozen officers from
the Xianning City Police Department headed by Song Ruisheng and personnel from
the Xian'an and Chalukou Police Stations. Police also confiscated some Dafa
books and writings, a cell phone, and five MP3 and MP4 players. They put the
women and elders of the family into the Hubei Province Tangxunhu Brainwashing
Center, and the men into the Tongshan Detention Center. As Mr. Wu staged a
hunger strike, they transferred him to the Tangxunhu Brainwashing Center, but
doctors refused to admit him because of his high blood pressure. So they sent
him back to the detention center. Mr. Wu was in critical condition at 5:00 p.m.
on April 25, 2006. In order to shirk their responsibilities, police notified Mr.
Wu's sister to fetch him back home. Personnel from the National Security Division arrested practitioner Mr. Cheng
Deyong during the daytime on February 4, 2007. All family visits have been
prohibited. Xia Ruliang: 86-715-2326689 11. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Yu Jianchun Stages a Hunger
Strike and Refuses to Give up Falun Gong Practitioner Ms. Yu Jianchun from the Zhifu District has been held at the
Fushan Detention Center since she was arrested on October 15, 2006. Ms. Yu is
staging a hunger strike in protest. 14. [Beijing] Practitioner Zhou Yajing Held at the Xuanwu District Detention
Center Practitioner Ms. Zhou Yajing, who came to Beijing for a temporary job,
has been held at the Xuanwu District Detention Center since the middle of
February 2007. She has a two-year-old daughter at home. Practitioner Mr. Zhang Jie from Kandan Village of Fengtai District was
arrested at home on January 10, 2007. His whereabouts are unknown. 86-551-5315646 21. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Police Follow Practitioner Xiu Bin
Around the Clock Police released him on probation on January 19, 2007 but assigned policeman
Hu Zhengxiang to monitor him around the clock.
22. [Weihai City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Zhao Meiling Persecuted at
the Wangcun Women's Forced Labor Camp 23. During Ms. Zhao's detention, the forced labor camp authorities often

Arrested Retired practitioner Mr. Li and Mr. Xie are over 60 years old. They went to
Liuma Town in Zizhong County to distribute The Nine Commentaries on
Communist Party on February 9, 2007. On their way home, seven or eight
motorcycle policemen suddenly appeared and arrested them. They put the two
practitioners into the Shuanglong Town Police Station. The practitioners are now

Normal Night's Sleep for Over 80 Days at the Jiutai City Forced Labor Camp Practitioner Mr. Wang Tongchun is from Songyuan City, Jilin Province.
Personnel from the No.1 Team at the Jiutai City Police Department put him in a
cell because he refused to give up Falun Gong practice. Policemen ordered two
prisoners to take turns to monitor Wang Tongchun. They prevented Mr. Wang from
sleeping normally. Sometimes Mr. Wang could not sleep for 24 hours. The two
prisoners made Mr. Wang sit on a board every day except for eating and using the
restroom. They have continually tortured Mr. Wang in this way for over 80 days. 26. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Luo Guolong Held at the
Shenxin Forced Labor Camp Practitioner Mr. Luo Guolong is from Ciyu Village, Yinjia Township, the New
Shenbei District in Shenyang City. He was sentenced to one and a half years of
forced labor on February 12, 2007. He is presently being held at the Shenxin

8231 27. [Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province] Supplemental Information Regarding the
Arrest of Practitioners Qing Guangrong and Huang Jufen Practitioner Ms. Qing Guangrong is from Masang Village, Danjingshan Town in
Pengzhou City. Practitioner Ms. Huang Jufen is from the No.3 Team in Jinshan
Village, Longfeng Town in Pengzhou City. They went to clarify the truth about
Falun Gong in the Longfeng Market the morning of January 6, 2007. Someone
reported them, and personnel from the Longfeng Town Police Department arrested
them. Liu Guanghua, the officer in charge of persecuting Falun Gong in the Longfeng
Town government, ordered personnel from the Pengzhou City Police Department and
from the Guankou Police Precinct to send practitioners Qing Guangrong and Huang
Jufen to the Danjingshan Town Government. Jiang Zhixiang, the officer in charge
of persecuting Falun Gong in Danjingshan Town, and personnel from the Guankou
Police Precinct forcibly sent the two practitioners to the Pengzhou City Police
Department that same afternoon. The practitioners were held at the Pengzhou City
Detention Center for a few days and are being held at the city's "610
Office" brainwashing center. 28. [Jizhou City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Chai Guangyue Held at the City

Practitioner Ms. Meng Fan'ai, living in the Taoran Pavilion Northern Gate
Residential Area, was arrested on April 27, 2006 and was then sentenced to two
years of imprisonment. She might be held at the Beijing Women's Forced Labor
Camp. Two sisters who run a barber shop near the Northern Gate were arrested, as
well.
17. [Nongan County, Jilin Province] Supplemental Information Regarding the
Arrest of Practitioner Li Xihong
Qingshan Township Police Station chief Cai Chengqiu and Tangjia Village Party
secretary Zang Qing led a few policemen to break into practitioner Mr. Li
Xihong's home, arrested him and confiscated several Dafa books and some
truth-clarifying materials. Li Xihong is presently being held at the Nongan
County Detention Center.

18. [Qiandong City, Guizhou Province] Several Practitioners from Qingong
County Sentenced - Information from 2006
Practitioner Ms. Liu Kangying, an employee of the Qingong County Power Company
in Nanzhou, Qiandong City, was sentenced to seven years of imprisonment on June
8, 2006.
Practitioner Ms. Tian Xiuzhi, an employee's wife of the Qingong County Postal
Service in Nanzhou, Qiandong City, was sentenced to eight years of imprisonment
in August 2006.
Practitioner Mr. Chen Zaixian from Tianzhu County, Nanzhou, Qiandong City was
sentenced to two years of forced labor and served his sentence at the Zhongba
Forced Labor Camp.
Practitioner Mr. Gan Gongyu from Tianzhu County, Nanzhou, Qiandong City was
arrested at home on June 12, 2006. He was sentenced to forced labor and is
presently being held at the county's detention center.
19. [Hefei City, Anhui Province] Incidents of Persecution Relating to
Practitioners at the Anhui Province Women's Forced Labor Camp
Police officers including Zhang Yan, Lin Yun and Zhou Mingfeng from the Anhui
Province Women's Forced Labor Camp often tortured practitioners who refused to
give up Falun Gong. They confined practitioners in a dark room, slapped their
faces, kicked their genitals, deprived them of sleep and urged drug abusers to
torture them.
They abused 58-year-old practitioner Ms. Chen Min from the Fuyang District for a
long time because of her faith in Falun Dafa. She is still being held in a small
cell.

Police arrested practitioner Ms. Jin Linjuan at her home in Shanghai at 4:30
p.m. on December 21, 2006. was arrested for having written slogans on RMB bills.
She was recently sentenced to one year of forced labor. Ms. Jin requested to
hire a lawyer, but the family was told the verdict a mere three days prior to
expiration of the appeals period, which was insufficient time to find a lawyer.
Four officers, including Xiong Wei from the Qingyang District Dongpo Police
Station in Chengdu City and Li Dexiu and Zhong Qing from the Dongpo Community
Office, broke into practitioner Mr. Xiu Bin's home at 1:30 p.m. on December 21,
2006. They confiscated some Dafa books, truth-clarifying materials and a
computer. They arrested him and put him into the Dongpo Police Station. They
then transferred him to the Anjing Detention Center in Pi County at 5:00 p.m. on
December 22, 2006.
Police arrested practitioner Ms. Zhao Meiling from Weihai City on September
27, 2005 and put her into the Wangcun Women's Forced Labor Camp for two and a
half years. Her family went to visit her in December 2006 and found that her
once black hair was now mostly white. She is quite weak. Her son returned from
Korea in early February 2007. He took an approval notice from the Weihai City
National Security Division with him to visit his mother in the Wangcun Forced
Labor Camp. Policemen there asked his opinion on Falun Gong. When he answered,
"No opinion," they denied his visit.

Practitioner Mr. Fan Jianguo from the Zichuan District, Zibo City has been
