By a Falun Dafa practitioner from China

(Clearwisdom.net) My family members and friends have all learned the truth about Falun Dafa and have resigned from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its related organizations. In order to let more people know the truth, I often go on-line to chat. One time, I met someone on-line and we briefly exchanged our views about life. One day, I invited him to meet me after work and he agreed. However, when it was close to the time for us to meet, I suddenly received a text message from him saying that he was occupied and could not make it. My first thought was that the evil factors were interfering and preventing him from hearing the truth. I did not give up and immediately sent forth righteous thoughts to clear all the interference in other dimensions. I told myself that this was a very important issue regarding the future of a being and I would not allow any factor to interfere in any form. I text messaged him back, "If you are busy, I can wait for a while." Then I quietly thought to myself that he would come. After several minutes, he returned my message saying,"All right, I am coming right over." At that moment, I realized that in the match between good and evil, the righteous thoughts of a Dafa practitioner are powerful.

I arrived early and bought two soft drinks. After he arrived, we started talking about our situations at work and in life. He talked about the pressure of life. Step by step I naturally led our conversation toward the topics of corruption and dictatorship. I told him that I had read a good book on-line called the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party and ask if he had read it. He said, "No." I then told him that the book disclosed the falseness, evilness, and combative nature of the CCP, and that there were also two video clips on-line. One of them disclosed the truth of the self-immolation incident on Tiananmen Square and that it was staged to frame Falun Gong. I said, "It is really alarming. All of the police with their fire extinguishers and video cameras were well prepared for the incident. The CCP would do anything to maintain its power and interests. It is a really sneaky and cruel party. The CCP officials involved in the persecution of Falun Gong are being sued in international court. The CCP will not be able to escape the punishment of justice." Since our conversation led to this topic in a very natural way, he was able to accept my views. I was mindful to not show my eagerness in our discussion. I talked calmly and slowly and checked his responses from time to time. I also discussed things from different angles to correct some of his incorrect perceptions.

He also said that the Chinese people are all in a miserable situation, but there was no way out. I took this opportunity to ask him if he had joined the CCP's Youth League when he was in college. He said he did since everyone was asked to. I said, "Do you know that on the Epoch Times website, more than 16 million people have unanimously quit the CCP and its related organizations? They all feel ashamed for having joined the CCP. The CCP is already a corrupt party and a killer. It is also said on the website that some prophecies have indicated that the Party has done so many bad things that have angered both man and heaven. What comes around goes around, and the time is near when the CCP will have to repay all its debts. All those who have joined the CCP should resign in order to secure a bright future. I can help you quit the CCP's Youth League so that you will not go down with it." He nodded and agreed. Of course, I also listened to him very patiently during our meeting. I tried not to dominate the conversation by talking nonstop. I had to leave him with a good impression. When we parted, I said, "It must be a predestined relationship that brought us together. I have a present for you." I gave him the DVD of the Nine Commentaries and asked him to take it seriously. I told him that the DVD was invaluable and that he should share it with his family and friends so that everyone could benefit from it. Our meeting ended in a very relaxed and natural way.

I have met several on-line friends this way. Every time, I have managed to tell the truth in an effective way. After every meeting, I always reflect on whether my mind was pure and righteous and if my approach was appropriate. Other ways of clarifying the truth include talking to people when I buy things from them. Under these circumstances, the success rate is almost always 100%. I also try to start up conversations with people when waiting for the bus by asking for directions or the time. Then I clarify the truth and tell people they should quit the CCP. Sometimes, people are in a hurry and I do not get to talk too much. In this case, I just tell them the information about the 20 million people quitting the CCP because of the CCP's evil nature. In addition, I distribute truth-clarification DVDs on my way home to the residents in my area. These are my ways of clarifying the truth for now.

Let us all continuously correct and improve ourselves in the process of clarifying the truth and persuading people to quit the CCP. Let us cultivate our benevolence toward all sentient beings by doing the three things well and not pursuing anything in return. Whenever I think of how Teacher takes care of us and how much he has done for us, I know that I have not done enough. On the path of cultivation, I should be able to give without complaint or regret. Perhaps this is the standard that Teacher requires every Dafa practitioner to meet.
