(Clearwisdom.net) 1. [Baotou City, Inner Mongolia] Practitioner Mr. Li Zhenjiang Detained On October 1, 2006, Mr. Li Zhenjiang, a practitioner from Donghe District in
Baotou City, was illegally arrested by the Qingshan District
Political Security Division. Mr. Li remains in custody at the Qingshan Police
Department Detention Center. His family has been denied visitation and he has
been brutally beaten. Mr. Li had been previously sent to the Wuyuan Forced Labor
Camp in Inner Mongolia for going to Beijing to clarify the truth. He
was inhumanly tortured in the labor camp. After his return home, Mr. Li remained
steadfast in his belief in Falun Dafa and continued to clarify the truth to
others. He left his home in 2003 to avoid persecution but was recently arrested. 2. [Panjin City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Ms. Zhang Kun and
Non-Practitioner Family Members Held in Custody Together On March 24, 2007, Fu Zhenguo (male), deputy head of the State Security
Division of the Dawa County Police Department, and several police officers, in
association with Panjin City State Security officers, took into custody four
practitioners: Mr. Liu Wanxiang, in his fifties, Ms. Liu Yulan, 50, Ms. Zhang
Kun, 50, and Ms. Guo Bo. The officers did not show their identification. They
also took Ms. Zhang's non-practitioner husband and son into custody and held
them with the practitioners in the Dawa County Detention Center. 3. [Dongying City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Ms. Li Xiulan Taken into
Custody At around 8:30 p.m. on March 28, 2007, Ms. Li Xiulan, a practitioner at the
No. 8 Dongying Division, was taken into custody by four or five police officers
near the Shengda Farmers Market. Details about her situation are not available. 4. [Tieling City, Liaoning Province] Supplementary Information on the
Detention of Numerous Practitioners Eleven practitioners at Qinghe Electric Power Factory have been detained.
They include: Ms. Zhang Liyan, Ms. Liu Lijuan, Ms. Du Xiaojuan, Ms. Du Xiaodan,
Mr. Bai Gang, Mr. Li Zejun, Mr. Zhang Xiangyi, and Ms. Zhang Hui. The names of
the others three practitioners are still being gathered. These practitioners are
being held in various detention centers in the Tieling area. It has been learned
that Mr. Li Tiejun and another practitioner are being held at the Changtu County

86-410-2188001 5. [Youyi County, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioners Ms. Wang Li and Ms. Li
Huiying to be Sent to Labor Camp Practitioners Ms. Wang Li (also named Wang Xiaohui) and Ms. Li Huiying from
Youyi County were taken into custody on August 10, 2006. They have since been
held at the Youyi Detention Center. The police department is planning to send
them to the Harbin Forced Labor Camp. 6. [Zhuanghe City, Liaoning Province] Practitioners Mr. Sun Chunrong and Ms.
Song Ping Prosecuted after Arrest Individuals responsible for the persecution: 7. [Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Wang Huilan and Several Other
Practitioners Arrested In mid-March 2007, numerous practitioners were arrested in Nanjing City,
Jiangsu Province. It has been been confirmed that the following four
practitioners were among those arrested: Ms. Wang Huilan, Ms. Li Wenhua, and Mr.
Shi and his daughter. 8. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Several Practitioners Taken into
Custody On the morning of March 30, 2007, Tiexi District police officers from
Shenyang City broke into practitioner Ms. Wang Guilan's home in Tiexi District.
The officers searched her home, confiscating Falun Dafa books and materials. Ms.
Wang has had to stay away from her home. Recently, several practitioners have
been taken into custody one after another. 9. [Xiangfan City, Hubei Province] Practitioner Ms. Wang Molian of the No. 11
Railroad Bureau Taken into Custody Ms. Wang Molian, a practitioner of the No. 11 Railroad Bureau in Xiangfan
City, was having breakfast near the Xiangyang County No. 1 Middle School when
she was taken into custody by several officers who had followed her. Practitioner Ms. Zhang Jie, a teacher at the Renmin Road Elementary School in
Xiangfan City, was taken into custody on the morning of March 27, 2007 by
officers led by members of the city's 610 Office, the deputy general
secretary of the city's Party committee, and officials of the Fancheng District
Education Committee. Ma Keyin (male), residential police officer: 86-13507270059 (cell) 10. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Practitioners Taken into Custody in
Lushunkou District Recently Mr. Yu Qiye and his wife Ms. Wang Shaojuan, both in their 40's, live in Yujia
Village of Tieshan Town, Lushunkou District, Dalian City. On the morning of
March 27, Dalian City police officers suddenly broke into their home and took
the couple away. Mr. Yu and Ms. Wang were subsequently sent to a brainwashing
center located at the Wanghai Hotel in Heishijiao, Dalian City. Ms. Yuan Shuqin, in her 60's, lives in Yujia Village of Tieshan Town,
Lushunkou District, Dalian City. On the morning of March 28, Dalian City police
officers suddenly broke into her home and took her into custody. She was
subsequently sent to the brainwashing center located at the Wanghai Hotel in
Heishijiao, Dalian City. Several other practitioners in the same village have also been taken into
custody. 11. [Jincheng City, Shanxi Province] Police Officers Harass Practitioners
Door-to-Door Recently, the Jincheng City police have been harassing practitioners
door-to-door. One practitioner's Falun Dafa books were taken away by an officer. 12. [Juancheng County, Shandong Province] Practitioner Ms. Chen An'ai Sent to
Forced Labor Camp; Teenage Daughter Left at Home Alone Practitioner Ms. Chen An'ai, 50, was sentenced to three years of forced labor
in 2004. Her daughter Ms. Chen Shumei, 13, has been left at home alone since
that time. 13. [Shijiazhuan City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Ms. Jin Ying Detained Ms. Jin Ying, single, majors in medicine and operates a private clinic on
Shifan Street near Cang'an Road. It has been learned that Ms. Jin has been held
in custody at the Dongli Police Station in Qiaoxi District for practicing Falun
Gong. 14. [Changsha City, Hunan Province] Elderly Practitioner Ms. Huang Ehuai
Taken into Custody At around 9:30 a.m. on March 27, practitioner Ms. Huang Ehuai was posting
truth-clarification signs at Building 18 in Tianjian Community, Tianxin
District. She was turned in to the police and taken into custody by the
Jinpenling Police Station. During the arrest, Ms. Huang's husband, who is almost
70 years old, came to the scene upon learning about this. Officers at the
Jinpenling Police Station tried to pull him into the police vehicle as well.
Under his stern scolding, the police officers gave up. At 2:00 p.m. the same afternoon, officers pried open the gate to Ms. Huang's
home while no one was inside. The lock on the inner door could not be smashed,
so the officers tore apart a screen window and climbed in to conduct a search. Ms. Huang Ehuai has been detained at the Zuojiatang Detention Center in
Changsha under criminal charges for fifteen days. The informants who called the police were cashiers Zhang Xiangxiong (male),
Yu Qixin (male) and Zhou Xizhen (female) from the Tianjian Community Farmers
Market. They received a reward of over 300 yuan for turning Ms.
Huang in to the police. On February 23, practitioner Ms. Liu Huiqun from
Changsha City was also taken into custody after Zhang Xiangxiong and Zhou Xizhen
reported her to the police. Zhang and Zhou each received 500 yuan in February. 15. [Haifeng County, Guangdong Province] Two Practitioners Taken into Custody At around 10:00 p.m. on March 5, two practitioners from Haifeng County in
Shanwei City were arrested by officers of the city's State Security Division of
the 610 Office in association with members of the Haifeng City 610 Office and
Haifeng police. Their homes were also searched. The practitioners are Ms. Cheng
Xianteng of Lian'anxiapu in Haifeng City and Mr. Guo Bingxiong of Chengxi in
Haifeng City. They are being held at the Haifeng County Detention Center. Ms.
Cheng, 37, has suffered from severe pneumonia with traces of blood since she was
released from the Sanshui Forced Labor Camp. Mr. Guo is also in his thirties. In addition, elderly practitioner Ms. Yu Baozhu was arrested out of town
during the lunar New Year season (on or around February 18, 2007). She has been
sent back to her hometown for persecution. Haifeng County 610 Office: 86-660-6600148 16. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Practitioner Ms. Huang Min Held in the
Qingyang District People's Hospital in Chengdu City Ms. Huang Min, a practitioner from Chengdu City who was missing for over a
month, is being held at the Qingyang District People's Hospital in Chengdu City,
Sichuan Province. According to what a judge at the Qingyang District Court told
her family, Ms. Huang is extremely weak, and she is on a hunger strike. Ms. Huang Min suffered numerous forms of abuse for her firm belief in Falun
Dafa. On March 3, Ms. Huang suddenly disappeared. It was only yesterday that her
family was notified by the Qingyang District of her whereabouts. 17. [Tianjin] Practitioner Mr. Xu Pengfei Taken into Custody Mr. Xu Pengfei lives in the Shiyou Residential Village in Bohai, Tanggu,
Tianjin and works in Tanggu. On the afternoon of March 29, Tanggu police
officers arrested him at work. His whereabouts are unknown. 18. [Shulan City, Jilin Province] Supplementary Information on the Detention
of Ms. Li Jinxiang Ms. Li Jinxiang is a practitioner from Jishu Town, Shulan City. On the
morning of March 22, Liu Xueyi (male), an officer from the Zhenbei Police
Station, took her into custody. Liu Xueyi: 86-13943257199 (cell) 19. [Shanghai] Practitioner Ms. Shi Yajuan Taken into Custody Practitioner Ms. Shi Yajuan lives on Liyuan Road in Shanghai City. On March
12 or 13, 2007, she was taken into custody. No one has heard from her since. 20. [Jinchang City, Gansu Province] Practitioner Mr. Mao Wei under Intensive
Abuse from "Special Task Force" At 9:00 a.m. on March 26, 2007, Li Xinhua (male) and other officers at the
Jinchang City Police Department arrested Mr. Mao Wei. A joint "special task
force" was secretly formed by the Jinchang City Police Station, the
Longshou Police Department, the Jinchang City State Security Division, and the
Yongchang County Police Department. The police officers have been interrogating
Mr. Mao around the clock for five consecutive days while forcing him to stay
awake. On the morning of March 29, quite a few Falun Gong practitioners went to the
detention center to visit Mr. Mao. Li Xinhua and officer Xing Fuqiang (male)
took pictures of the practitioners who went to the detention center in
preparation for bringing charges against them. 21. [Xichang City, Sichuan Province] Practitioner Mr. Fang Zhengping
Inhumanly Tortured at Mapingba Drug Rehabilitation Center in Xichang Mr. Fang Zhengping, a practitioner from Xichang City, has been sentenced to
forced labor by the judicial section of the city's police department and the 610
Office. He is being held at the Mapingba Drug Rehabilitation Center. He was not
able to receive any of the money his family sent in and has been deprived the
opportunity to wash his clothes. 22. [Dezhou City, Shandong Province] Ms. Lu Cuilan and Another Practitioner
Taken into Custody Ms. Lu Cuilan, in her fifties, is a retired employee of Dezhou Metal Company.
At around 2:00 p.m. on March 28, she and another young female practitioner,
Xiaohong (alias), were turned in to the police while distributing
truth-clarification materials in the dormitories of the Dejian Group Company.
Officers in charge of this area took the two practitioners into custody. 23. [Sunwu County, Heilongjiang Province] Two Practitioners Taken into
Custody Ms. Wang Xianglan and Ms. Sun Yueying, practitioners from Sunwu County,
Heilongjiang Province, were turned in to the police while they were clarifying
the truth on the street. Officers from the Hongqi Police Station later took them
into custody. The officers also searched their homes, confiscating a DVD player
and Falun Dafa books. Ms. Sun has returned home. Mr. Wang has been detained for
fifteen days at a detention center. Gao Hongwei (male), in charge of the 610 Office: 86-13359933333 (cell) 24. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Practitioner Mr. Li Qingbo Persecuted at
Chenjiaji Brainwashing Center 25. [Yiyuan County, Shandong Province] Follow-up Report on the Persecution of
Practitioners Mr. Zhang Lizeng and Mr. Wang Deqing Mr. Zhang Lizeng, a practitioner from Miaojiaheexi Village in Zhongzhuang
Town, Yiyuan County, was arrested in November 2006 by officers of the county's
State Security Division, the Crime Response Squad, and the Zhongzhuang Police
Station. Mr. Zhang has been held at the Yiyuan County Detention Center. Mr. Wang Deqing, a practitioner from the Nuanshuihe Village in Linqu County,
was taken into custody in January 2007 by the Yiyuan County State Security
Division and the Wujing Town Police Station in Linqu County. Mr. Wang has been
held at the Yiyuan County Detention Center. When the practitioners' family members went to the detention center asking
for their release, detention center guards told them that the paperwork for
these two practitioners had been turned in to the Yiyuan County Court. The two
practitioners could face trial in the next few days. 26. [Beijing] Practitioner Ms. Feng Yanling Sentenced to Five Years in Prison Ms. Feng Yanling, a practitioner from Haidian District, was secretly arrested
at her home before August 4, 2006. The police confiscated a personal computer, a
printer, and some other items from her home. Ms. Feng has been secretly
sentenced to five years in prison. She is being held at the Beijing Women's
Prison. Her family has been denied any visits. 27. [Huaihua City, Hunan Province] Practitioner Ms. Li Fuyu Taken into
Custody At around 11:00 p.m. on March 26, 2007, Zhijiang County police officers in
Huaihua City took Ms. Li Fuyu into custody. Ms. Li is being held at the Zhijiang
County Detention Center. 28. [Tianshui City, Gansu Province] Practitioners Ms. Zhao Chunlan and Ms.
Liu Zhaohuan in Custody Ms. Zhao Chunlan and Ms. Liu Zhaohuan are practitioners from Xigou Village,
Longshan Town in the Zhangjiachuan Hui Nationality Autonomous County of Tianshui
City, Gansu Province. Ms. Zhao's husband Mr. Li Jianrong was also a
practitioner. At the end of October 2005, his liver problems resurfaced as a
result of persecution. Around March 28, 2007, Ms. Zhao and Ms. Liu went to the
Longcheng Township in Qin'an County to clarify the truth. They were turned in to
the township police by local villagers. Officers arrested them and transferred
them to Zhangjiachuan County. The two practitioners are being held in detention
for fifteen days on administrative charges. They have also been fined 500 yuan. 29. [Qingdao City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Ms. Gao Mingxia Escapes
from a Police Station with Righteous Thoughts At around 9:00 a.m. on March 30, 2007, Ms. Gao Mingxia, a practitioner from
Licang District in Qingdao City, was deceived into opening her door by Jin, a
deputy Party secretary of the Dongshan Residential Committee in Licang District.
Officers at the Chengqu Police Station in Licang District rushed in under the
order of Shao Yue (gender unknown), director of the police station. The officers
searched Ms. Gao's home and carried her into the police vehicle. They pulled her
out of the vehicle and into the police station. Ms. Gao continued to clarify the
truth to the police officers while in the police station. At around midnight,
she managed to escape with righteous thoughts. 30. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Mr. Yu Changshun from the
Wenguan Area in Dadong District Was Arrested for Clarifying the Truth on March
29 31. [Anlu City, Hubei Province] Practitioner Mr. He Xianchun Taken into
Custody after Being Deceived Into Going to the Police Station Mr. He Xianchun, 35, is a practitioner from Anlu City, Hubei Province. He
works as a contractor at the Qile Low Voltage Electronic Equipment Factory in
Wushan, Dongbutou, Zhangqi Town in Cixi City, Zhejiang Province. On March 27,
2007, officers at the Zhangqi Town Police Station lied to him, saying that he
was needed for a talk at the police station. He was taken into custody and his
home was searched. Mr. He is being held at the Cixi City Detention Center. 32. [Yongqing County, Hebei Province] Practitioner Ms. Kou Guolan Detained On March 25, 2007, Ms. Kou Guolan, a practitioner from Dongyangbazhuang
Village in Yangmazhuang Township, Yongqing County, was turned in to the police
while she was clarifying the truth. Officers at the Longhuzhuang Police Station
took her into custody. She is being held at the Yongqing County Detention
Center. 33. [Tianshui City, Gansu Province] Two Practitioners Taken into Custody On the evening of March 23, 2007, two practitioners, whose names are unknown,
were turned in to the authorities while they were posting truth-clarification
signs in Longcheng Township, Qin'an County. Officers at the Longcheng Township
Police Department in Qin'an County took them into custody. The two practitioners
were transferred from the Tianshui City Police Department to the Zhangjiachuan
County Police Department, where they have remained in custody to this day. March 30, 2007
