Illegal Trial Held by Officials of Guta District, Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province

(Clearwisdom.net) Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Zhang Lifeng from Jinzhou City, was sentenced by Guta District Court in Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province. His family and friends appealed to the Jinzhou City Intermediate Court. They met with Chief Judge Deng Jilin (male) and juror member Li Yuhui (male), and told them that Mr. Zhang had benefited from practicing Falun Dafa both mentally and physically. Under extraordinary courage, he distributed the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party and risked his life to tell people the truth. His actions exercised a citizen's right to freedom of speech as defined in the constitution.

Deng Jilin interrupted them and said, "I have followed many Falun Gong cases. You practitioners practice 'Truthfulness Compassion Tolerance', so you should not say a word, no matter how others talk about you."

Mr. Zhang's family members and friends mentioned to them how the Guta District Court violated the criminal law procedures whereby the first trial of a case should be held publicly, that private or secret trials were against the law. Li Yuhui said, "A trial does not have to be in a public court. We just go to the detention center and take the practitioners to the court there, and then sentence them."

This is how the two CCP officials understood the law. Under CCP rule, ordinary Chinese people have nowhere to appeal when injustices are done to them. However, Chinese have believed since ancient times that "good and evil will be rewarded accordingly". The CCP has killed so many people and ordinary people's lives are miserable. Heaven will not allow this to keep happening. The CCP will be out of power soon and we hope that anyone who joined it and its affiliated organizations will withdraw to save their own lives. We also hope that Deng Jilin and others recognize the CCP's evil nature and treat practitioners with kindness, so that they and their families may have a bright future.
