Facts About Shenzhou City (Hebei Province) 610 Office Agents' Persecution of Practitioners
(Clearwisdom.net) Falun Gong practitioners have been persecuted by agents
from the Shenzhou City 610 Office since the persecution began on
July 20, 1999. At that time, led by former Secretary of the Political and
Judiciary Committee in Shenzhou City Yin Yuzhen (female), all agents from the
government, police staff, the Procuratorate, and members of the
judicial system have participated the persecution, including Shang Yunhang
(male), the former chief of Political and Security Division of the City Police
Department. According to incomplete statistics as of late 2006, the persecution of Falun
Dafa disciples in Shenzhou can be summarized as follows: 21 practitioners were sentenced in prison Property confiscated is listed as follows: 1,197,429 yuan in fines Two people were forced to divorce their spouses 126 copies of Zhuan Falun, 25 copies of other Dafa books,
and 30 cassette tapes were forcibly confiscated. Practitioners were forced to do
forced labor for a total of 126 days. One practitioner was taken to the mental
hospital once. Two people were denied a permit for working abroad by Shang
Yunhang from the Shenzhou City Police Department because their mother practices
Falun Gong. Falun Gong practitioners were beaten and seriously injured in
Chenshi Township. During one period when a practitioner was detained, their
relative was incited to physically attack Dafa disciples. |
