Criminal Acts Committed by Zengcheng District Police Officers and 610 Office in Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province
(Clearwisdom.net) Since July 20, 1999, the Zengcheng District Police
and the 610 Office in Guangzhou City have closely followed the
Chinese Communist Party (CCP) to persecute Falun Gong. Officers have arrested
Falun Dafa practitioners, detained them and sent them to forced labor camps or
prisons. They have committed countless crimes over the past eight years,
including forcing Ms. Tang Jinai to have an abortion. The following is a partial
list of the criminal acts they have committed. 1. Zhenlong Town Police Station Address: Zhenlongfuqian Street, Zhongxin Town, Zengcheng District, Guangzhou
City a. Practitioner Mr. Feng Bingshen and His Family Members Persecuted Police officers from the Zhenlong Town Police Station (now called Zhenlong
Police Station, Jiulong Town, Luogang District, Guangzhou City) arrested
practitioner Mr. Feng Bingshen on the night of February 21, 2005 when he was
distributing truth-clarification materials. Mr. Feng was then
sentenced to three and a half years in prison and detained in Sihui Prison in
Guangdong Province. After his arrest, officials from the Zengcheng District 610
Office put his wife Ms. Tang Aijin on the wanted list and offered a reward of
50,000 to 100,000 yuan for her arrest. Ms. Tang decided to take
their one-year-old daughter and leave home. After Mr. Feng's arrest, Zhenlong Town police officers kept harassing his
family members, including his parents, his mother and father-in-law, and his
brothers. His family members and other relatives were monitored and threatened.
Officers also took away the only valuable item in Mr. Feng's home, a motorcycle.
They refused to give a written receipt for confiscating the motorcycle saying it
was worth nothing. Related personnel: Guo Jinhong, 610 Office director: 86-13928998328 (cell) b. The Persecution of Practitioner Ms. Tang Jinai Ms. Tang Jinai, the wife of Mr. Feng Bingshen, lives in Luogang Town, Baiyun
District in Guangzhou City (originally called Zhenlong Town, Zengcheng
District). After her husband was arrested and sentenced to prison, Ms. Tang
decided to leave home and work elsewhere to support her daughter and herself. At around 3:00 p.m. on July 20, 2006, Ms. Tang was arrested while at work in
the Zuchun Factory in Tianhe District, Guangzhou City. Participating in the
arrest were police officers from Luogang Town and from the Tianhe District 610
Office. Ms. Tang's two-year-old daughter lost her mother's care. According to
the law, if both parents are in detention, one of them must be released to take
care of the baby. However, Guangzhou police officers ignored the law and sent
Ms. Tang to the Chuotou Brainwashing Center. In December 2000, Ms. Tang went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong. She was
then arrested and held in the Zengcheng District Detention Center. She was two
months pregnant with her first child at the time. Since the law states a
pregnant woman cannot be sentenced to forced labor, police officials Luo Weijun
and others from the Zhenlong Town Police Station took her to a hospital against
her will and made her have an abortion. Afterwards, they watched her closely. On
the eve of the 2001 Chinese New Year, they arrested her and took her to the
Zengcheng Drug Rehabilitation Center. Two months later, the persecutors
sentenced her to one and a half years of forced labor.
